I have to say that Ludjane’s place was above and beyond all of our expectations. She and Rob (cohost) were wonderful. Any questions, Rob answered promptly. The place was furnished beautifully and immaculate. Grounds are great and well maintained. Everything was impressive. The beach chairs and goggles worked out perfect as well as not having to purchase beach towels. I couldn’t say enough good things about this property. They gave us great suggestions for multiple places to eat and we actually went to several of them and were not disappointed. We will absolutely stay here again in the future. It was quiet and parking was right outside the unit which was a plus. Easy entry with codes to enter through gate and the unit. AC worked great. No lack of hot water. I could go on and on. We had a perfect stay and hated to leave.

Location in the center of Grace Bay was absolutely ideal! We were able to walk to all our dinner reservations and cute shops. The view of the pool from the third floor balcony was lovely. The funky optional ocean blue lighting added to the ambience. When an issue came up… Icemaker not working, needed a spatula, blender was leaking… Simone was incredibly responsive and took care of the matter immediately. Easy flat walk of .25 mile to beautiful white sand beach, where lounge chairs were available to us, and umbrella rental available. We found the location to be perfect, and the accommodations were very comfortable, but not extravagant. Full-size washer and dryer as well as a dishwasher added to the convenience. A collection of fins, masks and floats were on the balcony, but we brought our own. For the convenience and location and price, we would definitely stay in this property again.

Such a wonderful place to stay. Best beach area and we walked and drove all over checking out other areas. Perfect spot and beach chairs closer to ocean than other resorts, which was nice. The place had everything we needed. We did a snorkel tour and a jet ski tour and both were great. Ate at The Farm, Las Brisas, The Pelican, Coco Bistros, CocoVan, Hemmingway’s, and Grace Bay Grill. All were fantastic. Having a car was a great idea. We were able to explore the island more. We had so much fun on the snorkel tour that we bought snorkel equipment and went to three other locations. So fun! Already planning our next trip.

We enjoyed our week stay at Sandy's place. We rented a small SUV and drove all around Provo. The roads out to North West Point is rough but doable if you go slow and have a high clearance vehicle, we packed our own gear, saw sea turtles and lots of tropical fish right off the beach. We took a ferry to explore North and Middle Caicos on a day trip which was great. There are 2 large IGA grocery stores close by to get anything you want to prepare your own food. The beds were very comfortable, AC units are slim systems which are quiet and very effective air management. Having a washer and drying helped us to pack light and not deal with checked luggage.

As described and photographed. Six minute walk to quiet end of Taylor Bay Beach via gravel/sand path thru the scrub (just look on Google Maps with satellite view). Two separate buildings very close to each other -- one is main with bedroom, bathroom, living room, primary kitchen... the other with bedroom, bathroom, mini-frig, sink. Everything, incl the pool, was clean and operable. No dishwasher. Host was very responsive. All good, would return and stay again.

Place was incredible!! Beautiful landscaping, very clean accommodations and Crayton was wonderful responding to any questions we had. I would highly recommend this place and plan to return in the future!!

We had a great five days here. We rented both cottages and they were perfect for our family of 4. Air conditioning worked perfectly, the pool was nice, plenty of outdoor seating, the kayaks were fun, the location was quiet. It is about 20 minutes from Grace Bay area, but you can't access Grace Bay unless you are stying along the water. We did go to dinner overnight in that area and we did not think it was an issue. There is a beach less than a 5 minute walk away with chairs and umbrellas to rent, but we preferred another more quiet, beautiful beach with shallow water about a 2 minute drive away. A car is needed. Coolers are in each unit, chairs and beach towels provided. the laundry was very helpful. We enjoyed our stay very much! Would highly recommend.

Meelike and Jee were amazing hosts. I can’t thank them enough for their responsiveness, hospitality and recommendations . The place was as described and exceeded our expectations . We highly recommend this place for your TCI stay! Area was right next to the beach and lots of other places (grocery store,restaurants, etc). Thank you for hosting us!
