Ahmed was a super host and super responsive as to when we had any questions. Location was perfect! Walking distance to the beach and the Marina where we had dinner one night. The apartment has everything you need for a short or long stay. Would 100% recommend and would stay again. Also a huge thank you for arranging our transfer to the airport after our stay. 😊

The apartment is in an excellent location, on one side in a quiet street and on the other side across from a supermarket and within walking distance of the main street. The apartment is very clean and equipped with everything you need for cooking. Konstantinos was available for any question and request.

Ahmed is very nice person .we spend wonderful days in his accommodation. the only problem he got one air-conditioning in one room.

I stayed in this property for a week and I was very satisfied. It’s right next to Rehab Souq, so it was easy to grab a bite at Ibn Sham Restaurant or Al Haty Restaurant it grab groceries or toiletries etc. The apartment was clean and comfortable and the host and his son were communicative and helpful.

Very nice apartment. Extremely spacious, great value for money, and clean. Kareem was always available if I had issues, and went the extra mile to make me feel welcome. Uber was readily available within a few minutes at any hour of the day. There is a small supermarket just across the street that was open late. The only small drawbacks were that the apartment does not have many restaurants nearby and is rather far from any public transport (~25mins walk to nearest metro). It is also a little bit dated, though Kareem mentioned he plans to do some renovations that will surely make it nicer in this regard. Overall would stay again

De link via maps was niet accuraat bij mij, heb Moha moeten bellen om duidelijke instructies te krijgen. De heuvel die je moet oprijden is een pittig ritje, zijn volop bezig om de baan te herstellen. Eenmaal aan de woning werden we hartelijk ontvangen door de dames. Aangezien we de eerste klanten waren mochten we zelf ons appartement uitkiezen. Rachid heeft ons onmiddellijk een tasje thee en koekjes gegeven, samen met de nodige uitleg van de omgeving en een rondleiding van de woning. Op het dakterras heb je een subliem uitzicht van Chefchaouen. Het appartement is zoals de foto, voorzien van al het nodige. Het avondmaal hebben we ter plaatse genoten, een lekkere tajine. De volgende ochtend werd het ontbijt geserveerd op het dakterras. Rachid en de dames stonden steeds klaar voor eventuele vragen of wensen. Ondanks de pittige helling, zou ik zo terug kunnen gaan naar de blue house.

Wir sind drei Familien aus der Schweiz und haben das Farmhouse für unsere Feediving-Ferien gebucht. Die Zimmer sind grosszügig mit separatem Bad was ideal ist für grössere Gruppen. Die Küche war nicht ganz optimal ausgestattet für das regelmässige Kochen, doch Steven hat uns gleich alle gewünschten Kochutensilien besorgt. Esperienza meravigliosa. Prima ancora di iniziare il soggiorno Claudio si è dimostrato attento e pronto nelle risposte. L'accoglienza di Valerio è stata impeccabile, sempre disponibile, ricco di indicazioni e suggerimenti, il suo sorriso e gentilezza ci hanno fatte sentire a casa. Appena entri nella proprietà ti senti in vacanza: l'atmosfera è di relax totale e ogni particolare è curato con grande attenzione. C'è il giardino con alberi di limoni e piante grasse, la piscina con lettini e ombrellone, il bbq, la veranda, un patio sul retro con vista sui mandorleti e il grandissimo terrazzo arredato sul tetto con vista a 360° sulla campagna e fino al mare. La casa è accogliente, pulita e non manca di nulla. La cucina è rifornita con tante pentole e stoviglie. Molto apprezzata la presenza di acqua, caffè, zucchero, sale, condimenti, scottex e carta igienica. Si dorme benissimo grazie ai letti molto comodi, l'aria condizionata e il silenzio che circonda la proprietà. Torneremo sicuramente!

The positive reviews of this place and host are entirely justified. Top notch luxury villa, everything provided (even memory foam pillows!), perfect and peaceful location. We availed of the delivered breakfast and enjoyed this every day of our stay. Our host was attentive and nothing was a problem. The pool is exceptional, and the villas and grounds are maintained to a high standard. We loved our holiday to Kolymbia and would highly recommend Twelve Island Villas. We just wish we had booked for longer.

