It has it's own enclosed garden, parking space, and is situated down a stream-lined lane, (perfect for dog walking!) tucked away and yet a few minutes drive from shops, pubs and beaches. The perfect location for exploring the surrounding area. We include a complimentary parking pass for the stunning Putsborough beach, for your entire stay. (Must be returned)

Netherhams is a cosy picturesque cottage in heart of the lovely village of Georgeham. It is fully self-contained, very well equipped and is perfect for a relaxing stay. The interior retains the original features such as bread ovens, inglenook and beamed ceilings and is full of charm, but it has all the comforts of a modern fully equipped kitchen and stylish bathrooms. This is a perfect escape for families, couples and friends. The cottage comes with a free car pass for Putsborough Sands.

Broadeford Barn is a lovely spacious barn conversion close to the beautiful north Devon coast and excellently located for guests to enjoy the exceptional beaches of Woolacombe, Croyde and Saunton. There is a large family bedroom with a double bed and a single bed and a chair bed with adjacent bathroom. Downstairs there is underfloor heating in the well equipped open plan living room and kitchen. The accommodation is dog friendly with a dedicated field nearby for dog walking & exercising.

Welcome to our newly refurbished guest suite in the heart of North Devon, just 5 minutes from Saunton Beach. With a bus stop outside and the charming Braunton village only a 5-10 minute walk away, you'll have easy access to numerous bars, restaurants, and shops. The suite features self-check-in, a Smart TV, microwave, toaster, kettle, and free tea and coffee. Enjoy free on-site parking and a cozy bistro-style garden. Perfect for a relaxing getaway with everything you need at your doorstep.

You will be staying in a beautiful green oak outbuilding with 4 dormer windows and a glass gable end offering delightful Devon countryside views. Access is via a private door into the front of the building. From the upstairs living area, a door leads to your own private garden. There is a decking area with a bench and table for outside dining and a barbecue in season. There is a wooden gazebo at the top of the garden also with a table and seating for outside dining with more lovely views.

Brookside is a purposely developed self-contained studio, part of a period thatched cottage located in the centre of the village of Georgeham. The village has two great pubs and Putsborough, Saunton, Croyde and Woolacombe beaches are very close. The accommodation provides modern conveniences in a tranquil setting and is provisioned (by us) for you to enjoy a substantial continental breakfast - giving the flexibility to choose your own timings, ensuring a relaxing start to the day.

Skirr Cottage was the home of the acclaimed writer Henry Williamson who is best known as the author of Tarka the Otter. With its pretty whitewashed exterior the cottage is set next to a trickling stream next to the historic Norman church of St. George in the heart of Georgeham village. Putsborough surfing beach is a 25 minute walk via fields or via a lane. or 5 minute drive. The Kings Arms and 17th century Rock Inn serving gastro pub food are 1 minute and a 4 minute walk away.

A charming property in the heart of Georgeham, Fernleigh is a 2 bed cottage with a 3rd bedroom in an annexe. A peaceful home with a large garden and patio, perfect for enjoying sunny days and evenings. An ideal property for older family groups or couples. The village has 2 great pubs and a village store. The accommodation comprises the cottage with 2 bedrooms and a large bathroom, and a separate annexe which is a cosy self contained double bedroom with en-suite WC/shower.

Kick back and relax in this light and breezy sanctuary ideal for adults on the edge of Braunton, with its variety of stylish shops, bars and restaurants and 2 easy miles from the fabulous stretch of Saunton Sands. A comfortable well-maintained home with private parking, good sized garden with outdoor seating, hammock, lockable shed and no passing traffic. Open plan living/ dining/ kitchen and a comfortable bedroom. An adult environment not suitable for 0-12s.

The Retreat is surrounded by all the things we love. A 5 minute walk from Croyde village, Croyde beach and a 15 minute walk to Putsborough beach. We hope that you maybe able to park your car on arrival and not need to use it again during your stay. Access up the lane next to the house to wonderful panoramic walks and views of Baggy Point. We hope its a perfect place to rest those sandy feet and unwind after a full day of sea air.
