Awesome place to stay for a comfortable time away with your family. The location is great, a couple of coffee shops within walking distance. Nice quiet friendly neighbourhood. The highlight is certainly the backyard, the pool was great for cooling off and entertaining kids. We would stay here again.

This is a huge house with everything you need. It's the second time we've stayed here and it's great value for money. It's also walking distance to a lovely shopping center. Will definitely stay here again.

We were looking for a nice place to stay with our 3 Adult children in Perth that had 4 double beds and plenty of space and a touch of luxury, we were very happy with this place. We walked over to the beach most days and although Perth is a little cooler in April did use the pool a couple of times, would be nicer if it was heated to extend the season, but summer months it would be great. There are quite a few levels as per the pics and older guests might struggle with the amount of stairs but it was fine for us. The hosts are very responsive so if there was an issue I am sure they would sort it very quickly. Would certainly stay here again.

Our group thoroughly enjoyed our stay. A short walk to a the beach where we enjoyed beautiful sunset swims. The heated pool at the house and fireplace were a highlight.

The basketball court is an amazing addition along with the gaming console provided. The house was full of amenities and extras and very spacious, good for big families.

Zie has a really nice house overlooking the golf club. Any issues we had Zie communicated promptly and resolved quickly. The wifi was a bit hit and miss, but nothing major. Overall an excellent location, with easy access to the rest of Yanchep, a great place to stay, would highly recommend.

This is a wonderful property! I was in town with a family of four and the accommodations were perfect! Stuart was very responsive and arranged for an early check-in when our flight arrived earlier than expected. When we checked-out of the property and left something valuable behind, Stuart was extremely responsive and helped us to quickly bring the issue to closure. I would stay here again if ever back in the area. Stuart is a great host and treated us like family.

I was in Perth for work and felt right at home in this apartment. Very comfortable, very clean, lovely touches around the apartment. Well equipped kitchen. Great area, easy to get to public transport, very close to great coffee and food. Highly recommend for a stay in Perth

A lovely apartment with a large balcony giving beautiful views of the ocean and stunning sunsets. Tastefully decorated, very clean and comfortable. Steve and Deb are very welcoming and friendly. They are happy to give advice on things to see and do in and around the area. Beaches and restaurants at Mindarie and Quinns are within easy walking distance. Also good public transport links close by. Highly recommend and we will definitely check for availability when planning our next trip.

You won't find a better host than Lina! She was so kind and thoughtful, with helpful advice on what was happening in the area, where to shop and even provided me with some lentils when there was a shortage in the shops!!! how's that for service? I was there for 9 weeks, and Lina found the perfect balance of being helpful and available, but also allowing privacy. She was so kind and generous, but I always felt as though I was in a peaceful, secluded and relaxing locale. The home itself is beautiful, with everything you could need for a short or long stay, but not cluttered and beautifully decorated - even a couple of pieces of Lina's original artworks on the walls, which add class and a bespoke, personal touch. I cannot recommend Lina and her property highly enough, and will definitely want to stay there again the next time I'm in Perth. A beautiful place, space and host!!

Wir waren zu zweit in dem Apartment und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt, 4 Wochen lang. Kurt und Cathy sind da, wenn man sie braucht und wenn man mit ihnen kommunizieren möchte. Wer das nicht möchte, den lassen sie auch gern in Ruhe. Wir haben viel mit ihnen gesprochen, und sie haben uns wertvolle Tipps für weiter entfernte Ausflugsziele und für Tagestouren in die Stadt gegeben. Hund "Panda" ist super, genau so, wie Kurt und Cathy. Das kleine Gärtchen vor dem Apartment konnte komplett für uns allein genutzt werden. Die Waschmschine in der Küche, Trockenständer, Wäscheleinen und alles andere ließen keine Wünsche offen. Die Herdsman Tavern auf der anderen Seite der Straße hat Specials, je nach Tag unterschiedlich, und das Essen ist sehr gut. Alles in Allem, wer sich bei Cathy und Kurt nicht wohlfühlt, der macht etwas falsch. Besser geht's nicht. Vielen lieben Dank für alles. Wir kommen gerne wieder. Viele liebe Grüße Magnus und Nicole

Great location, awesome view. Unit was spacious and comfortable for our family for a quick trip to Perth.

What a fab property, location excellent quality with super hosts in Rod & Leonie. Located close to Sorrento Beach and Hilary’s complex with lots of options to dine and socialise. The property is in a very quiet location and very peaceful for a vacation. Hosts provided very nice personal touch in the shape of milk, juice, chocolates, enough for a light snack. The accommodation lacked for nothing in terms of facilities. We had an excellent 10 nights break and I would highly recommend this property to potential visitors to the Perth Area. John.

Lyda’s place is located nice and quiet area, right next to Kings park. We can easily access to many spots on foot. Lyda’s team always responded quickly. We would stay her place if we visit Perth again.

Thank you so much for allowing us with our fur babies 🐶 It is one of the best all up places we have stayed in, fir cleanliness, space and the pantry full of items you have in your own home. Paying it forward Our dogs were happy and with all enclosed spaces we felt safe on the open road. Very quiet and the bed was very comfortable and large. Very grateful 🥹

Mike and Luka's apartment is right on the doorstep of the Maylands café strip but also has everything you need if you're planning a night in. The large balcony area is a great spot to sit with a coffee or a book and Lyric's Bar is right next door for drinks, a meal or to catch some live music. Public transport options into the city or to Perth airport are too easy with Maylands train station nearby. Would definitely stay here again when visiting Perth.

The place was very clean and just as described. The location was great as well, only a few minutes walk to a nice park and a grocery store. Cher was really responsive and ensured I had no issues during the stay. Would definitely recommend!

We had a great stay in Kobie’s place! The apartment was pristine and so well equipped. It was small but cosy and very well organised. The location was also excellent and apartment itself completely private from the main house. Would stay again!

I feel so lucky to have found this beautiful home – and to have met Tracey. She's absolutely lovely, and her home is just stunning. The kitchen is a *chef’s dream* – fully equipped, beautifully laid out, and stocked with all the essentials (salt, pepper, oil, tea… and yes, a real coffee machine – such a win!). Tracey was an amazing host, kindly allowing me to check in a little early as I had booked the space for a photo shoot. It honestly exceeded all expectations – even more beautiful than the photos. The best part? A **private entrance**, a peaceful backyard with a BBQ, and a super comfortable bed. The entire place is quiet, peaceful, and thoughtfully set up with everything you could need – and more. Location-wise, it doesn’t get much better. Just a 2-minute walk to the main street where you’ll find supermarkets, cafes, restaurants, and the and the local pub. If you’re If into live music, make sure you catch the jazz club on Tuesday nights – highly recommend! Absolutely 5 stars!

Our stay was great, the apartment was spacious, the furniture and equipment very comfortable, the view breathtaking, the surroundings very suitable for walks and sports. Good options for restaurants and bars and a Coles supermarket within walking distance. Good location for trips around the area. The property has very good equipment and is very suitable for living.
