Really nice studio very clean close to all amenities exactly as described very comfy bed..... Smart TV with all channels and apps fast broadband would definitely stay again !

What a superb van! Can’t begin to explain what a wonderful time we had and what a perfect van it is! The homely touches honestly make it feel like a home from home and the cleanliness is next level! You have everything you could possibly need and the site is so peaceful and other owners around are so friendly and welcoming! Hayley is a fab host, so helpful and friendly and even let us extend our stay last minute as we were enjoying our time there so much. So many things to do and places to go but if you also just want a relaxing few nights away where the kids can play safely then this is also the perfect place. Would 1000% recommend and will definitely be returning xx

We really enjoyed staying here, from the minute we arrived we felt at home! The barn was well equipped had everything we needed. We loved the animals and the only down fall was we didn’t spend long enough here, we will definitely be back! ❤️

Stephens place is very close to the seafront and there are loads of amenities within walking distance. The house was very clean and tidy and had everything you need for a good stay..parking is avaible right outside the property. Definitely stay here again. Thanks 😊

Stayed at David's place over the Easter weekend and had a great time. David's flat is top notch, tastefully decorated, high ceilings, clean. Two large bedrooms. Settled in really well due to the homely cosy feel of the place. The location is great, just a few minutes walk to Lytham centre with his bustling shops, bars and restaurants. A great stay at a great place.

We had a wonderful stay at this lovely property, tucked away in a quiet and peaceful neighbourhood. From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed—especially thanks to the thoughtful welcome packs, which were very much appreciated. The house is fully equipped with everything you might need, including a lovely touch of treats for the dog! The beds are spacious and comfortable, and there are great spaces to relax—whether it’s the cosy lounge or the bright kitchen-diner, which became our favourite spot. The huge TV with Freeview and Netflix was a bonus, and the WiFi speed was excellent throughout our stay. We also really appreciated the off-street parking and the fully enclosed back garden, which gave our dog the freedom to safely come and go. The location is great—just over 30 minutes to seaside spots like Morecambe, Blackpool, and Lytham. The surrounding countryside is beautiful, and there’s even a lovely riverside walk accessible straight from the property. Highly recommended.
