We booked 2 units for business trip from Benny, who is a friendly and nice landlord. We quite enjoy the stay during these days, and we really appreciate Benny's help for everything, like Grab car, show us the way for MTR, change bed sheets on time, and room clean service, etc. He also recommend the Koh Kret for sightseeing, which is a very famous island, and worth to go. In all, thanks so much for his hospitality. We would love to book again if we go near there.

My friends and I had a wonderful stay at Suwutcha's place. The location is exceptionally serene and private, nestled within a charming local neighborhood that offered a true sense of tranquility. The accommodations were comfortable and well-maintained, creating a perfect retreat for our group. Suwutcha was an outstanding host—accommodating and attentive, providing us with clear and helpful instructions that made our stay seamless. ดีค่ะ เหมือนอยู่บ้านเลย รูปตรงปก ยังดูใหม่อยู่ เดินทางสะดวก ที่พักเงียบ คือเหมือนมาเปลี่ยนที่นอนจริงๆ ห้องน้ำ กว้าง อ่างใหญ่กว่าที่คิด มีผ้าเช็ดตัว ครีมล้างมือ สบู่เหลว แชมพูให้ด้วย ทำอาหารอะไรเล็กน้อยได้มีอุปกรณ์ครบ มียันเขียง เครื่องปิ้งขนมปังก็มีให้ จานชามถ้วยช้อนคือครบ สระว่ายน้ำสวย กว้าง มีที่ให้วิ่งเล่น เดินเล่น ต้นไม้เยอะ ร่มรื่น คือมาจากกทม.เจอแต่ฝุ่นควัน มาที่นี่คือสูดอากาศเต็มปอดมากๆ ครอบครัวเรามีลูก5ขวบมาด้วยคือตอบโจทย์ ทั้งสระว่ายน้ำ อ่างน้ำและที่ให้เดินเล่น ส่วนมนุษย์แม่ กระเป๋าเยอะก็ดีที่มีรถกอล์ฟบริการด้วย ปล.เซเว่นห่างจากที่พักประมาณ8โล

Stunning renovated pool villa with roof terrace

It my 6th stay here. Feels like home as always. So peaceful and quiet. The scenery is wonderful. The house itself is getting a little old but things work just fine and the staff are always very helpful. Just one call and they’ll come and fix anything that’s needed. Will be back again for the 7th time for sure!

ที่พักสวยและสะอาดเหมือนในรูปเลยค่ะ คุณแม่บ้านดูแลดีมาก เนื่องจากไปพักช่วงมีคอนเสิร์ตรถติดมากเลยทำให้ไปช้ากว่าเวลาเช็คอินที่โทรไปแจ้งไว้ คุณแม่บ้านก็รอเปิดประตูให้ค่ะ

nancy, the people working at and the owner of the cottage were very friendly and always ready to help. we had a barbecue alltogether on one night which was fully paid by the owner. the place is quiet and peaceful and really is great to lay low for a while. the only inconveniance is the difficult availabilities to come around and limited ways of transport at the cottage. i would still defenitely recommend this place :)

Nice and big house, location close to Thai Wake Park and not far from Bangkok center. The host was very responsive and helped us to figure it out with some of the appliances, and made our stay as smooth as possible. A separate laundry room is a very useful feature as well.

It was located just in front of Central Chaeng Wattana and MTR Pink Line. Location was superb for mobilization using public transport. Rooms are very convenient and comfy. The Views was stunning and can enjoy beautiful Bangkok city from the 28th floor. The building is wheelchair accessible and just beside the main road surrounded by many restaurants.

Our third time staying here, and it always feels just as warm and inviting as the first. The location is perfect close to nature, yet super convenient. The spacious backyard is a dream for our dogs to run and play. The kitchen is well-equipped, ideal for anyone who loves to cook. Our host is always responsive and flexible, which makes the stay even more enjoyable. We’ll definitely be back again soon!
