Houten huisje, zelf gebouwd in 2020. Grotendeels met gerecycled materiaal. Op het huisje liggen maar liefst 20 zonnepanelen! De balken en de nok is lekker in het zicht gebleven, wat een ruimtelijk effect geeft. Een stalraampje uit de boerderij waar Karin geboren is, is in de nok verwerkt. De oude gele klinkertjes uit die boerderij vormen het terras, samen met de plavuizen uit de kelder. Als surprise heeft manlief voor Karin een hart gemaakt in het terras! Al met al een fijne plek om te vertoeven

Beautiful spacious garden house close to the beach. A unique opportunity to stay in a romantic and spacious garden house in a beautiful and quiet residential area in Wassenaar, a suburb of The Hague. This place is ideal for visiting the cities of Leiden, The Hague, Delft, Amsterdam & Rotterdam. The nearest beaches are Wassenaarse slag & Scheveningen, both a short distance away and easily reached by bicycle or by car. Public transport is a 3-minute walk away. Our guesthouse is located in a dead-end street just a 10-minute walk away from the centre of Zaandam (with restaurants, bars and shops). Free parking . The guesthouse is in our backyard, which is so quite that you think you are in the countryside instead of just 30 minutes away from downtown Amsterdam which is very easy to be reached. Your stay is including 2 free bikes! The house is private and comfortable. Our prices are including Euro 5 tourist tax per person/night. So no additional charges!

Het huisje beschikt over een gezellige woonkamer en open keuken, alwaar vloerverwarming is. Een TV is aanwezig, welke alleen te gebruiken is met de Chromecast(is aanwezig). Douche en toilet zijn aanwezig. Boven is er slaapgelegenheid voor 3 personen. Ook kunt u zitten op onze sfeervolle veranda; leuk om te ontbijten, eten of een boek te lezen. In de tuin zijn meerdere knusse hoekjes om in te zitten. Komt u met de boot? Geen probleem, naast het huisje is er de mogelijkheid uw boot aan te leggen.

De guesthouse heeft een fijne zithoek met smart-TV met netflix Extra verplichte kosten: Gebruik van de sauna en jacuzzi: € 50.- per nacht Schoonmaakkosten: € 65 euro per verblijf. "Pelican Dune" is a newly available small holiday home only a few hundred meters away from the beach. This comfortable house is located at Dobbelmanduin in the beautiful village Noordwijk aan Zee. Dobbelmanduin is a peaceful neighborhood. The main shopping street with plenty of shops, a supermarket and bakery are only a few minutes walk away. So are the 2 main boulevards with the restaurants and bars. Pelican Dune has his own entrance.
