Amy is a wonderful host! She is very nice, responsive and informative! Her place is AMAZING! My husband and I LOVED our stay! The inside was as pictured and as described! It was a beautiful space, very clean and tastefully decorated! The outside setting was PERFECT! It has beautiful views and awesome sunsets from the surrounding grounds! The BEST is the PEACEFUL atmosphere inside and out with a short walk to one of the most BEAUTIFUL beaches at Nags Head! We stayed 7 nights and would have loved to have stayed 70, lol! We would LOVE to stay at Amy's place again! We CHERISH the memories we made! JC and Lisa 💕

The day we checked in was the night just before Helene hit Asheville. We lost power on the second day, but luckily Lynn and Bill have a generator that secured our usage of power throughout the next a few days. On the third day, we lost the network. But the magical Lynn and Bill had a starlink that kept us connected to the outside world! The network not only kept us informed about the latest news, but also enabled us to send out important messages to the parents for some Asheville School students, so their parents could arrange picking up their children the moment they received the message. We literally became the information distribution center between the students and their parents. Can't thank Lynn and Bill enough for their support during such difficult time. Forgot to tell you that Lynn and Bill have got a beatuiful house and view, nice settings of everything inside. The days we stayed with Lynn and Bill are unforgettable.

Very nice place to stay. Clean and private. Only issue I had was using the blue tooth lock on the door, that's my fault for being so out of touch with technology. I contacted Brian and he immediately gave me an alternate way of entry.

The stay was smooth and as expected. The space was clean, well-maintained, and equipped with everything needed for a comfortable visit. The location was convenient for getting around Charlotte, and the check-in process was straightforward. Communication with the host was clear and timely. Overall, a solid choice for a short stay in the area. I travel to Charlotte regularly for work and would consider staying here again.

We had a very pleasant stay at Lorraine’s Hakuna Matata. My wife has Parkinson’s, so we needed a place that was accessible and accommodating, and this space made it easy for us to relax. It was such a pleasure to see my wife feeling welcome and at home. There’s nothing about it that would make an able-bodied person feel uncomfortable, though. The space is functional and appealing to everyone. We were new to Carolina Beach, but at this time of year (early May) found the neighborhood quiet and the proximity to the beach near ideal. In addition to its accessibility, the property is charmingly decorated with touches that speak of family gatherings and seemed bespoke rather than store bought. I highly recommend this welcoming and comfortable spot.

This is quite possibly the CLEANEST airbnb i have ever been to. Such a comfy bed and linens. Would come back to stay! Everything was amazing!! My one and only complaint is you can hear foot steps from the upstairs unit.

I have lived in a lot of places over the past year while traveling for school, and this was the best of the bunch. Everything was great, including a clean comfortable space, available toiletries, efficient appliances, simple check in and out, amazing 10/10 mountain view.

Linda and Richard are the sweetest people and they are so welcoming! My boyfriend and I loved our stay here. Everything is just as pictured and they provide lots of snacks and breakfast items that were so great to have! The bed was SO comfortable. Everything was amazing and we will definitely return:)

Very spacious and beautiful home. The 7 of us enjoyed the weekend very much. Luke was very responsive and kind as to any inquiries and also checked in with us several times. We all want to return next year and hope we are able to book Luke’s place!

The cabin and location was delightful, in that, it totally fit our family's needs for a mountain experience that had easy access to the many attractions of Pisgah Forest and Brevard. The grandkids had a wonderful time playing along and in the Turkey Creek just at the foot of the property. The adults had a wonderful time overseeing their play from the back porch with the overall sounds of the flowing creek. It was a very peaceful and happy environment that often drew the grandkids there instead of wanting to go to "another" attraction. For me, the quintessential quote was from our youngest grandchild of 6 years, "Can we buy this house"? lol! Isaac is listed as a "super host" and I agree. His properties are accurately described and excellently appointed. He was very responsive to all of our questions and I recommend him and his "White Squirrel Properties" to anyone who is searching for a realistic mountain experience,

My daughter and I loved our comfortable, quiet stay at Patricia's house. The kitchen is wonderful, and the backyard was in full bloom! We enjoyed beautiful walks around nearby Salem College area. The house is so well taken care of, and Patricia had a great notebook of resources and recommendations for anything we would possibly need. We'd love to stay here again!

The house was very spacious and in a quiet location. It was exactly as described in the listing. It is conveniently located to High Point University and to the Greensboro airport. Chris was very responsive and was easy to work with when we decided to extend our reservation to add an additional day at the last minute. Overall we had a great experience and would stay here again.

The best place I have ever stayed. I will 100% come back ! Tamara is always happy to respond quickly and help out with anything I needed. The view is beautiful ,the neighborhood is quiet ,and the sun shines through the trees. Very peaceful.

Incredible views! Beautiful deck. Decorated very beautifully but felt very cozy! Beds were comfortable. Perfect location - quick walk to the beach. Close to the main restaurants and shops. Had everything you would need. Will definitely be back!

Great location near area attractions and close to the airport.

Super cute mountain-themed, dog-friendly two story condo with a very responsive and accommodating host! The balcony, the view, and the fireplace were everything! There are shared walls with neighbors but I never heard them. There is also a nice dead-end gravel road behind the condo that made for a great little walk with our dogs.

Great location with nice views. The condo was very nice with a very comfy master bed. If you want to stay in a more remote area of the Carolina coast, this place fits the bill. One friendly reminder... bring your own hand soap, dishwasher pods, and dish detergent. Listing says that linens are not included but we did have a big bag of linens including bedding and towels so that was nice even though we brought our own. We REALLY enjoyed sitting on the deck overlooking the ocean.

Jody was super friendly and very responsive to any questions that I had. The rental was immaculately clean, with nice furnishings and a comfy bed. I would definitely recommend The Snug or any of Jody’s other listings at The Shaded Crest.
