We returned to the Bay Area from the East Coast for a family event - and were lucky to find Charlie and Jenny’s place very close to where family lives. Communication was amazing even before the trip began . The apartment is on the bottom of Charlie and Jenny’s house and very private . There is a separate parking space, which is a a huge bonus in the area. The living space is VERY roomy - much more so than I expected from pics! SUPER clean , and SUPER well stocked, with lots of personal touches . Loved the kitchen and bathroom !!! I had to do some work during the week and there was a woke space as well. Two comfy bedrooms with VERY comfortable beds, extra blankets, pillows, pool/beach towels - you name it. We met both Charlie and Jenny in person and they were so lovely to chat with . Charlie gave lots of great restaurants info ! If you travel with family or kids- they also will find so many toys, games- even bathtub toys ! Since we will return to the area, I would absolutely return!

Very impressed, extremely clean, all amenities had been thought of. Beds, so comfortable. Cut my finger and there were bandages. Towels were so nice. We were very impressed overall. Not one thing to complain about. If we owned an Air B&B we would only hope it was this nice. Truly a great place. Plan on staying again.

Mike & Eula’s loft is a perfect getaway. The views a location are spectacular. We stayed there with our daughter for Spring Break to rest and relax. The loft has all the conveniences you would ever want. The kitchen was well stocked and the beds were very comfortable. We recommend bringing your own shampoo and soap, since only one set of small hotel soaps were provided. Being right on Main Street made it easy to explore and shop. The balcony was a great place to eat our home cooked meals Al Fresca . We will definitely be back to enjoy Mendocino and the loft.

This place is great, especially for the price. While it's just a 1 bedroom apartment, it feels much bigger than the photos show, especially the bedroom. The bed is super comfy and the bedroom doesn't share a wall with neighbors, just the carports, it's quiet. It's within reasonable walking distance to all the shops, restaurants, etc. The shower has the strongest water pressure of any shower I've ever been in. It's amazing. I'll definitely stay here again if it's available.

I always enjoy staying in Heather and Eric’s properties. The communication is early and often, the home has always clean and ready upon arrival, and the location is perfect in Arcata!

Linden was a great host, and very accommodating! We had everything we needed to cook a Thanksgiving dinner for our daughter, who was unable to come home for the holiday. Thank you!

Tia's apartment was the perfect place to call home while my husband and I visited the area for a hiking trip. Perfectly clean and cozy! Exactly as described in the listing, and Tia was very proactive in sending us checkin instructions and making sure we had everything we needed. And we loved having plenty of supplies in the kitchen to cook some meals (there's a great organic co-op just down the street). We're already looking forward to visiting again! Definitely stay here if you're looking for the convenience of being right in old town Eureka + close to so many beautiful places to explore.

La casa cumplió con las expectativas que teníamos. Lamentablemente durante nuestra estancia me dio gripe y por suerte, la cocina de la casa contaba con todo lo necesario para cocinar. Esto me ayudó muchísimo en mi recuperación. El Bart queda a 15 minutos caminando. En general disfrutamos mucho nuestra estancia en casa de Jason. Es un lugar que recomendamos al 100%

My son and I were traveling seeing different colleges along the west coast. Heading south we needed a place to rest our heads. We found this property on AirBNB and was quickly approved. The beds were comfy and the area was quiet.

We had a lovely stay in Joshua's home. It's so peaceful and I was able to catch up on sleep

I’d have to say I was a little nervous about staying in an ADU but Sushil just kept to himself and allowed us to come in and out hassle free and that helped me feel more comfortable. Check in was easy once I followed the instructions carefully. I highly recommend a stay at this AB&B to all. We definitely will look him up if we are in the area again. Thanks Sushil!

Great space with good amenities. Very comfortable beds and pillows - if we could have taken them with us then we would have ;) Paula and Wanda were super responsive and helpful.

This is the fourth of fifth stay at this property and as usual it was a great choice, I like the location and the house is very nice with a great layout for a group of six adults to be social in the large kitchen/living area. Will plan to select this home again on my next Redding visit.

John‘s place was in the perfect location. Walkable to center of town and restaurant. Host was very communicative and gave clear instructions for check in and check out. Well equipped kitchen and bathroom. Great recommendation and a surprise bottle of wine waiting for us. Highly recommend this host

Us and another couple decided to take a few days off and head out to Napa for a midweek getaway. It was our 23rd year anniversary and both of our friend’s birthdays and 34th year anniversary! Matt’s rental was awesome. He was very responsive and within a couple hrs we rented the house. This beautiful condo is located in a gated community within 15-20 min walking distance to Silverado Resort. Checking in was easy and straight up. One of the rooms has a beautiful local view of the hills and houses around. Matt’s vacation rental is clean and neighbors are very quiet. The kitchen is loaded with all the necessary bowls, pans, utensils etc. Bathrooms were clean and plenty towels were provided. If you plan to have a nice stay in Napa i’ld definitely give them a try! 5 stars all around

I had a fantastic stay at this Airbnb! The place is well-equipped with everything I needed, both for leisure and work, and everything is in excellent condition. The neighborhood feels relatively safe, and daily errands, as well as public transportation, are all within a 5-minute walk. Aravind is very responsive, courteous, and always willing to go the extra mile to assist me with any request. Whether you’re staying short- or long-term, this is the perfect place to stay in the Berkeley area.

Erin was a great host, she was proactive with communication before the stay started and would check up on us throughout the stay to make sure we were enjoying ourselves and to ask if there was anything we needed. Erin’s place looks exactly like photos and is clean, it’s definitely worth the money. I have stayed at the resort itself a few times and IMO Erin’s place is cleaner and nicer than the resorts 1 bedroom suites

Nice space, great for groups! Call ahead to make sure they adjust the two twins into the queen. And the time share folks will push hard, stand firm!

Great bungalow type place. Perfect back porch that overlooks beautiful golf course. Good value for this place.

We loved our stay here! So centrally located to everything we needed; we could walk to coffee and shops and restaurants easily, and then just a short drive to so many other things, including SF and the beach. The space exceeded our expectations in every way--cozy bedrooms, sweet patio behind the house, lots of games and books and a great kitchen. And getting in and out of the house with the keyless entry made it so simple--no keys to worry about! We'd definitely stay there again!

Peaceful location with beautiful patio overlooking the golf course. Kitchen was fully stocked, beds were comfortable, and you can’t beat the location. I appreciate Kristina’s quick responses and flexibility on check-in time.

Beautiful home, close to town, and very walkable. The house itself was spotless. Scott and Rebecca responded quickly and were very easy to work with. We would definitely stay here again the next time we are in Napa
