Close to highwy, & shopping. We also have Solar panels that provide some back up for the heat/air and refrig. Entire daylight basement is separate from us upstairs with locked door. We would be happy to tell you more about the surrounding areas and our favorite hangouts. We used as much reclaimed material as possible to craft this speakeasy-style space.
