Staying at Jeanne's beachfront house was a breath of fresh air. We were welcomed with lots of energy and clear communication! The house was cosy, clean and had beautiful views overlooking the sea. During our stay Jeanne was a very attentive host. If you're looking for a magical time away in Rio Jeanne's place is situated in a great location. There are beautiful beaches and bars within walking distance and Jeanne will be happy to give you recommendations if needed! We'd love to stay again!

Passamos dias felizes no Loft da Mata. Cercado por muito verde, decoração rústica e natural, o espaço é lindo e aconchegante. A cozinha é completa, o banheiro limpīssimo e o astral de Maria Izabel deixa tudo mais especial ainda. Não tivemos dificuldades para conseguir Uber e, para quem gosta de correr ou pedalar, saindo da estrada de terra tem ciclovia até a Praia de Itacoatiara, num total de 5km. Nossa cachorrinha Luz foi super bem acolhida e também aproveitou bastante a estadia.

Que lugar incrível! Eu e minha esposa amamos a estadia. Tudo perfeito, desde a casa em si como o ambiente rural na qual ela se insere. Em especial um agracimento ao Jeff por toda hospitalidade. Valeu a pena cada minuto!

We had the best time there. Tauli was our main contact person before the trip and was always reachable and nice (we didn't get to know her personally). Once we got there, we were welcomed by Mairê. In the following days we also got to know Capy. Mairê and Capy were often around and were also very nice and attentive. When they were not there, the communication worked well via a chatting app. About the place, it is like a natural refuge in the middle of Rio (we were there during Carnival). We had both rooms and because of that, the whole space just for us, including the pool and the outdoor kitchen. We spent a good amount of time in these places. For our small children it was also amazing, with the big garden, the pool, the animals etc. Getting around with the taxi boats worked quite well in general. It was very nice to get from the house to the metro station. Repellent is essential, otherwise you'll be eaten alive by the mosquitos. We would definetely stay there again.

A estadia foi perfeita, as vezes uma breve demora em responder, mas sempre muito solicitas e dentro do prazo. Embora o estúdio comporte somente 2 pessoas, senti falta de talheres, pegadores, panelas, as cápsulas disponíveis para café não havia e amenities de banheiro também não. Acredito que poderiam acrescentar coisas na descrição como não ter secador de cabelo ou ferro de passar.. São pequenas ponderações comparadas com a paz e o visual do lugar. Achei a cama confortável, bom chuveiro e com água quente realmente. O restaurante ao lado tira um pouco a privacidade do lugar, apesar da varanda ser individual. Não há incomodo quanto a barulhos

Lugar aconchegante, simples e de muita natureza! Valeu super a pena conhecer!

A casinha é exatamente como nas fotos. A localização é ótima, rua tranquila, porém próximo a bares, restaurantes, serviços e, claro, as praias de Itaipu e Itacoatiara, um charme.

Tolle Lage mit wunderschönen Ausblick! Die Einrichtung ist einfach gehalten aber alles wie beschrieben! Raquel war sehr hilfsbereit und stand mir bei Fragen immer zur Verfügung. Kann die Unterkunft nur weiterempfehlen

Adorei minha hospedagem com a andrea, ela é uma fofa que fez uma decoração linda e deixou mimo como chocolate e balinhas. A casa é muito aconchegante e tem tudo que precisamos pra fazer o básico, gostei muito do atendimento e proatividade dela de explicar absolutamente TUDO sobre a entrada, sobre a jacuzzi e sobre a saída! Com certeza irei voltar mais vezes ❤️ única coisa que não é uma crítica, mais que eu acho que poderia ter é uma luz lá fora no quintal porque de noite fica realmente muito muito escuro, mais como o lugar é seguro e protegido fiquei tranquila sobre isso, mais acho que se tivesse uma luz lá fora a noite talvez teria aproveitado mais a varandinha rsrs

This is a very special place to stay! It is easily of our favorite Airbnbs we have ever visited. Marcelo and his family are very friendly people and have a wonderful studio on the grounds of their home. It is set in the back and has an incredible view of the city and surrounding landscape. The patio is very relaxing and serene; we saw multiple monkeys, humming birds, lizards, cats, bats, and even their pet turtles down by the pool. The pool was a lovely bonus and very enjoyable in the warm weather. The studio has a bohemian vibe to it and was very comfortable with the fan / AC option. We occasionally walked to Santa Teresa, which is the most charming hillside neighborhood with tons of artsy shops, restaurants, cafes and bars. Other times you can get an easy Uber ride up there. Flamengo beach is also not very far away and quite beautiful. Overall, we highly recommend this spot!
