Très bel endroit, beau coucher de soleil, belle piscine ! Les chambres étaient propres, l’hôte était très gentille et super accueillante. Le petit-déjeuner inclus et les vélos pouvant être utilisés gratuitement sont vraiment pratique. Plusieurs restaurants à proximité. Je le recommande fortement.

Værten var utrolig sød hjælpsom. Han tilbød fx at køre mig til det nærmeste supermarked. Vi spiste aftensmad sammen og havde nogle hyggelige timer sammen.

Vợ anh ấy là một đầu bếp tuyệt vời với những món ăn thuần Việt tươi ngon và đậm vị. Absolutely stunning, the photos don't even come close to doing it justice. The staff are polite and responsive, the food is great (recommend the roast chicken with honey especially). Prices are reasonable for food, drinks and massages. We stayed in the treehouse, which does have the minor downside of the bathroom being downstairs, which can be a little annoying on a wet night. Pool is lovely and clean, even in wet weather, and located perfectly for the treehouse (though still very close to other rooms). We had the added bonus of a few puppies running around, which made the stay extra special. Prep for mosquitos, there's a lot in Ninh Binh and the treehouse isn't airtight. It is quite noisy at night, with the wildlife. Best to book taxis with the front desk. They provide bicycle and moped hire for a small fee, and a map to local sights

Beautiful scenery! Definitely "rustic". A part of the "homestay" meaning constantly able to get meals/recommendations/play with the local pets, but still tons of privacy. thanks so much for the warm welcome!!

This place is a slice of heaven tucked underneath some beautiful mountains, it’s peaceful and serene, the staff are amazing and helped me with all my needs. The restaurant produced amazing dishes and a great selection of drinks! I felt safe, happy and relaxed the entire time.

The place is easy to find from the main road and is located in between major attractions. It's not particularly close to 1 or another, but being in the middle gives you more options for you to go around to. We were allowed an early check in, and they got a local taxi to pick us up and drop us off at the train station, we appreciate the convenient service. They have their own restaurant so you can order when you're hungry and they even serve free breakfast from 7 am to 10 am! We got the room under the mountain, it was nice and looked like the photos, the only concern was the strength of the water heater, which during our visit was ice cold. Other than that, a great stay over all!

I cannot say enough good things about Do Anh's place! Our night bus arrived at 3am, and the host left the key in our bedroom door so we would be able to arrive and get some sleep before checking in, in the morning. Do Anh's co-host even sent a video with extremely clear instructions on how to find our room! The host was extremely responsive and gave amazing recommendations any time we had a question. The free breakfast each morning was a lovely touch - very tasty and great selection. Would 100% stay at Do Anh's accomodation again. Thank you Do Anh!

What a beautiful place. This spot is located biking or motorbike distance from all main attractions in the area. The host, Việt, was friendly and very responsive. Using bikes was free and we used them all day all three days we were there. Motor bikes you can rent for a fair rate. Breakfast is included and you pay for water and other meals which you can order. Ninh Binh is such a beautiful area and we were so glad we booked this place away from busy areas.

Words can hardly express how much we enjoyed this place. We were initially skeptical upon booking because there wasn't a physical address listed, but Viet provided a google maps location within 24 hours of booking. When our taxi arrived in Trang An, we were blown away by the views of the mountains and lakes. It is truly stunning. The homestay is located within the ecological preserve, with several other homestays in the vicinity. We were happy that we chose this one because it's smaller; more intimate and private than some of the other nearby homestays. Most of our interaction was with Viet's wife, Ve. She was remarkably warm and kind, and was always available to assist us. It is a family run business and their level of devotion to their guests is admirable. I'm a professional airbnb host myself, and I learned quite a few things from this family about providing excellent hospitality. Kuddos to the hosts. We wish for the best success to them.

The entire staff were super friendly and helpful especially Ve. My 4 yr old godson who was travelling with me could be a handful at times but they were all really sweet and patient with him.

The place was in a beautiful private location. Suitable for a break from the hustle and bustle of the city. The host was helpful, there is also the possibility to rent a bike and motorbike, we appreciated bike more than a scooter, since you can enjoy nature more slowly. The food was excellent too! :) We definitely recommend and will come again next time.

Love the place in the country side. Close to all the attractions and downtown. You can rent motorbike or bicycle from the airbnb. The airbnb food is ok. They adjusted it to better fit westerners taste buds. You can easily bike to downtown to get more food. Love the staff!! They are super friendly and helpful. They can help you with anything you might need

Very warm host, he greeted us at the gate and showed us to our rooms which felt very modern and clean. He was also very attentive, allowing us to store our luggage and even opening up a guest room after we checked out while we were waiting for a taxi because it was hot outside and he wanted us to have AC. Would highly recommend!
