Angela is really an amazing lady, providing welcome gifts,plus tea, coffee and fresh milk. great after a long journey cuppa and feet up. we would like to keep this a secret but it's too perfect for anyone to missout on. nook up you won't be disappointed

Great hosts!! Really friendly, responsive and caring! I booked this for family visiting Nottingham for the first time and I’m glad we did! My family felt right at home and were delighted with their stay! They were very comfortable staying in this private annex and really liked the homely touches and warm welcome they received from the hosts. They said they would love to stay here again :)

Adrian was such a friendly and approachable host. Was extremely helpful in ensuring I had breakfast outside of the breakfast time. As a lone guest he really made me feel at ease. Really enjoyed my stay. Would definitely stay again.

Sharon accommodated us very last minute & made us feel very welcome throughout our 5 day stay. The accommodation is quite small, but the location is really lovely, on the edge of the Peak District. Lots of walks and lovely pubs nearby.

We usually stay in a hotel when we visit our son in Nottingham- but not anymore now I’ve discovered Rob and Jo’s place- slept so well and am usually a really light sleeper so that was a real plus. The garden house was spotless and lovely and warm despite it being below freezing outside. Rob and Jo are lovely people who made us feel very welcome. The breakfast bits were an extra treat- all so calm and quiet. Will definitely be back and would recommend 100%. Thank you so much!!

Het is een geweldig huisje, brandschoon en rustig gelegen aan de rand van Buxton., Marie is een fantastische gastvrouw; heel vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Vanuit het huisje zijn er meerdere routes te bewandelen, naar mooie dalen, idyllische heuvels en het charmante Buxton. Op loopafstand bevindt zich een nieuwe supermarkt. Ik kom zeker nog eens terug!

The accommodation is set in a lovely, peaceful village. The accommodation itself had everything we needed. Many walks are nearby, within a reasonable driving distance. It was also extremely helpful having access to the garden for the dog. Would stay again.

Right on the edge of Hope with great view of Mam Tor and Peveril Castle.

Stunning property that was tucked away and felt very private. Close to lots of walking routes and an easy drive to lots of nice restaurants. Elaine provided very detailed instructions on how to arrive which were very helpful and there was lots of information in the accomodation about local amenities. We loved our visit, Elaine was an excellent host and we would highly recommend this property

Once again had a lovely stay in Tracey’s garden annex As always everything first class ! Tracey is a very approachable lady and responsive and friendly. Lovely stay in Darley Bridge courtesy of Claire, great location to discover the Peak District, fab local walks and pubs. Visited the Three Stags for excellent food, well worth a visit. Other visits to Bakewell, Chatsworth and the Monsall Trail. A lovely stay, very relaxing.

Had a great stay here. The place is very secluded and private, with shops a short drive away. It was spotlessly clean and beautifully decorated. The hot tub was a great added bonus. Check in was very smooth and the place was easy to find. Would definitely recommended.

Donna’s place was absolutely beautiful! Gorgeous cottage in a beautiful, scenic location. Donna is an excellent host and was incredibly helpful! On arrival at the cottage there’s nothing she hasn’t got covered and is only a message away if there’s anything you need! We will definitely be back and hopefully for longer next time! We were supported by the Airbnb team to find this lovely little place at short notice after a previous booking was cancelled. Anthony also quickly responded to every message and on arrival made us feel very welcome. The property is compacted but well described by the description and photos on the listing. It has all the kitchen utensils towels for a great stay. The location is near a busy road but the small courtyard between the property and Anthony's home, the outdoor furniture and the great blinds inside make it private. Although we didn't use it, the washing machine is a great facility to have in the property. Free parking was easy to find across the road. A five minute walk takes you down to Forge Dam from where an pretty thirty minute walk takes you all the way to Encliffe Park, near in the city. Alternatively a ten minute drive takes you into the Peaks. For a less hilly walk Whirlow Brook Park is lovely but anywhere in the Peaks is stunning 😍. Thank you Anthony for a great stay

This space was exactly what we were after for a long weekend in the Peak District. The place was beautifully decorated, had every amenity we needed in the kitchen and bathroom (including jams, honey, oats), and Justin provided us with the most thorough and detailed welcome pack we'd seen. Also, SO grateful for blackout curtains and LOVED the hammock and swinging chair to relax in the sun at the end of the day. Thanks so much Justin, would definitely recommend 😊

Oak cottage was everything we expected and more, fantastic location, amazing views. The cottage was brilliant, a lemon drizzle cake and treats for the dogs on arrival. We will definitely be returning next year, 10 out of 10 for me

The whole place was spotlessly clean and everything supplied was of a high standard. The eggs, bacon, bread, orange, milk and butter along with tea, coffee , biscuits and cereal provided meant we didn’t have to nip out to the shops to buy anything or bring those items with us. We enjoyed the whirlpool bath and the log burner in the evening and loved all the attention to detail with the lighting . The view was beautiful and garden and outdoor seating were an added feature. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely go back again.

We have just left from a lovely 2 night stay, it’s a beautiful quirky place. A great place for an adult weekend away! The decor is fantastic, the bar area and games room is brilliant, lovely area, relaxing garden and views! Hot tub was lovely! Cosy cinema room and lots of information on nearby places to visit etc! We was so lucky with the weather too which made it even better! But the place in general was just brilliant! We would definitely stay again! Daniel was quick as responding to any questions. We really enjoyed our stay in the Coach House. The property was just as advertised and the gardens and surrounding scenery was beautiful. Jennifer was a great host, really receptive to messages and gave clear and straight forward directions as we were arriving quite late on our first night. The welcome gifts of local produce were really thoughtful and much appreciated. The kitchen was well equipped for our needs while we were there and the space was open and fresh whilst still feeling cosy. The property had everything we needed, we’d be happy to stay again in the future ☺️

The cottage is set in a lovely location with great views from the private outdoor seating area. The cottage itself is clean and homely, with a gorgeously comfortable bed and clean en-suite bathroom. It had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. We made use of the jigsaw puzzles provided and enjoyed being able to walk some of the beautiful trails without having to get into the car. The parking area is a generous size too.
