This condo is on the top floor in a transitioning neighborhood. It’s neat, clean, and as expected. I chose it because it is walking distance to MOCA. I was traveling on my own, so stayed in at night. Fresh Market is a short drive, so I purchased what I needed and ate in. There aren’t nice restaurants or shops nearby and not a lot of people out at night. Check-in is a little complicated, but there were detailed instructions. You park on the street to run up to the condo and get the key fob & key card for the parking garage and drop off luggage. Garage is a short walk. Great for the money and location.

We have used vrbo/Airbnb for the last nine years to travel. Connie's home in St Augustine stands out as one of the best! Connie is a very responsive host and the property is well stocked with high end appliances and comfortable furnishings. This feels like a home. We are repeat visitors to this property and hope it's always available for our travels.

Like most other reviews say, the location is perfect in that you can walk to pretty much everything from restaurants to historical places to museums and other attractions yet it's tucked enough out of the way from the crowds and noise to peacefully recover from all your sightseeing. The place was easy to find, great that you get a dedicated parking spot off the street and check in was simple. Inside was clean, looked like the posted pictures & felt very comfortable with the furnishings and decor. Bed was comfortable, linens clean, good quality towels and kitchenette was well equipped. Only two things to mention - it's a downstairs unit and you will hear the movements of anyone directly upstairs (walking around and toilet flushes) and neither window A/C produced any heat despite both having heat settings. This isn't a problem for the majority of the year in St. Augustine but my visit just happened to have two nights in the upper 40's/low 50's. At least the shower was nice & hot!

Best airbnb ever!!! The location was perfect, right by the main downtown but still removed enough to feel cozy. Charming old florida style, felt like an apartment/homey vs a sterile airbnb. Safe neighborhood, gorgeous. And Spinster Abbotts is a must - do trivia on Wednesdays!

This was our first time in the St. Augustine area so we weren’t sure the best place to stay- in town or near the beaches. This spot was perfect and convenient to both! We had about a 30 minute walk to town which worked out well because parking is limited downtown. There was a nice small convenience store nearby as well. Quiet neighborhood, perfect set up inside! Very comfortable, we can’t wait to return.

Amazing please! Located in the town of San Marcos beautiful sunsets down the block and close to everything!! The space was clean! Super comfy beds and everything was perfect!

We had a very relaxing time thanks to Ashley and her immaculate place. The pool was amazing and felt very private as no one else was there most of the days. We enjoyed the well equipped gym and the beautiful walk around the lake. Overall we were thrilled with our vacation and would definitely return. Ashley was super responsive to any question we had and we felt right at home.

Absolutely beautiful stay, super close to beach access, short drive to the historic district of St. Augustine. A thoughtful and well stocked home, great for folks that are looking to cook + have meals with their families. Dalerie’s a clear communicator and responsive host. We hope to be back one day!

We had a great time at Gabriel’s spot. We loved how Clean the home was and beds were comfy. The kitchen was awesome and he had some coffee and other things to get you by. We loved the proximity to the historic downtown it was a nice stroll over the bridge and back. My fur babies enjoyed their stay as well. Next time we visit we will definitely book again if available.

What an amazing stay we had here! This is a peaceful & very clean home in a safe neighborhood, walking distance from the beach & any store or restaurant you’d need are a quick drive. There’s an incredible playground/park called South Beach Park & Sunshine Playground just a few mins drive away! The beds & furniture were all so comfortable, the house is thoughtfully stocked well-kitchen, bathroom & laundry had all we needed including soaps, shampoos & conditioner. There are plenty of beach towels, pool & beach gear (chairs, toys, umbrellas, etc). If you have small children, there’s a few games & packnplays too! The backyard is beautiful-a great space to hang out, have a meal, relax & swim. The pool is heated-we could even get in on the cool & rainy days & still be warm! This was such a huge bonus for us! The hosts are AMAZING-very quick to respond to any questions, great communication, the check-in/out process is super simple. Will DEFINITELY stay here again!!

Great deal for a great location! Love how dog friendly it was my pup enjoyed running around in the fenced in backyard. Also enjoyed playing video games and the Guess Who! (they had their own homemade stickers, i’m guessing the people were friends/family, either way we had a good laugh and played a few rounds of it!)

Katie’s home is beautiful and spacious and very affordable. It suited our group of 9 ladies with plenty of space to move about, sleep and get ready before our cruise. We felt safe with the many outside security cameras and fenced in yard. It is a short drive to many restaurants and made easy work of getting to the port on time. Katie was very responsive and friendly in her communications. Will definitely look her up again for a future pre-cruise stop. .

4th stay at one of Sally's places. Very enjoyable trip. Quiet neighborhood, close to beach and several restaurants. Not far from historic St. Augustine.

Everything was good. Place was clean. Awesome beach view from balcony!! Very responsive. Ice maker had issue and Nick offered to bring ice for us. We said no, we could get our own!! Great knowing they wanted to take care of it. Would stay there again!!

Great location close to everything very clean and comfortable

If you want an ocean view (and a sunrise AND moonrise!) and to be steps away from the beach, this is your place! For me, waking up and seeing the ocean is soothing and sipping coffee on this deck while experiencing the ocean was perfection. Once you are ready to hit the beach, you walk down the stairs and wa-la, there it is! If you forget something, no worries-- your place is only a few minutes away! It was so nice not to have to lug all the beach stuff and then worry about where we'd find a restroom. Nope-- it's all right there at this place! In addition to the beach, there is a pool and many hot tubs. I'm particular about my hot tubs, but this one did not disappoint. They kept it hot enough to relax those sore spots. We did rent a car and the drive to downtown is about 15 minutes and super easy. We Ubered one night and that was easy. I had a few questions for Butch during our stay and he responded immediately. Recycle in town. Butch will send you the link. Grocery is 2 miles away.

We had an amazing week at Rebecca's condo!! Everything was very clean with great amenities. She was extremely responsive if we had any questions. The location cannot be beat - pedestrian walkway with traffic light is directly across the streat. We very highly recomend and hope to return next year!

Really good looking, clean, welcoming place and well located. Todd was always responsive and there to clear any questions or doubts. the check in was easy with clear instructions and it was overall a pleasure to stay here.
