Nissi Beach: аренда домов для семей с детьми

De villa is heel ruim! Het was even zoeken naar de vierde slaapkamer, die zit in een bijgebouwtje. We hebben vooral genoten van de tuin, veel verschillende plekken om te relaxen en voor onze peuter heel veel ruimte om veilig te spelen. De jacuzzi was heerlijk! Vijf minuutjes lopen naar een kleine baai met strand, en nog vijf - tien minuten naar een groter strandje waar de zon langer scheen. Voor ons als Nederlanders was het even wennen aan de strikte regels voor de boiler. Maar dat lukte ook. Lambros was vanaf het eerste contact vriendelijk en hielp ons de eerste dagen met veel geduld om alle apparatuur in te stellen. In het voorseizoen was er in de omgeving nog niet zoveel te doen. Maar daar staat de rust tegenover, voor ons een prima resultaat. En Agia Napia is niet ver weg en daar is alles.

The place is nice and the host has very good recommendation. Just that the parking might be difficult, for beginners, because there is not much space.

This villa was really lovely and as described. We had an issue with the cleanliness of the pool on our arrival and the host promptly arranged for the pool to be cleaned. The house didn’t have basic essentials like oil, sugar, salt, coffee or tea, nor hand soap for bathrooms. These are the only faults, everything else was great. You will need a car to go to Agia Napa and Protaras, but there are a couple of minimarkets, tavernas and a coffee shop which were walking distance. A very small beach is also walking distance.

A lovely villa in the perfect location. Great pool area. 2 Mins to walk to the beach and then able to access coastal path that takes you to Protaras and Paralimni. Lots of local restaurants and shops…. But so close to Protaras! We had a fab time. There were only two of us but nice and spacious for families :-) Marios was very helpful and responsive when needed ! Thank you

We've just spent 5 days in the lap of luxury; literally one of the nicest, most comfortable villas we've stayed in, in all the years of visiting Cyprus. The villa is amazing, beautifully renovated and furnished to a high quality standard. it was absolutely spotless throughout; the kitchen was well equipped; the welcome basket a really nice touch; food in the fridge and coffe/tea/sugar in the cupboards..we felt so well looked after. The villa, although modern, has a nice homely feel about it and the comfortable beds gave us the best nights' sleep. The pool was wonderful, albeit pretty cold (what do you expect in November..) and the outside area pretty and spacious. Svetlana's villa is a real gem and we really hope we can return one day in the future xx

Ideal place for family vacation or a group of friends! The villa provides all the comfort you may need and especially the pool allows you to have a chill day at home. Looked exactly like the photos, everything worked properly and the hosts were really nice and helpful.

Firstly communication prior to arrival was excellent including detailed directions to ensure safe arrival, there are some reviews mentioning how bad the access is, this is not the case if you just follow the information sent, mopeds deliver food and groceries so ... Check in was faultless and flexible on check out. The villa is excellently equipped and has everything you will need for your stay, including condiments, toiletries etc and nice touches with cold drinks, coffee and snacks so you don't have to rush straight out for supplies. The location of the villa is beautiful with stunning views, sunsets and walks surrounded by nature. Marie-Line is always on hand for recommending local restaurants, beaches, activities sending links and directions, even advising short cuts when certain areas are busy. Over all faultless, very professional, friendly, excellent communication and always on hand for questions, I wouldn't think twice about returning to this great villa and location. 🏖.

Ev eski Kıbrıs evi konumu güzel eski mahalle havası var. Yürüme mesafesinde bakkal var. Şehir merkezine ve Daü ye 3-4 km mesafede ama bir aracınız varsa hiç sorun değil.Ben kale içine akşam yemeğine yürüyerek gidip geldim ve hiç sorunlu ve zorlu olmadı.Eve gelince araç için otopark var, internet sorunsuz.Evin bana göre tek eksiği banyo biraz elden geçirilip düzenlenmesi gerekir ve boyası elden geçirilmeli.Bunları söylerken yanlış anlaşılmasın kesinlikle pis DEĞİL. Ev eski mozaik taştan zeminli bahceli güzel bir ev.Ama dediğim gibi biraz bakıma ihtiyacı var mesela panjurlar tam sağlıklı çalışmıyor.Bunları ev sahibine bilgi için yazdım. Yoksa evde mutfakta gereken herşey vardı, çayından tut yağına, çamaşır deterjanından bulaşık deterjanına herşey vardı.Yine aynı yerde kalır mıyım evet hic düşünmeden KALIRIM.Tavsiye ederim.

