First of all, this room has been thoroughly cleaned by a professional cleaning company. Furthermore, after cleaning, we will always disinfect and sterilize the room, and we will rent the room after thoroughly taking preventive measures against virus infections such as coronavirus. Cleaning will take 4-5 hours. Thank you for your understanding. Check-in is after 5pm. Check-out is by 12:00 pm. If there is no customer checking out on the day of check-in, you can check-in at any time on the day. Of course, 8:00 am, 7:00 am, even 0:00 am is fine. However, if there is a guest checking out, we will clean the room thoroughly and then rent the room, so please observe the normal check-in time (after 5pm). Luggage can be left in the room after 12:00 pm. In that case, please follow the normal check-in procedure to enter the room. Please keep the room key until you check out. If you stay in this room for 14 nights or more with the group of 7 people or more , we will provide a free shuttle service from the airport to the apartment and from the apartment to the airport both. Of course, if you are coming from other than Kansai International Airport, we will pick you up anywhere in Osaka city, Kyoto city, Kobe city, or Osaka city area free of charge. At checkout, we will send you anywhere within these regions. First of all, please ask from the message column before booking. for example, It is also possible to request transportation from Itami Airport, Kobe Airport, hotels in Kyoto city , etc. to this flat . Conversely, a shuttle service from this flat to Itami Airport, Kobe Airport, and hotels in Kyoto City is also available. (About the room) This apartment has only one room on each floor. Therefore, it is completely private. Also, there are no other groups staying in the next room or anyone living next door, so it's okay if your voice gets a little louder during the day. You can stay without worrying about neighbors. You can keep your privacy completely in the big room, but it is absolutely prohibited to talk loudly or jump around in the room especially at night time such as parties. This apartment is built along the Dotonbori River, so the view of the Dotonbori cityscape and the Dotonbori River from the balcony is the best.
