Built with only comfort in mind so you can relax by the warmth of the log fire, read a book or watch TV on the king size bed. This is the place to be still and take in the sunset views, starry night skies and the sound of the river whilst relaxing in the wood fired hot tub with your favourite person.

Underfloor heating and a cosy wood-burner. There is an EV charger at the barn. Beaches and moorland all within a half hour drive. Being within a working farm, sadly we cannot allow dogs.

The property has its own access to the Lynway which is part of the Two Moors Way and is a lovely footpath to Lynton. It has a fitted kitchen and contemporary bathroom.
