Ours is a quirky home, with 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms a lounge (with wood burner)and kitchen diner. The Annex is nestled in the woods conveniently located for the broads, Beccles, Lowestoft and Great Yarmouth. Our closest beach, Gorleston is a 10 minute drive away. In a very peaceful setting, we hope you will be able to unwind and relax. The Annex can be arranged as 2 superking bedrooms, or 1 superking and 1 twin. With your own entrance you will be totally independent.

Bonneys Barn Retreat - Luxury homely getaway

Welcoming you to Bonney’s Barn Retreat we provide you with a comfortable contemporary environment to rest and relax in with Access to WIFI. There are two lounges to choose from, open plan living or a snug lounge with chess table and Games to entertain you. The 1st bedroom is set up with a super king bed. The 2nd bedroom is a double bed with desk area. The mezzanine level is quirky with amazing views . It has limited head room max (1.5 meters) with a double mattress.

Welcome to our caravan situated close to the Norfolk/Suffolk border between the market town of Beccles and the seaside town of Lowestoft, accessed via a private track off a quiet country lane experience unpolluted skies, pretty and tranquil countryside, we regularly see a variety of wildlife and hear lots of birdsong. A short walk away is the nature reserve and footpath to the river Waveney. The caravan overlooks our grazing sheep. The perfect place to unwind.

A unique space in a detached timber building arranged as a "Cabinet of Curiosities" (BEWARE Some are quite scary). The space is heated by a wood burner. There is a sleeping loft with double mattress, It has WIFI. pool, sauna and hot tub. An adjacent building contains a shower room/toilet and small kitchenette with a fridge, microwave, toaster and kettle. 'The Pad' at Longacres - Shadingfield

Welcome to 'The Pad' at Longacres situated on the A145 in the village of Shadingfield just 5 miles from the historic town of Beccles on the gateway to the Norfolk Broads. The Pad is a fully self-contained, ground floor annexe attached to our home and ideally located for a day out at the beach, enjoyable walks in amongst our beautiful countryside and broads and is close by to many fantastic attractions.

Relax in your private garden with seating and a Lay-Z-Spa (Toronto) hot tub. Includes private parking for up to 2 cars. Pet friendly (£10 fee). A travel cot & small camp bed are available on request. Your perfect coastal getaway!

The Garden Annexe

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. 5 miles from 2 beaches. 1 mile from the Broads. Many local attractions for adults and children. Paddling pool available on request. Push bike secure storage overnight. Sleeps 2-4. (large sofa bed and King size bedroom) Situated on the Suffolk / Norfolk boarders. Fresh eggs available from our hens and honey from our bees.

East Lodge, Sotterley Estate

A unique two bedroomed, single storey thatched cottage on the Sotterley Estate, hidden down a private driveway amongst mature woodland. Just a 10-15 minute drive to Southwold and the Suffolk Heritage coast Two kingsize bedrooms and a single sofa bed sleeps up to 5 people We welcome dogs but please note, the the garden is not yet fenced off
