All on one level, with no stairs, the apartment is ideal for families with young children or people with limited mobility. Whilst literally a stone's throw from the beach and within the sound of the rolling waves, this is a ground-floor property and does not have direct sea views. This spacious three bed apartment has been sensitively renovated, whilst maintaining its period features of 1894, including original fireplaces in every room, the tiniest letter box and cornicing worthy of a wedding cake! All on one level, with no stairs, the apartment is ideal for families with young children or people with limited mobility. There are 6 steps down to access the front door, these are well lit and have a very good hand rail. Private use of the entire apartment. There are three large bedrooms, two with en suites, as well as a separate bathroom, sunny courtyard garden at the back which is perfect for lazy BBQs, patio area to front. Parking is free directly outside (a rarity in Deal). There is an undercover storage area ideal for golf clubs, bikes, pushchairs, wellington boots, buckets and spades, and of course your pebble collections... We love Deal and want out guests to as well. We leave out masses of information about things to do, places to eat, local walks etc. and are always very happy to help with any other questions you might have. As we are nearby we are also on hand should there be any problems during your stay. Nous parlons français raisonnables! The apartment is just a short stroll along the promenade to some British seaside favourites. There’s a vintage ice cream parlour, amusements, award-winning pier, plus a vibrant high street full of independent shops and fantastic restaurants. By Train: The apartment is only a 10 minute walk from Deal station, with its high speed train links direct into London Kings Cross St Pancras taking only 1hr and 15 mins. Trains also run to and from Charing Cross. There is a taxi service in the station car park if you don't fancy the short walk. By Car: Approx 1hrs drive from the M25, junction 2 (via A2) or junction 3 (via M20). Deal is only a short drive from the Port of Dover, its Cruise Terminal, and nearby Eurotunnel Services. Its easily accessible from the Continent and perfectly located for a day trip to France. Just remember to pack your passport! The apartment is very child friendly and we provide the following childrens kit should you need it: High chair, Travel cot, Booster seat, Changing mat, Baby bather, Bumbo seat, Sterilizer, Bottle warmer, Bouncy Chair, Plug socket covers, Door guards, Plastic plates, cups and cutlery, Hand held blender, masses of toys and games. All our beds are hotel quality with 1000 pocket sprung mattresses, Egyptian Cotton bed linen, and hypoallergenic duvets and pillows. Towels also provided. We also have an additional fold out single bed should you want to sleep an extra person.

It is located in Zwevegem, in the middle of nature. The house stands along the Canal Bossuit-Kortrijk. In the surroundings you can go hiking, cycling and mountain biking. Visit the cities Kortrijk, Lille, Roubaix, Tournai, Oudenaarde. For cyclists, the Flemish Ardennes and the Hell of the North are a nice challenge. Rating5*****

Huis volledig gerenoveerd met moderne inrichting en voorzien van alle comfort. Aan het huis grenst een ruim terras en een tuin. De ligging vlak bij Mechelen (1 van de 6 Vlaamse kunststeden) en heel centraal in België (25 km van Antwerpen, 25 km van Brussel, 23 km van Leuven en 56 km van Gent) is zeker een troef. Mooie fietsroutes in de buurt. 1 slaapkamer en badkamer met inloopdouche op benedenverdieping dus toegankelijk voor mindervaliden maar geen aangepaste toiletten of extra voorzieningen.

Je kan er met 2 personen logeren , en in de living staat een slaapbank indien je graag met 3 of 4 personen komt. Je logeert eveneens bij mini camping "zennijs" ! Vrienden en familie kunnen hun tentje opslaan en gebruik maken van sanitair blok . Op uw vraag richten we het in voor verblijf met baby: speeltapijt, verzorgtafel met badje, babystoel of peuterstoel.
