Great location for us!

What a great house! Checking out WAS such sweet sorrow because we wanted to stay. From coffee on the front porch to drinks in the backyard, everything is just right and “spot on” in this home. The kitchen and dining areas are inviting, comfortable, and stylish. Ample electrical outlets everywhere. A giant tree provides dappled shade in the backyard. Cafes, salons, bars, and diners are everywhere in the friendly neighborhood. One guest wrote that they were eager to be done with the touristy stuff so as to get back to the house, and we felt the same way. The green upholstered dining room chairs are soooo comfortable. Plus, it is an amazingly sweet deal. Talk about bang for the buck, this price point guarantees no regrets. Thanks a million for the hosting!

LOVE Carlos and Marci's place! It was a perfect set up for 7 of us, 2 families. Us adults have our own bedrooms and the kids have their own room to hangout. The house is clean, well decorated, and has everything you need. Even the light switches are labeled. That was so thoughtful. The neighborhood is safe and quiet. Very close to the gas station, groceries stores, and an awesome Italian ice place (totally recommend the lemon ice)!! We visited both Tybee Island and Savannah while staying. It was perfect for us to come home to chill without too long of a commute on any given day. Lots of space to rest. One thing though, the bathroom is in the kid's room, so, they do have to leave the door open, or else, we just use the downstairs bathroom. We had to contact Carlos and Marci for something, they got back to us and things were taken care of right away. Very responsive and helpful!!

Enjoyed our stay in Savannah. Plenty of closet space, showers were great, hot water for all 7 of us. Plenty of supplies such as Toilet paper, paper towels, laundry detergent. Coffee maker with Folgers coffee and filters on hand for our use. Loved the ninja toaster oven too. The heated pool was at 86 degrees for our whole trip! Plenty of floaties, great fenced backyard; beautiful pergola, fire pit, bbq grill and putting greens! There is a gun club a few miles away so don’t be surprised if on occasion you hear some practicing when you are outside. Neighborhood overall very quiet and inside house very quiet. Nearby restaurants like Skidaway BBQ take out, Mexican restaurants, and pizza. Easy 12-15 minutes to downtown Savannah. 30 minutes to Tybee Island which is a must to visit.Kroger, Publix, Walmart nearby for groceries. Pool table, ping pong, games for inside fun. We would definitely stay here again.

We arrived to an Easter basket full of goodies and a charcuterie platter because Renee, the property manager, everyone deserves an Easter basket on Easter. That was truly kind. The place is fantastic- bigger than pictures make it appear, light and sunny, meticulously clean, and well stocked for cooking. We loved gas grill! The backyard is super cool with a pergola covered in jasmine- smelled so good. Inside is super clean and fresh- everything painted and in great shape. Bed was comfortable. It is great to have the washer and dryer as well. We really got to know Renee, the manager, and that was great too. The whole island feeling is wonderful, and Banana Breeze and Renee engender that atmosphere.

Lillis is the host you dream for in an ABNB! She is so accommodating, very responsive - quickly, gives great recommendations. She always makes us feel comfortable. It’s like coming home. If the Sanctuary is not available we are so disappointed. We come to Savannah at least 4 times a year. The home is beautiful, nice quiet neighborhood, completely fenced, and the owner is an accomplished gardener- couldn’t be better!

We had a wonderful stay as a group of six celebrating my sister’s bachelorette weekend - split between downtown Savannah and Tybee. As posted, it’s about a 15/20 min ride to either location. Super convenient! - The back deck was perfect for a relaxing morning with coffee or evening beverage while listening to the wind chimes and taking in the beautiful scenery at the lake. - The three main bedrooms were great and spacious; however, the middle room with the pull out trundle bed was a bit tight. The middle room was also warm compared to the others (likely just due to the amount of sunlight in the room - perhaps a change in curtains would be beneficial). * Overall… we had a wonderful long weekend and would absolutely stay again!!! Great communication and ease of check in and out. Thank you so much to the hosts for such a great time with friends/family!!

We went down for a bachelorette trip and this house was perfect for us. We had plenty of space and weren’t on top of each other when getting ready to hit the streets! CUTE decorations and matched the description/photos of the house perfectly! Lisa was absolutely amazing and very quick to respond if I had any questions. As soon as I booked the house 8 months prior to our trip she already reached out via text and sent 2 emails with info on the house and things around the house for suggestions. I will definitely be booking with Lisa again!

Overall this home is exactly as described. Very large with plenty of space for all 10 of us. The two palm trees in the front yard on either side of the driveway have been taken out which isn’t a huge deal except I was hoping to hang a banner between them which didn’t happen. The yard plants need some trimming and the front deck has a damaged board or two, but the inside of the house was very nicely done. All of the furniture was in great shape and very sturdy, durable, and comfortable! The pool was nice but a bit too chilly for us to enjoy when we were there. The screen on the pool enclosure needs to be replaced due to storm damage but we were informed of that prior to our visit and it didn’t make a difference in the pool area or our enjoyment of it. Having two staircases to the upstairs bedrooms was very nice and convenient. The neighborhood is nice and quiet and it was very convenient to Kroger and Starbuck’s. We enjoyed our stay and highly recommend this home.

