beautiful surroundings, extremely clean and fresh cottage, equipped with everything needed for a great stay. hosts Dave and Sue are lovely people extremely friendly and welcoming. fresh bread and little Easter eggs were a lovely arrival gift. was great to sit by the river surrounded by wildlife and a beautiful private garden and patio area. deffently would stay again. thankyou to Dave and Sue for making our Easter weekend a great getaway.

The house was a stunning place to spend a few days. We had our 3 kids with us ages 3 and 6. They had fun just tearing around the courtyard but we also were able to walk to the beautiful beach. The house was spotless and perfect for our needs. The kings arms opposite does a great plate of food and was really kid and dog friendly. We had a great stay and we’ll be back!

We had a great weekend, lodge is very well equipped for everything you could need. Very impressive location. Cannot fault it.

Spacious, very clean accommodation with all we needed. It was a comfortable set up for our long weekend. Very well located by the marina with many long walks for our dog but also close enough to restaurants, pubs and shops. A enjoyable stay.

We had a lovely few days at the property , felt like home and just what we needed for a relaxing break. Tom was a great host and responded very quickly if we had a query . We would highly recommend and would be happy to stay at the property again in the future

A super place for a relaxing break. Oyster Barn was spacious but cosy, very well equipped, comfy bed and sofas. Nice touch of Christmas decorations too. Chris coudn't have been more helpful. Great communication throughout and a quick response to a little problem. The location is perfect: quiet, with a big garden to walk around with the dog. Close to all the places we wanted to revisit, especially the sea. Thank you Chris and Gaenor - we would love to come back.

We had an amazing time at this property - the pictures truly don’t do it justice! The living room is spacious and tidy, perfect for games and watching movies. The real highlight is the beautiful garden which extends out towards a lake - we played rounders and other various sports games which was only possible due to the gorgeous green space available. Janine was extremely communicative ahead of the visit, providing details of local places, list of amenities and generally being very kind and informative. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a large group staycation, this place truly is a catch!

Booked the lodge as a surprise for my best friend’s 40th birthday. Four of us in total, that don’t get to see one another often; and everything about this experience made it so special. Selina was so accommodating and flexible to our individual needs; kindly letting 2 of us access the lodge ahead of check-in time, to set up birthday banners & afternoon tea (ordered from No. 142 Cafe in Oulton Broad). The entire stay exceeded all expectations! The photos don’t really do it justice. The lodge is stylish, comfortable, and spotless. The double bedroom boasts its own access onto the spacious veranda, and such a lovely marina location. A fab bar/restaurant onsite too, which we enjoyed the next day.

Thank you to Louis and Roy for creating Moat Island. We felt really lucky to stay. Magical place as if someone’s Imagination dreamt it up. When new guests arrived you could hear them making the amazed sounds we did. Excellent and social open kitchen, loved that. The tents are top quality, sturdy, warm, large and homely, dry as a bone. Bed so comfy. Private own patch of space. Around our tent was our own family fire pit and a table to eat at, a compost loo if we didn’t feel like heading to the very well made modern bathrooms on site. Kids liked the hammock and swing bench. The natural pool was incredible, could of sat on the deck all day looking at the scene, lovely to swim in. Peaceful, driveable to everything - we went to the Broads, Fritton Owl Sanctuary, the North Coast, Holt, Pensthorpe Nature Reserve and into Norwich. Could just stay on the campsite all day though, plenty to do. I didn’t want to leave, will be back!

Fabulous stay. Glorious facilities and incredible nature all around. The natural pool is very special. Great to have covered fully equipped kitchen as well as individual fire pits and tripod for more outdoorsy experience. Great warm tents. Will definitely come again.

Great experience, we loved our stay. there are 5 bell tents and a couple of lodges within walking distance of each other. Each site is far enough away from each other to feel private but also close enough to have a bit of a community feel to it. The communal kitchen is more than equipped, we brought far too much with us "just in case"! Lewis was often around if needed and was very responsive with any queries. We would highly recommend. Thanks for a great stay.

James' place in Stalham has everything you need for a short stay - a bit small for 2, but with lots of well thought out details. Everything was brand new and spotless. Very easy communicating with James who was responsive at all times, and even replaced the sofa bed when he realised there were 2 of us. Stalham makes a great base for exploring North Norfolk and the coast - a few minutes to Happisburgh and great beaches, and Stalham itself is on the Broads - a boat trip is a must

Lovely place to stay. Accurate as in the pictures, plenty of space. Spacious deck where to relax and enjoy sunny days, Parking, and an Aldi within walking distance.

Swan view is a lovely place to stay. Great space. Easily walkable to restaurants. Very clean and just as described/pictured. Matt and Michaela are great hosts. They have put together a binder with everything you need to know about the apartment and the area. They are also quick to respond.

Great flat. Was larger than we expected, Great local to use for exploring. Communication with Kenny was great and check in was easy. Highly recommended. We had a great 2 night stay.

Just as it's pictured, weather was kind and made the house even more inviting. I was wowed when we pulled up the drive! I did have to check that I had booked somewhere with a secure garden and was pleasantly surprised once we turned up and saw the gardens, low fences but held in 3 springy Frenchies with no issues. Everything you need and more. Lots of lovely villages to visit. Dog walks on the doorstep. Already looking at when we can book again. Even considering hiring a boat too. Liz was great with instructions and local information. Highly recommend the Thatch cottage.

Sue was a great host. The bed was great & we slept so well. A peaceful & relaxing home with a lovely view. It was very clean & well stocked with basics aswell as some extra kindly left out by Sue. My only suggestion for Sue would be to supply a bread knife, a colander & some more wine glasses & tumblers, otherwise we thoroughly enjoyed our break.

Great location with easy travel to areas such as Hunstanton, Wells next to the sea, Holt and Cromer. Lovely cottage that is well equipped, clean and everything you need for a relaxing stay. Easy walking distance into Fakenham and the village Hempton is a great place to bring dogs.

This was a lovely place for our two families to get together for Mother’s Day . Host very friendly and let us have a later check out since the clocks had leapt forwards.

Lovely accommodation, very clean, comfy beds and furniture. Plenty of space for 2 families for a weekend away.

A huge thank you to Sarah and Ian, who made our stay a fantastic experience! Beautiful cottage, amazing views and nothing was too much trouble for Sarah, wonderful hosts! The private hire swimming pool is definitely an added bonus! And of course the open fire!

The Dairy is the perfect place if you are looking for a relaxing weekend in a peaceful area with beautiful surroundings. The renovated barn has been done up amazingly with some key characteristics still in place. The log fire was an added bonus in the evenings and made it really cosy. Lots of lovely walks around it and easy to get to surrounding beaches and other coastal towns. Julia was very responsive and helpful with queries. We would love to come back! Do not hesitate to book - you won’t regret it! Thanks again

we ( myself, my partner and our elderly dog) had a fantastic stay at the cottage. it was very clean, and had everything we needed. The location is beautiful. We unfortunately had to cut our stay short, the hosts were very understanding. would highly recommend.
