Stop looking—you’ve found the perfect Airbnb! This unit is immaculately clean, thoughtfully stocked with everything from boogie boards and snorkeling gear to beach toys, a high chair, and even swim diapers. The attention to detail is incredible. We’ve stayed in many Airbnbs, and this was our favorite—not just because of the island, but because of how amazing the unit is. The beds are super comfortable, and the lanai right off the living room has patio seating perfect for lunch in the Hawaiian sun. It’s also just steps from the pool and gym. The safety gate at the front door was a great touch for kids. The location is ideal—close to markets, shave ice, coffee shops, shopping, and stunning white sand beaches. We would stay here again in a heartbeat. Thank you for sharing such a wonderful home!

Our stay at Todd's place was amazing! It's centrally located on the west coast of the Big Island, between Kona and Captain Cook, which was far enough away from the hustle and bustle of Kona, but a short drive to popular spots. It was also walking distance from the Keauhou Bay, where most snorkeling/boat tours operated, making our night snorkel tour with the manta rays incredibly accessible. The only note is that the Airbnb is a unit within a timeshare community, and while that elevated the overall experience by having staff to assist and clean, they do attempt to sell you on purchasing a timeshare at check-in. You'll just need to decline politely, but firmly, and they won't ask again. All in all, we would definitely stay at Todd's place again and recommend it to anyone visiting the island of Hawai'i!

L’appartement était très bien situé, très propre avec tout ce qu’il faut pour cuisiner. La terrasse est super et avons profiter de la vue sur la mer. La piscine est tout à fait exceptionnel. Nous y retournerions avec plaisir.

The home was perfect for me, my 2 teenage daughters and grandma! Plenty of space, 3 bathrooms and close to many things! We would definitely stay here again!

We knew this resort from before so we purposely tried to find a condo at this location. The property location is fantastic, situated in a gated community, very peaceful and safe, beautiful surroundings, 15 minutes walk to the beach, or if a quick drive with provided gate fob. Kitchen is well equipped with everything you would want during your stay, the grill in the patio works great and is the best way to prepare a few dinners. The rooms are spacious, the beds are comfortable and everything works well. The patio is great, we used it when ever we were at home, it is very crazy with a very nice view of palms and beautiful vegetation and many birds and mongooses that run around. The garage is as described, tight fit for a large vehicle but we managed to get our mini van inside. They have a great selection of snorkel gear, we brought our own but knowing this next we would not. A beautiful space that we very much enjoyed and would definitely come back on our next visit. The host great!

We are frequent visitors at Kona Coast but this was our first time booking with Samantha. She was very responsive when we booked. During our stay we didn’t need to contact her as we were able to get everything we needed with Guest Services and Housekeeping. Only down fall was that the BBQ grills nearest the unit were out of propane, we called maintenance but no one came. Luckily, we brought our air fryer from home. Overall, great stay and unit!! Everything went smoothly our check in was really great excellent customer service ! Not only the place is clean but the host is very nice and an excellent communicate with him! Good location this place is really nice and very comfortable if anybody looking for a place to relax I recommend Jesse because not only an excellent communicator but very nice person and very helpful and excellent customer service very friendly! The location of the condo was super convenient to the pool. Loved that it was on the bottom floor and the back door was close to the bbq area, pool area, and playground. Will definitely stay here again.

By far the best Airbnb we’ve stayed in. Beautiful view. A very short drive to Hapuna beach which is our favorite beach on the big island. Walkable to the amenity center with an excellent pool and a hot tub, which are usually so empty it feels like a private pool. The place is very spacious and pristine. Photos really don’t do it justice. Well stocked on beach / pool things and home amenity. Kitchen in particular is so well equipped with every possible pots pans tools dinnerware and bakeware. Super easy to do quick food for children. Between the high quality things in the house, and the tasteful decor it feels much more like home than a rental place. The host is very nice and accommodating too. Will make this a default for our annual big island trips. :)

Overall: would definitely stay again. Love how responsive host was. With that said, things guests need to consider ; - Away from most anything touristy. Need vehicle - Small bug problem in kitchen. Appears owner aware. Probably common in Hawaii but something to consider if this bothers you. - End unit with 2 parking spots. Great privacy and close to pool and other amenities but the main road thru Waikoloa Village just outside and surprisingly loud in morning. - upkeep likely expensive in Hawaii so understandable but could use new paint and carpet. Disappointing how guests do not respect keeping unit clean. - grateful there was a grocery store within walking distance. With new plaza expect a lot more conveniences in near future. Some ok quick food restaurants but no true sit down service restaurants. - I was personally disappointed in lack of network TV availability. Please understand the above is for guest consideration and without negative intent. We fully enjoyed our stay.

