We reside upstairs to be available for our guests needs and for any minor maintenance issues that may inadvertently arise during your stay. The guest house has an outside pool and your own spa bath to relax in after 18 holes of Golf. The nearby Lakes Beach is only 5 minutes drive or 25 minute leisurely walk through the Golf Course on a dedicated pathway.

This large, modern family home has an inground swimming pool with large undercover outdoor entertaining area and BBQ. The house is less than a minute’s walk to the beautiful Hargraves Beach. Surrounded by national parkland on the Hawkesbury River, the Treehouse is an architecturally designed red-cedar cottage set high on the riverbank with a private jetty and spectacular water views. The two queen beds are furnished with luxurious cotton and Belgian linen. The main bedroom is on a mezzanine level and overlooks the living area which has a slow-combustion fire.