The apartment is located on a peaceful and quiet street but also close to a street with many restaurants, about 15 min walk! Everything you need is provided with the apartment. There are also many board games and books you can read! Christopher is very nice and responds quickly to messages! The beds are a bit hard, but if you prefer hard beds then you have nothing to worry about :) But all in all our stay was absolutely wonderful and I 100% recommend renting this apartment!

Highly recommended, Jan responded promptly to any of our requests. Apparment spotless clean, beautifully decorated, family oriented and pet friendly. The location is convenient, a very quiet neighbourhood with court facilities and a pool. We highly recommend the place.

We stayed here end of Sept as a family of 6 there was plenty of room for us a very spacious apartment. Ideal location walking distance to shop and restaurants and beach. Apartment was pristine with lots of towels which was handy when spent alot of time at pool or beach. Natalia was very responsive and allowed late check in and late check out of apartment her husband brought us from airport to apartment and back to airport which was very convenient especially when travelling with children. Highly recommend staying here.

Antoniaka was an amazing host – super friendly, helpful, and very understanding. The place was clean, cozy, and had everything we needed. Perfect location too, just a minute away from the main street where everything happens in Ayia Napa. Definitely recommend!

The location of the apartment is just a street away from all of the restaurants and is a short walk from several beaches, yet it is quite a peaceful location, although I did stay out of season in January. There are several shops and zorbas closeby, and metro and poplife supermarkets are around a 15min walk away. I didn’t use the pool but there are pools on site and also a gym and spa on the complex. The apartment has everything you need, there is lots of natural light coming through to all rooms and the balcony has sun all day. The apartment had a very welcoming feel to it with nice decor and plants. The bed was comfortable and there was plenty of storage space. The TV had Netflix, prime, and YouTube and then other channels as well. WiFi connection was fast. The kitchen has everything you need and more. Alexandre, the host, was very helpful with details for check-in and things to do in the area and was very quick to respond to any queries. I will definitely stay here again.

Comfortable stay. The only issue I had was with the water pressure in the shower but I guess that can’t be changed. We couldn’t get the oven to work either but didn’t bother asking the host as we just used the toasty machine. Would be good if there were a toaster. The apartment was very clean and the comfortable for 3 adults. We each had a large bed and there were 3 toilets and 2 showers.

Alexandros place was a great place for our family to spend a few days while we explored Cyprus. It was easily accessible, with a lot of options in walking distance for food, drinks, and activities for kids. We would definitely stay here again!

Our apartment was exactly what we wanted for our stay. The rooms were clean and spacious, it also had 2 delightful balconies to sit and chill. The location was perfect for our needs, visiting relatives and touring. Magusa is a great place to explore history and enjoy authentic food. Alkan was quick to respond to our communications. His parents, which we had the pleasure of meeting (Feride/Enver) were also at hand if we needed anything. In all, very nice place and very nice people.

We did experience 1 or 2 teething problems finding the apartment even though we drove straight to next door. Unfortunately the house in front had painted the wall and added a number! Arte has thought of everything and we really appreciated all the extras. Salt, pepper, herbs, toys, buckets and spades for small children, beach towels, all toiletries and plenty of cleaning materials too. We loved the veranda area in the evenings. We would say you definitely need a car to visit but lots of varied beaches within a short drive. The stunning church on top of a rock was a great landmark to visit and helpful to arrive so close. If we return to Protaras would definitely use Arte’s place again.👍

Peaceful location close to the beaches and restaurants and has two large supermarkets close by. Large outdoor area was great for relaxing. Apartment is well equipped with everything we needed.

The space is in a quiet area but right near the restaurants and the ancient ruins. The hosts are very friendly and helpful.

Gorgeous, very spacious apartment, absolutely spotless and as described. Gary was very helpful and accommodating, responding quickly with great recommendations. The apartment is perfectly situated, 5 minutes from beautiful Nissi beach and amenities but nice and quiet too. Would definitely recommend and stay there again.

Really pleased with our stay, great location with a car and only 10minute taxi ride for Protaras strip and Ayia Napa if you don't have a car. Christina was very responsive throughout, great communication in the lead up to our stay, facilities exactly as described in the listing. Have recommended Christina and her apartment to relatives. Very pleasant stay. We were a party of 2 adults and 18month old baby, Christina provided a travel cot and high chair for us. Thank you for a lovely stay

Pobyt udany, lokalizacja blisko centrum, klubów i restauracji, ale w spokojnej okolicy. Mieszkanie idealne dla grupy znajomych, ale i większej rodziny. Polecam :)