Un petit paradis ! La maison est parfaitement conforme à la description, et même mieux que cela. C’est une maison ancienne, traditionnelle, mais en même temps très confortable : la salle de bain est grande, la cuisine bien équipée, le coin salon très confortable, et l’étage (où se trouve les deux lits) est extrêmement agréable, avec ses quatre fenêtres ouvertes aux quatre directions. La maison est au milieu de la campagne, la terrasse ombragée l’essentiel de la journée donne sur des vignes qui appartiennent à la même famille. Il vaut mieux avoir un véhicule (voiture ou scooter) mais tout est facile ensuite car l’île n’est pas très grande : on est à la plage en 3min, au port en 15min. La localisation est très pratique pour explorer l’île car certaines des plus belles plages se trouvent plutôt au Nord de l’île. La famille qui possède la maison (deux frères et leur père) est enfin d’une très grande gentillesse. Souvent le matin ils nous déposaient des fruits frais de leur verger !

Die Wohnung besticht mit Meerblick und der ruhigen Nachbarschaft. Zum nächten Strand sind es nur wenige Meter, mit dem Mietwagen erreicht man schnell weitere Strände, Restaurants und schöne Ausflugsziele. Das Bett war super bequem, die Küche ist klein, aber ausreichend ausgestattet. Praktisch fanden wir die Waschmaschine. Die Kommunikation mit Patrick war sehr gut und professionell. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

We LOVED our stay on Naxos -- the cherry on top was our stay with Giannis. The view from this apartment is truly stunning. The pictures do not do it justice! It is very walkable, while still feeling private and quiet. Giannis was a great host. I would stay here again in a heartbeat. Thank you, Giannis!

L’appartamento ha una vista stupenda, situato all’ottavo piano di un edificio di fronte al mare tra il porto turistico e playa de malapesquera. Difficilmente dimenticheremo il nostro soggiorno, reso indimenticabile anche dalla qualità dell’alloggio. Grazie di cuore per averci dato la possibilità di soggiornare qui. We were guests of Jordan, a very friendly, sociable and helpful person. The accommodation is wonderful, very well-kept and well-finished: order, cleanliness, easy access and flexibility for check-in/check-out times. The apartment has a wonderful view, located on the eighth floor of a building facing the sea between the marina and playa de malapesquera. Excellent - the hosts, accommodation and location, all excellent. Sia, communicated at time of booking and before we set off and provided instructions along with a map to easily locate the apartment. She met us on arrival and talked us through the accommodation and provided a local map with suggestions on. Sia also provided a lovely welcome pack that included something for breakfast. Sia and her husband were available to assist if required. The accommodation was very clean and as per the details and photo's. It's location is in a quiet area and with a good view of the bay\sea towards Chania in the distance and the mountains. Golden Beach, Yannis Beach and good restaurants are within a 10-15 minutes walk from the apartment. Regular buses to & from Chania, which takes about 15-20 minutes. Well worth a stay at this location.

Très bon séjour chez NA immobilier. Hote réactif, et instructions très claires. L’immeuble et l’appartement sont propres et bien agencés. Le rooftop avec la piscine et les transats sont top. Il faudrait cependant penser à mettre un peu plus de papier toilettes pour 2 personnes sur 4 jours. Sinon RAS.

Die Wohnung von Robert lag in einer guten Gegend, guter Ausgangsort für diverse Restaurants, Bars etc. Robert war sehr bemüht um unser Wohlergehen, hat uns diverse Ausflugstipps mitgegeben. Der Parkplatz zur Wohnung war goldwert, da die Parkplätze in Malta rar und keine Tiefgaragen vorhanden sind. Die Wohnung selbst ist nicht mehr im neusten Zustand, hier und da gab es Mängel, aber im Grossen und Ganzen haben wir uns wohl gefühlt. Ich empfehle die Wohnung gerne weiter.
