We were really lucky to find this amazing apartment for our first Airbnb experience. It was in a perfect location for us and offered many special touches to make our trip easier and more comfortable. It's easy to see why Vicki is a Superhost; she was thoughtful, attentive, and prompt in getting back to us. We highly recommend this Airbnb.

We needed a place for our family to stay for a wedding nearby and this was perfect. Lovely scenery, easy to access, had everything we needed.

This is a beautiful and spacious home with New England charm and in a great location. The house looks exactly as pictured and was spotless. The rooms were well appointed with lots of space to sit and relax. It’s perfect for visiting this beautiful area of MA. Michael is a responsive and helpful host and very considerate of his guests. We would absolutely stay again and can highly recommend this home for your stay. Five star all the way.

This was our 3rd year renting, and we’ve already booked for the 4th year! That pretty much says it all! It’s our favorite long weekend of the year. You will not be disappointed.

Beautiful home and lovely host. We enjoyed our stay. The bedrooms were spacious and the back deck was so nice to have. The home was very clean and lots of spaces to spread out. Regina, the host, was always responsive to any questions. We hope to stay here again.

We’ve stayed at MaryBeth’s place in Dedham twice and enjoyed both experiences. It is an easy drive to Boston, but the ease of a home to fit two young kids a dog. MB is always responsive and the house was prepared with everything we needed. Would definitely visit again!

Second time staying here. Our favorite place out of all the homes we’ve stayed at. Super clean, comfy beds, and huge kitchen. Karen is very friendly and accommodating. Definitely will be back.

I booked the Royal Suite for a friend visiting from England. She felt very comfortable there, and the beauty of the home and specifically the property is amazing. I am sad to see the owners have the property for sale, as I love knowing they are animal lovers and clearly love the Swan, Willow, who resides on the river bank, and take great care of the house and gardens. Wishing them luck in whatever endeavor they choose next. I hope the new owners consider keeping the suites on Airbnb, since there's nothing like it in the area. It's exceptionally beautiful and special.

What a great space to spend 5 days visiting nearby colleges. The bedrooms are on opposite ends of the unit and are nice size with comfy beds and clean linens. The kitchen has an awesome stovetop with gas burners that were very responsive and easy to cook on. Didn't use the oven but it was very clean. Bonus find was cast iron skillet for steak night! Oh, and all the essential pantry items (plus other specialty oils/spices) were stocked, like cooking oil, salt, pepper, sugar, coffee+filters, etc. The single bathroom has nice shower, good water pressure, and plenty of hot water, plus heated floor! Living space is very small and projector tv system is awkward but handwritten instructions are very clear and eventually everything warmed up and turned on 🙂 Patio was nice, though it opens onto back alley so not much scenery. Still great to open patio doors and get a cool breeze through apartment. Would stay here again!

This place was everything that we were hoping for during our visit in Boston. The Host was incredibly responsive and helpful. Thank you for everything !

We stayed here with two toddlers and had a great time! The hosts were very responsive: * We flew in from the west coast on a red eye, and asked if it would be possible to check in early. The hosts very graciously let us check in super early, so we could take a post-flight family nap. * It was cold and snowy during our visit, and the host was on-site right after the storm to shovel and salt the walkways and driveways. Their proactive actions made it possible for us to safely ferry our young children back and forth to/from our car. In addition, the Airbnb was very clean, and came stocked with enough cookware/etc for us to cook and eat family meals together. The travel crib was excellent and fit, assembled, into the closet of the main bedroom. The bedding was clean and warm. And the entire place, despite being in a basement, is centrally heated; we could keep it warm enough for our young kids despite the cold weather. And there were some toys! A great place for families

Had everything we needed, was really comfortable and a great place to explore the area from. Highly recommended and will be back if we are looking to stay in the area again.

Great stay for a couples getaway in the city! Celebrated a wedding anniversary and stayed in this adorable apartment perfect for two people. You can’t beat the parking spot on site, which was huge for us. Other pros, the neighborhood is quaint and quiet and easy for Ubers to find you, the private patio is adorable and great for a drink before dinner or a morning coffee. The kitchen was clean and had all the basic amenities. Only cons would be there was a dust bunny or two in the bedroom and the bathroom shower seemed clogged as there was water filling the bottom. The shower was also missing body soap, which I let the owners know for future renters. I don’t believe this apartment has AC, although it was April we got lucky with an 81 degree day which made for a hot evening while trying to sleep, but luckily there was a box fan in the closet we used. Overall, a great place to stay in the city if you’re looking for a relaxing spot to rest after being out and about in Boston!

We loved staying at Dan’s place. Great location - walkable to MIT and nearby shops and restaurants, as well as the Red Line (subway) and a bus line on Mass Ave to get into Boston. Even so, the house itself is on a quiet street so no city noise. While easy to walk places, we also appreciated having Dan’s permit to leave our car on the street outside the apartment during our stay. Dan is a great host - very responsive and available to answer questions and offer suggestions as needed. The apartment is comfortable and clean - it has been recently been renovated and is well equipped. Bed is especially comfortable! Easy to check-in and out - would definitely say again.

Enjoyed our stay everything was described as on Airbnb . The beds were comfy and everything was clean. Our original flight was cancelled so we didn’t get there until 21.30, we were so delighted when we reached Felipes as it was lovely and warm. Felipe was easily contactable. No problems great place.

Hosts were so helpful. Great safe location. Super cute, Spotless and comfortable. I hope it’s available next time we come to Boston!

Mark and his villa were perfect for us during our "displacement" for almost 2 weeks while our floor was redone. He was the perfect host: 1 - being beyond accommoative with our quick displacement 2 - was an excellent communicator and lightning quick responses before/during/after our stay 3 - the villa is in a gorgeous area, with plenty to do nearby and all the amentities you could want: grocery stores, restaurants, and things to see/do super close 4 - there's plenty of room throughout the house for everyone (including our dog!) 5 - the kitchen is well-stocked both with cooking staples and equipment, even had a fresh bag of coffee waiting for us! I can't recommend him and this listing enough, whether you are displaced during reno's like we were or just in the area and looking for a place that can feel like a home away from home. It has everything you could need/want from my perspective, and I am very picky when I am spending an elongated period of time. Thanks Mark, was a pleasure :)

Like others' recommendation, Anna is such a warm hearted and knowledgable host. She will always care about you, good at communication while keep certain privacy. She will prepare you coffee and tea and cookie in the morning. Her house is very clean located at beautiful, peaceful and safe neighborhood with direct bus stop nearby. She help make my BM trip so easy and I will defenitely book again in the future and recommend to others.

Anna is a very nice and pleasant host! I had a great two nights of sleep. There was coffee in the morning in a nice dining room. I would stay there again.

We really enjoyed our stay at Tamara’s house. We arrived very late at night and everything is ready for us. We are a family of five and we do quite a bit of cooking. We got everything we needed from the house, saved us time and money. Highly recommend this house to everyone visiting the Boston/Newton area.
