Very helpfull host!! unbelivable service! he helped us with the cab to get there from Rivas and also organizing a motorcycle rental from the house! great little place, feels like home with the extra of a wonderful sunset view!! very peacefull! my husband and I had a magical time there! 🙏

Un lugar muy especial para conectarse a una naturaleza bellísima en un ambiente acogedor y relajante. Margaux y Matute los hacen sentirse como "en casa" ... Solo queda tomarse el tiempo de disfrutarlo !

Muy buen lugar, ya conocía la playa que goza de excelente paisaje y tiene poca afluencia de personas, por lo que es ideal para tener privacidad, poder dormir ahi cerca de forma tan confortable es sentirse muy bien. La atención super buena.

Great host, Jan-Luc was always around when you needed him. Really nice place close to the action but in the same breath tucked away. Loved our stay. Markets, fresh fish and restaurants all within 5-10 mins walk. Would recommend to anyone. 👌

We had an amazing stay in Casita #2. Nica and Benjamin were really responsive and helpful! A huge thanks also to Alex and Wuilber (the locals on the property) who were soo helpful for many things we needed in our 2 week stay. The place was super nice. The location is awesome with the beaches and a few coffee shops arounds. But, we do recommend renting a car or a scooter (NicaRenta are super friendly)! Having a pool on the property would be a huge addition, but Selina will probably accept you if you consume drinks / food!

Wir haben zu zweit in dieser Unterkunft für 3 Nächte geschlafen und sind total begeistert. Dan war nicht vor Ort, da er im Ausland lebt. Zu ihm können wir wenig sagen, da kein Kontakt zu ihm erforderlich war. Dafür können wir in höchsten Tönen über die einheimischen Menschen vor Ort reden, die dort arbeiten, wie Juan Carlos und Delfa. Die Köchin Delfa hat sagenhaft lecker gekocht. Selbst die Pasta und das Brot hat sie selbst gemacht. Alles köstlich! Wenn man etwas unternehmen möchte, dann ist es ratsam, die beiden zu fragen. Sie vermitteln gute Touren (wie Kayak und Wanderung auf den Vulkan Maderas) und zu sehr fairen Preisen. Ein unerwarteter Traum auf dem ruhigen Teil von Ometepe.

I went to Nicaragua looking for time in nature and a unique Airbnb experience. I found it! JC and Lisseth’s place is an amazing working farm with fruit trees, chickens and birds. Lots of birds! I was warmly welcomed and treated like to amazingly fresh and tasty food. I had a fabulous massage, helped with English class for local children and swam in the nearby lake. I absolutely loved my time with JC, Lisseth and their family. You should know that there are dirt paths that are kept very clean to reduce dust and mosquitos sometimes arrive at night and are easily controlled with bug spray. This is a unique place to stay amongst a lot of nature and very kind people.

Staying at Troy’s Place was fabulous. Little Corn Island is a very special place. Troy’s Place was comfortable and had everything you could need for a fantastic stay. It is situated on the windy side of the island which was lovely to have the breeze. The view from your front yard was beautiful. Our host, Connie, was so helpful and kind. She arranged snorkelling and fishing for us. I’ve never had great experiences snorkelling but she came along and gave me a couple suggestions which made for an easy and incredibly memorable experience! Our stay was great and I look forward to returning!

La casa camper es todo lo que necesitas si buscar desconectarte de todo y apreciar la naturaleza. A 15 min caminando de la playa y a 10 de un local donde puedes comprar comida. Rodeado de aguacates y mangos. La camper cuenta con todos los utensilios necesarios para tu estadía. Muy cómodo. Cuando llueve es un poco difícil salir debido a que los caminos se convierten en rios (en esos contextos recomiendo arrendar moto). Miguel está siempre dispuesto a ayudarte con todo lo que necesites. Nos quedamos un mes y la recomendamos completamente. *No hay cajero para sacar plata ni se aceptan tarjetas en casi ningún lugar, por lo que recomiendo llevar efectivo.

