Blue Willow 1100 sq ft Cottage is on a 14-acre property called Warbler's Roost, situated on Deer Lake, 20 min west of South River, north of Huntsville. It is 40 minutes west of Algonquin Park’s access point 1 (water access only) and near many trails. The cottage includes 3 bedrooms, a 4-piece bathroom, & large open concept kitchen/dining/living room - max 6 people allowed including children. There are 2 docks at our waterfront, a 4-minute walk from the cottage, kayaks & canoes. BBQ is included

Nestled in the heart of the Argyle Community, this newly updated winterized cottage is available to guests all year. With the OFSC trails out front, sledders can enjoy their favourite winter pastime. Be here for the opening of fishing season and catch the "big one"! Pike, pickerel and bass are just waiting for the bait! Summer cottagers enjoy the sun, water and the Pickerel River System. Our place is a new build that sits on the back side of Hidden Valley Ski Hill, on the “lazy lady” run. We are currently working on finishings, and landscaping but all spaces are usable. It’s a modern, 2 bedroom, 1.5 bath that comfortably sleeps up to six. It’s attached to our main house similar to a duplex. Located minutes to downtown Huntsville, Arrowhead and Algonquin Park - a 4 seasons getaway. There is also a private community beach, access by a walk down the ski hill or a short drive.