Pauls und Michelles Wohnung war einwandfrei. Die großartige Austattung und liebevolle Einrichtung ließ uns direkt wie zu Hause fühlen. Wir haben es genossen, den Sonnenaufgang am Mauna Kea vom Balkon zu sehen und Abends bei einem Glas Wein die Sterne zu beobachten. Da sich die Wohnung in einer touristischen Gegend befindet, waren Restaurants, Strände und Geschäfte fußläufig zu erreichen. Dennoch liegt der Komplex abseits des Trubels, sodass man die Ruhe genießen kann. Paul war immer erreichbar und hat viele wertvolle Tipps hinterlassen. Wir können seine Unterkunft jedem nur empfehlen!

We had a wonderful time at Cooks Landing! Our first impression was 'WOW'. At first we were skeptical about some of the photos seeming dark... but the pictures do not do this place justice. Beautiful home that is located in a beautiful private community. It was clean and well stocked with plenty of extras that you may need from either home use or the beach. We loved the location, which was located not far from a key highway intersection that could take you to your Hawaiian adventure. The Ocean Club (pool) pictures do not do it justice either! It had a great design that overlooked the ocean that was perfect for watching the sunset with a Mai Tai in hand! I would say that the pool is family friendly too. It had shallow depth & a spot that toddlers could play in. It had a bar, restaurant, and tasteful live local music. 12/10 would recommend this place. A very big MAHALO to Jim & Kristi for opening this beautiful home to people.

Kona Coast Resort is such a special place and we absolutely loved it. Some reviews say it’s dated, however, it’s Hawaii and most places are. There is a huge difference between being dated and rundown, which the resort is far from rundown and was extremely well kept. It also did not feel dated. Our standards are very high when it comes to where we stay, cleanliness, location, etc and this surpassed our expectations. Anyone would be happy to stay here. Drew sent us all the detailed info needed regarding our stay- Booking and checkout were quick and easy through him. All other interaction was with the resort staff and they were all very pleasant. We would absolutely stay here again and would totally book with Drew.

This Aloha Condo in Waikoloa Beach was exactly as pictured—bright, clean, and equipped with double-paned sliding glass doors that keep everything quiet and comfortable.

We had a great stay in Hawaii. The condo was clean and well stocked. We had a few minor issues during our stay but Kristina was extremely responsive and resolved our issues. The property is so beautiful and quiet - very family friendly. It was super nice to have the wagon, boogie boards and cooler during our stay. The back patio was delightful. Would definitely recommend.

Our entire party of 7 enjoyed the place thoroughly. Our 9 ye old son was the one who enjoyed it the most as he had the whole entertainment living room to himself self and even used it as his bedroom. Although no AC except in two on the rooms we did not need to turn it on due to the breeze that came through the windows. It was so fresh day in and out for me. Rooms are equipped with fans through the other rooms and that’s all we needed. The place had everything we needed to cook a few breakfast meals and dinner. The views amazing and in love with the plants all around the house. So glad we could get our laundry out of the way before come back home as well. Would definitely recommend staying here. Felt right at home.

Wonderful respite from the busy and crowded Kona. Everything needed in Waikōloa. Norah was quick to respond. The townhome perfectly accommodated our family. We looked forward to returning to the home after a beach day or touring the other side of the island. Beds were all comfortable, kitchen well stocked, cold ac, and fantastic location for sunny beach days! 10/10 recommend and looking forward to returning!

This place is so wonderful! Peaceful neighborhood with lots in walking distance! Pools and hot tubs were great for us on cloudy days, and being walking distance to restaurants and snorkel spots, it was exactly what our family needed! The beds were comfortable (though I wish they had cotton sheets bc it gets a bit warm at night!), the backyard was great for kids, the garage is stocked with everything you could imagine needing for a beach/snorkel day. Jeff and Suzanne really thought of everything here, and it shows! And they happily accommodated our request to have no fragrance cleaning products, which, for a family with allergies, this was super important to us. We would book this again! We did have a few issues with the cleanliness of the dishwasher and washing machine, but they were so quick to address it and make efforts to make things right. This place is worth every penny and made our time in Hawaii really nice.

We really enjoyed our stay At Gigi's home. She was flexible with check in and quick to respond to any questions we had. Great location and view of the beach from both decks! Great restaurants and shops within walking distance and easy to get to other places. The house was spacious and well equipped with anything we needed in the kitchen, along with beach towels. It was very nice to have ceiling fans in all the rooms and additional fans if needed. Would highly recommend and would definitely stay here again!

We had a great stay! The location was perfect for our crew- close to the grocery, walkable to coffee/juice bar and eateries and 5 min drive to the beach club. The beach club was a great perk in staying in this location. The condo was quiet and clean and had all the amenities needed including beach chairs and boogie boards. The host was responsive and proactive in communication including allowing us to check in early.

Wonderful location, private with beautiful grounds. Loved watching the wildlife in the mornings. Kitchen was well stocked, had a bit of trouble with the stove, but finally figured it out. Everything looked exactly like the photos, so no surprises. Would definitely recommend, especially as the host was very helpful and responsive.

Great family vacation. Burt helped us with all of my unusual requests. Can't wait to go back.
