From the doorstep you can walk up to the beautiful Curbar Edge and also down to the Bridge Inn or Chatsworth is a 10 minute drive.

Holly Cottage offers a spacious modern Kitchen diner, a cosy sitting room with TV also two good size double bedrooms, modern bathroom and outside space.

Our comfortable and inviting annex is sited over a converted 200 year old barn and situated in the quiet courtyard of Rose Cottage. This one bedroom accommodation has central heating, a kitchen complete with modern appliances, a separate lounge area with a Smart TV. DVD player (with a selection of DVDs) and free WiFi. The double bedroom has a multi-award winning Emma Original mattress, a Smart TV and en suite bathroom with toilet, wash basin and shower complete with toiletries and towels.

The Forge, Snitterton near Matlock

Situated in the Peak District National Park, locations don't come much better than this. The Forge provides superb views across the valley and lovely walks from the door. A brisk riverside stroll will soon get you to the local pubs in Darley Bridge. Matlock, with its county town facilities is a 5 minute drive. The property is close to the Peak District's wealth of attractions, including Chatsworth House, Dove Dale and Haddon Hall The Forge provides a beautiful haven to discover the area

Bottom Cottage is nestled in the heart of the Peak District National Park. This cosy barn has been recently and sympathetically converted to a one bedroom, one bathroom detached annex, perfect for a weekend getaway. Situated in a delightful, quiet hillside village, the cottage is within walking distance to pubs, shops and beautiful hiking and cycling routes. Chatsworth House, Bakewell, Haddon Hall and the Monsal Trail are just some of the attractions in the area. Sleeps 2+2.

Matlock Glamping 'Left' Room - Derbyshire Dales.

Set in the heart of the historic spa town of Matlock, well served by public transport, these newly renovated 'Glamping Rooms' ooze style and comfort. The private room is self contained within the barn, with a shower room/toilet and a cute, fully equipped kitchenette. Ideal for couples but also practical and large enough for a family of six. There is a boot store, bike shed and on-site parking. Breakfasts, packed lunch and evening meals are also available with prior notice.

Yeldwood Farm Cottage is a beautiful barn conversion on our farm, just outside Baslow. The self-catering cottage sleeps 2 guests, in a Super-King size (or Twin) master bedroom. The cottage comprises a fully equipped kitchen, dining room, sitting room and bathroom with a large bath and shower. We are ideally situated on the Chatsworth Estate within the Peak District, close to Chatsworth House itself, Haddon Hall, Bakewell, Eyam, Matlock, Castleton, Buxton and Sheffield.

Beautiful Groom's Cottage, Ashford-in-the Water

A beautiful, recently converted barn which was originally the Groom's Cottage. Newly renovated in 2018 this one bed, one bath cottage is set in an idyllic rural location with breath-taking views and direct access across the owners' fields to a footpath which leads either down to the famously picturesque village of Ashford-in-the-Water or uphill to the drama of Monsal Head. Separately available is The Coach House, next door, also new and sleeping 4 people in equal style.

Our holiday cottages & glamping pods are located on our 100 acre farm on the edge of the Peak District. The Annex is a modern barn conversion with a luxurious interior, designed to make it feel like a home away from home. Secluded down a 1/4 mile private driveway in a courtyard with the other cottages, the Annex has a quiet feel to it where you can truly relax.
