I got really good memory in this place. very clean and peaceful. There are everything to stay. The host was fantastic. Because she had deep consideration and hospitality. If I travel to here I will stay again.

Damit konnte ich den lokalen Markt erreichen, die Auswahl an Speisen war groß und die Preise günstig. John war bei Nachfragen immer erreichbar und hat flexibel reagiert. Jederzeit wieder.

The villa is located in an old resort and around a 10-minute drive from the beach. The highlight was the pool, from its cleanliness to the jacuzzi functions. Since it’s in an old resort, the furniture is a little out of style and has some wear and tear, but it has all the facilities and amenities mentioned. It’s pet friendly and there is no extra cost. The host is also very responsive and friendly and quickly solved any issues we had. Overall, a very pleasant experience.

Absolutely perfect stay at Chuanchai’s villa in the peaceful SeaBreeze village! We were a group of four adults traveling with a dog, and this pet-friendly home exceeded all expectations. The villa was spotless, beautifully designed, and had everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. The pool was a highlight—immaculate and lit up beautifully at night. We also loved the cozy lounge area by the pool, perfect for late-night chats under the string lights. Chuanchai was an exceptional host—super responsive and incredibly thoughtful. From the smooth check-in to the free snacks waiting for us, every detail was taken care of. You can really tell he takes pride in providing a great experience. Quiet location, great amenities, and just a short drive from Pattaya’s attractions. This is hands down one of the best Airbnb stays we've had. Full stars and highly recommended—we’ll definitely be back!

Patty was so helpful throughout our stay there. She made us feel at home. I would highly recommend her to be anyone’s host. She was so proactive in communicating with us and helped us throughout our stay for any questions we had. Nice and big house with everything there. Thank you for everything Patty!

Sehr schöne Unterkunft.

The house was incredibly spacious and easily accommodated all of my guests. The TV offered both Netflix and YouTube, and the large pool was perfect for a refreshing dip. The bedrooms and bathrooms were exceptionally roomy, providing plenty of comfort. The property is conveniently located near the community clubhouse, which also gives access to a nearby beach. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a beach house just a two-hour drive south of Bangkok, close to Pattaya and Koh Lan.

The Asian Summer Pool Villa by Deedy was fantastic. We had a big group and everyone had Fun. Awesome pool with slide. Walking distance to the beach even for this YouTuber, OldGuyOutside. I highly recommend this place. We will definitely stay here again.

This Airbnb was huge and very clean. Would definitely recommend this place. The host was responsive and helped us whenever we needed assistance.

I stayed here for 4 nights with mine and my brothers family. There were 8 of us in total and we had plenty of room. The villa is well equipped and each large bedroom has an en-suite which is great. The pool is amazing and the kids pretty much stayed in that the whole time. If you like all the electronics there is plenty here to entertain you and once my son worked out the karaoke machine we had a fun night of singing. There were some minor issues with a drain in one of the bedrooms but after a message to the host someone arrived very quickly to resolve. When you walk out of the villa there is a 7/11 within 2 mins walking which is handy for drinks and snacks. Get yourself the bolt app and you can book taxis to anywhere in Pattaya. We loved it here and would definitely come back when we visit Pattaya again.

It was my first Airbnb stay and I was not disappointed. The villa is very large and has a great location. Particularly noteworthy is the big Swimmingpool and the beautiful furnishings. Everything was very clean and the hosts were very nice and friendly and accommodating. All in all, I would book the villa again. Many thanks for the wonderful time.

The host was extremely responsive and assisted when my driver was lost.
