Paula made our stay amazing again! The fire was going and the place was toasty warm. We were lucky enough to be there while the goats were having their babies and Paula let all 5 kids stay out with her for hours. We all had an amazing peaceful weekend. Highly recommend!

We had a great stay at this location. The place was in meticulous condition and we much preferred it to any hotel/motel in the surrounding area. We had a small hiccup finding the place because there are 2 separate sections of this street but overall we thoroughly enjoyed our stay, it was very clean, and the beds were very comfortable!

Kim was really communicative and good about making sure we had everything we needed for the weekend. Easily reached, easy to work with. We spent the weekend fishing/snowmobiling and the location was very good for access to Lake Nipissing. Fishing is always good on the South Shore. Space was spacious, clean, multiple bedrooms. Kitchen well stocked. Everything you need.

This was an amazing stay for us, we used this location to get ready for a wedding! I'd reccomend this spot to any of my friends! Johanna was very responsive and we felt right at home the whole stay

We love staying at Joan’s place. It is welcoming and perfect for relaxing. Joan is great with answering questions and made sure we had everything we needed.

This Lake Nipissing rental was very much what we were looking for to do an ice fishing outing for 6 mostly retired guys – it was almost directly in from Lonely Island (about 1.5k walk). The actual cottage is very large, and it was nice having 2 ½ baths. The kitchen is very big with a huge island that also works as a pub height dinning area and there are tons of cabinets with all of the kitchen utensils/accessories you’ll need to make great meals. There are a few rough areas, which comes from a lot of use (e.g., trim work, a few chips, dents and worn chairs, shower heads, etc.), but for a northern cottage rental I would say it would be 4 to 4.5 stars and for an ice fishing choice I must give it 5 stars. I will very much consider this location again if we decide to do another ice fishing trip to this location again in the future and if you were doing a non-winter trip, I’m sure this location would be a perfect area with boat access and placement on the water for a large family outing.

This farmhouse is absolutely beautiful ! Bill (property manager) was conveniently on site when one of the couples from our group arrived and went through everything and answered any questions we had. Located right off the OFSC trails, close to the scenic ice caves, and with use of heated garage for snowmobiles made our weekend very relaxing after a day of riding the local trails. Our group of 8 had tons of space to relax and unwind. I couldn't imagine staying at this property in the summer and not being able to find something to do.

Christopher’s place is absolutely beautiful, the photos don’t do the view justice! We stayed for three nights in April and we were so lucky to experience hearing the ice breaking and melting in the morning - just another piece of beauty I can’t quite put into words. We were travelling with an infant and toddle which is challenging in itself, when we arrived we were blown away at how the kitchen was very thoughtfully stocked.. we were able to settle in and have breakfast the first morning without stress. I will absolutely stay at Christopher’s place next time we are in North Bay’

Daniel’s place is a quiet spot on the lake! It’s well equipped with everything you may need. I would stay again!

Where would I even begin? This was by far the best experience I’ve had. The unit exceeded expectations, it really did make you feel at home from the moment you walked in. It is honestly so nice, zero complaints. The host’s were absolutely amazing. They were so responsive to any need I had no matter how big or small, and made everything just so comfortable. I don’t think I’ll ever come across a group quite like them again. I would highly recommend this unit and any other unit listed under the host’s. They made being away from home and the struggles of daily life feel effortless. I am grateful for all they did and accommodated for me. As I said, best experience I’ve had by far.

Sarah's place was just as described and pictured. Such a beautiful well decorated and cozy place. It had all the amenities listed. We really enjoyed our stay and would recommend it to anyone looking for a place in North Bay. Would definitely stay again!
