Living in a listed building! Built in 1794, this half-timbered house is the oldest surviving building in Hamburg's Neustadt district. The building, which was extensively renovated in direct cooperation with the Hamburg Office for the Protection of Historical Monuments, looks back on a long history in Hamburg. It is located near the so-called ramparts directly on the border to Altona, which was still the second largest city in Denmark at the time. From 1806 to 1814 it was occupied by Napoleon, and in 1842 it withstood the great, devastating Hamburg city fire. At the end of the 19th century, the small house was inhabited by 4 tenants and has survived 2 world wars to this day. The detailed restoration took place between 2017 and 2024 and today you have the opportunity to rent this special gem as a vacation home. With contemporary building services and a well-equipped kitchen, you can experience the historic flair of living in a completely new way. We are particularly pleased to welcome guests who respectfully enjoy the special features of the house.

Unser Einfamilienhaus bietet eine perfekte Balance zwischen Privatsphäre und Gastfreundschaft, da wir mit unserer Familie im Erdgeschoss wohnen. Das Grundstück liegt etwas zurück von der Straße, was für ruhige und friedliche Atmosphäre sorgt. U-Bahn U1 oder RB 81. Unser Preis ist inklusive der Tourismus-Tax, sodass du keine zusätzlichen Kosten hast.

Die Unterkunft liegt in einer ruhigen Wohngegend mit sehr guter Anbindung: Die S-Bahn ist in 8 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar und führt direkt zu den wichtigsten Sehenswürdigkeiten. Innenstadt und Hafen sind mit dem Auto in nur 10 Minuten erreichbar. Parkplätze sind nicht auf dem Grundstück, aber direkt vor dem Haus kostenlos und zeitlich unbegrenzt auf dem Rondell verfügbar. Our Heidehaus was built in 2001 in traditional timber construction with ecological materials and has a very beautiful and relaxing energy. It consists of two connected houses and is located in a very quiet residential area, right next to the beautiful Klecker Wald (Forest). The guest house was completely renovated in 2024 and has a new kitchen, a new bathroom and a sauna with an infrared/heat cabin. I live in the rear house myself with my family.
