The property is situated on a plot of approximately 1 acre on a country lane in rural Essex. Its is close to the towns of Maldon and Burnham-on-Crouch. It has modern facilities including a large kitchen, lounge, Smart 50' TV, separate bedroom with en-suite, outside patio with seating and parking for two vehicles. Also a fenced paddock for the dogs to run around.

Visit the famous antiques centre, walk or paddle along the river or enjoy some food and drink in one of the many country pubs. Jump on the train and travel along the Crouch Valley line to vineyards, more river walks or the quiet, unspoiled, riverside town of Burnham on Crouch. Alternatively, travel in the opposite direction and London awaits within 40mins.
