Very good apartment with a beautiful view to Kotor Bay. Very clean, very good communication. Not so far away from Old City if you like to hike a bit. 5/5 would recommended.

I can’t recommend Daniela’s place enough! She was incredibly responsive and offered great recommendations. She even went the extra mile to book a car rental for us. I’ll definitely stay at her place again when I return to Kotor.

Apartment had everything we needed. It is spacious and also has a terrace. We didn't use the pool but it was clean and in very good condition. (small details like leaving pods for washing machine showed us how considerate they are.) Accessing is so easy we could walk from bus station to the apartment in 10-15 mins. Also old town is in a walking distance. (7-10mins) Overall really high quality apartment. 10/10.

Cet appartement est incroyable sur tous les plans. Je suis restée 28 jours et je n’ai jamais regretté cette location ! Sa localisation est parfaite ! Il suffit de descendre et quitter le bâtiment pour accéder à tous les services proposés dans les alentours (restaurants, boulangerie, boutiques…). À mon arrivée, le logement était chauffé et très propre. Les chauffages fonctionnent très bien ! La cuisine est fonctionnelle. Il y a de quoi faire le ménage, beaucoup de linges de lit et de serviettes. Il y a un étendoir et une machine à laver. Vos vêtements sèchent très vite grâce au chauffage. Bref, tous les éléments ont été réunis afin que je passe un excellent séjour à Tivat !

The house is very beautiful, just like in the pictures, very comfortable and in the center of the city. I can recommend it to everyone.

Almir’in evi muazzamdı. Büyük ve rahat olması çok iyiydi. Evde ihtiyacınız olabilecek her şey mevcut. Sakin ve güzel bir konumda. Ev tertemiz ve sıfır bir daire. Almir bize her konuda yardımcı oldu ve iyi bir ev sahibi. Her şey için kendisine çok teşekkürler.

This was the perfect place for my one night stay in Podgorica, with walking distance to the bus station. The apartment is clean and tidy, and the neighborhood is friendly, even tho it is a bit out of the city center. I would definitely stay here again!

We had a lovely stay over the Christmas period after travelling in our camper for the last 7 months this was a nice reset for us. The house was as described the host was responsive, we were met by his Mum and sister who were very friendly and accommodating. His Mum even bought us over some burek which was delicious. Just a couple of small points, there didn’t seem to be a dryer as stated in the amenities listing, and we couldn’t seem to get the hot water to work in the kitchen (not sure if it was something we were doing or not). Other than that a lovely stay. Thanks

Elena was an incredible host - providing tonnes of recommendations and making sure our stay was comfortable throughout. Elena was contactable at any time and helped make our stay so memorable. The location is perfect - right by the water and in good distance of shops and local restaurants. It is just outside of Tivat, which proved to be very peaceful and helped to avoid any traffic. The apartment was spacious and spotless and came with plenty of amenities - tea/coffee/sugar. Elena even provided complimentary local gin and other treats. It was beyond better than any stay I’ve had in any hotel or airbnb & elena as a host was simply remarkable.

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre séjour. La maison était propre et confortable, la vue superbe ! Aleksandar très sympathique. L'accès à la maison est un peu "sport" ;) mais en conduisant lentement, tout se passe bien. Enfin la région est sublime.

Branka was incredibly engaging and supportive throughout the booking and stay. Having walked much of Bijela, we couldn’t find another with the view and the pool that we had access to. Seems like one of a kind for the area. We had one small issue with a water leak - and within 30 minutes it had been rectified. This should give all readers and potential holiday makers a huge sense of confidence in Branka and the property. We could not recommend Branka and the property highly enough and are hoping to return. The welcome pack of fruit, a bottle of wine and some soft drinks was appreciated. Really enjoyed the BBQ facilities as well.

We had a great stay at a perfect walkable location to town! For our one night stay it was perfect! Aleksandra and Ivanka were always reachable within minutes! They even organized a parking spot for our big car. Thanks!

The hosts were very friendly and welcoming. This is probably one of the best AirBnBs we've ever rented. The kitchen is fully equipped, you'll feel right at home. There is a front and back garden, the outdoor Jacuzzi has amazing views. The property is located in a peaceful and private area. We 100% recommend it.

We spent a week here and everything was great. The place is extremely clean with all the amenities you could ask for (plenty of towels, cooking oil, salt/pepper, coffee, body wash etc) and our hosts were great. Bed was extremely comfortable, the outdoor patio is such a beautiful space, which gets sun in the morning. We didn’t have a car, but there are steps right next to the apartment that lead to the main town roads (parts are dark at night, but we were fine with our iPhone flashlights). there was a wifi outage one day and the hosts insisted on providing us with a prepaid SIM card so we had internet access (such a nice touch!!) Would highly recommend.

Un superbe appartement proche de Kotor. Fidèle aux photos, fonctionnel et pratique (serviettes de douches, lits confortables…) Baignade dans le lac à 1mn à pied, avec vue magnifique ! Bon rapport qualité - prix !Je recommande fortement !

We had a great 2 night stay at Jasna's. The communication was great and the place itself is easy to find with simple access at any time. A quick 15 min/15 euro taxi from airport to the door. It is close enough walking distance to everything you will need to visit some sights and see the downtown, old town areas. The kitchen is not overly equipped but that was no issue for us and our needs. Overall a really great stay and definitely recommended for a short stay!

Booked Nikolas apartment for a short break to Kotor for myself and two teenagers so needed the extra space rather than a hotel room. Nikola provided lots of recommendations for the local area and information for trips and getting around. Our transfer found the location no problem with the directions and information that Nikola provided. The apartment itself is located about a 20 minute bus ride from Kotor and is one euro pp each way, the stop itself is only a 5 minute walk. What I would say is that the buses aren't particularly regular. We waited over an hour for a return bus back but with little public parking in Kotor it's either taxi or bus. The apartment has the advantage of having parking, so if you are planning on doing days trips out and about it's perfect for that. The apartment is spotless, has all the amenities that you could want and is very modern in a quiet spot.

We had a great time in this cozy and modern apartment! Great location, very close to the beach. A cool terrace. The house has everything you need! Friendly communication with Mirko. In general, we were delighted and if we ever find ourselves in these parts, we will certainly book this apartment!

Ana Marija and Marina were excellent communicators. Clear directions for access to the beautiful condo. Great location and good size for our family of three. Marina helped with a taxi back to airport after our stay and Igor the taxi driver -come- tour guide was a highlight of our holiday! If you get a taxi please get the hosts to set you up with Igor! Wouldn’t hesitate to book again if we return to the area. Thank you for being fabulous hosts and I wish you well for the season ahead.