I cannot say enough nice things. Probably the best Airbnb experience we’ve had. We were alerted about an issue with the refrigerator before arrival. Brandon did everything during our stay to make sure it didn’t inconvenience us. Like way above and beyond. He and Travis were there checking on anything we needed without imposing. We ended up chatting quite a bit. They were so sweet and knowledgeable. They are locals so they had the scoop on where to get great seafood. It felt like we went to visit old friends. We had our 2 dogs with us. This rental isn’t just “pets allowed” it’s SUPER dog friendly. It’s all safely enclosed, even the parking area can be gated for an extra level of safety. We were able to truly relax and not worry. I don’t think the dogs wanted to come home; they loved the outdoor area. Everything was very clean and well maintained. You can tell how much hard work Brandon has put into the remodeling and amenities. We would love to stay there again!

A very nice home, the pictures don’t do it justice it looks much nicer in person and the location is great with easy way to get to downtown Savannah in less then 30min.

So glad we picked THIS place! So comfortable, a terrific value, loved everything about it... spacious, comfortable, clean, fun yet peaceful place in a quiet and convenient location. (On the corner of a through street, but the traffic noise is minimal.) Decor has a calm, minimalistic vibe w/ coordinated aesthetic. Thoughtful touches throughout... coffee pods, coffee creamer in the fridge, luggage stands in the closet, blackout curtains, new w/d. Bed linens are upscale hotel quality & mattresses are so comfy. Nice job renovating a slightly older home with a more modern feel. So much room in this place - great living room and adjacent game room for hanging out. Dining room table and sitting area are gorgeous and a great place to linger over dinner with family and friends. Pool is a bonus! Only 15 easy minutes into historic Savannah (two routes - Victory Dr is the prettier way), 10 min to Tybee, easy reach to great attractions like Fort Pulanski, Bonenventure, Wormsloe. Will be back!!

Amazing Airbnb located perfectly in between downtown Savannah and Tybee. We were able to comfortably sleep 8 and had the best time at the pool! Would love to stay here again sometime.

Perfect spot in Tybee, far enough away from the town where we had peace and quiet; but easy to drive. We were visiting for a family reunion from New England/NY cities. We also happen to be visiting during a spring break event, and Lori was checking in periodically to see if things were ok. This is a lovely home, plunge pool can be heated for a hot tub which was great too. We are so grateful for a safe, spacious home to use our first time on Tybee.

John was an excellent host! We brought our two labs, John was accommodating. The weather that weekend was beautiful! We enjoyed his home, the pool was perfect. We really loved the location. We will be visiting again! Highly recommend staying.

I enjoyed my stay, the king bed was extremely comfortable, check in was extremely easy and it was such a nice house.

My family and I rented Diane’s home for Christmas and it was perfect for us! We appreciated the wonderful art that’s decorated throughout the home and it was also incredibly clean. The kitchen was spacious and well-equipped, making it easy to cook up a storm on Christmas morning. I highly recommend this charming spot to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway on Tybee Island. We can't wait to come back!

Great location. Spacious, clean house.

All was as advertised. Extremely comfortable beds in all rooms. This home was inviting and well designed. One minor note, for those who need a walker or wheelchair for themselves or member of their party. The entry to the bathroom is not possible as it is too narrow. If this is not a factor you need to consider, then you will be very happy with your stay.

Our stay at Shawn’s was absolutely wonderful! The neighborhood is so nice and welcoming. The short drive to Tybee was a huge help on our beach day and they even have a few beach accessories to borrow if you forget your own! The drive to Savannah was easy as well! Their deck and decorations are so homey and fun you couldn’t help but settle in and feel rested and ready to adventure and have fun. The beds and furniture were super comfy and clean. The kitchen and bathroom were well supplied even with a few nice surprises that sealed the deal for a wonderful weekend! The ducks were adorable to watch from the deck and we love dogs so the pups on duty were adorable as well! We would stay here again for sure!

We had a wonderful stay! The cleanliness, location, and space for our big group were the highlights. We wanted to experience Savannah and Tybee island without having to spend so much time in the car so this was the perfect spot. We couldn’t have asked for a better stay!

We had a really good stay at Heather's place. The guest house was very nicely appointed and just the right size for us. It was also close to places we wanted to visit. Our dog enjoyed the large back yard as well playing with the huskies.

We found the place to be clean safe area and plenty of room, We booked last minute our hotel called the morning we left saying hotel was having issues with their water, so we found this place and Amber the host responded and accompanied us same day, we greatly appreciated her flexibility..Thanks again Crew from OHIO'