A must visit! A truly special place in playa de maderas. View from both the room and the deck was amazing. Breakfast and group dinners were wonderful and great time to chat and relax. Yoga was very special - do it even if you don't do yoga!! Amazing wildlife - monkeys, birds and iguanas! The rooms do get warm at night even with a fab on. But worth it to be totally at one with nature

We didn’t have the pleasure of meeting Lukas as he was away however we were incredibly well looked after by Yixson, the property manager. The cabana was perfect for a peaceful getaway. My partner and I loved all of the animals, the kitchen was well equipped and the location was perfect for the activities on Ometepe. You are next door to playa de mango if you fancy some music and a cocktail but there is also a bar on site served by Yixson. Yixson also helped us practice our Spanish and correct us when we needed help, he also arranged a kayak tour from the property, motorbike hire and a taxi to get us back to the port. The whole stay was fantastic and Lukas was very responsive with recommendations and instructions. We ended up extending our stay! Thank you to Lukas, Yixson and his lovely family!

Sin duda volvería a ir, la casa es tal cual las fotos. Y aunque el tamaño no es tan grande, tiene todas las comodidades necesarias para sentirte como en tu hogar. Me gustó mucho que esta área tiene su propia piscina y acceso a la playa. Nuestra anfitriona, Lindsay súper amigable y siempre al pendiente. Recomiendo la experiencia

La estancia fue agradable, los host de la casa fueron amables, la casa estaba acondicionada con lo necesario, el lugar donde está ubicada se caracteriza por su tranquilidad y privacidad . Muy seguro y privado , cerca del mar . Lo recomiendo 10/10

wunderschönes, idyllisches Plätzchen. Wie ein kleines privates Paradies! Wer gerne Ruhe möchte, und Zeit für sich, dann ist dies ideal! Gut und währschaftes Häuschen und alles ist gut umgesetzt und sauber. Einzig der Backofen funktionierte bei uns nicht richtig. Die Ruhe, der Pool, die Veranda und die Hängematte: wir haben alles sehr genossen und gingen nicht gerne weiter! Danke auch an Maria, sie hat uns vor Ort lieb empfangen und sie war gut erreichbar.

We loved our stay, everything was perfect we wouldn’t have changed a thing. The casita has everything you need and it was great being walking distance to the surf.

This stay was special in exactly the way we thought it would be. You’re sleeping right in the middle of the jungle, but protected with a net on the bed. You can hear all sorts of animals throughout the night and day which enhances your experience. The restaurant on the grounds is magnificent and has amazing food. Our host Megan was so supportive and proactive with our constant change in travel plans. She also helped setting up a guide to hike the volcano as well as took care of our ferry tickets to come in (we did ourselves for the way back due to last minute changes and it was a huge pain) Overall, if you’re looking to be immersed in nature on an island with several good restaurants and plenty of things to do. This stay is perfectly located for that and offers great value for the price.

Great hosts! Everyone was helpful. If we needed anything, someone was always eager to help and accommodate. I took my son there for his first real surf trip. We got great waves, ate tremendous meals, chilled, laughed, and slept well! It was a fantastic experience for the both of us! Everything was taken care of for us from the time we landed until the time we took off again.

Que dire… Ramon le dit lui-même : ce lieu n’est pas pour tout le monde. Mais il était fait pour nous en tout cas. C’est un coin de paradis, unique, dans un environnement incroyable. Les belles plages du nord rien pour nous, ce tapis de mousse, la douche extérieure après une journée à la plage… et on croise de belles personnes avec des belles valeurs, que ce soit Ramon et sa famille ou les occupants du lieu. Vous êtes dans la nature et c’est vraiment l’endroit parfait pour se couper du monde. Mais vous êtes dans la nature : comprenez que ce n’est pas le confort d’un hôtel. Les repas sont délicieux même si un peu coûteux, ça vaut vraiment le coup. Bref merci Ramon et on ne peut que conseiller !

Had an amazing time. The hosts made us feel right at home and were always accessible. They were so welcoming and helpful with recommendations in how to get things done here such as grocery shopping, cooking, ocean safety, etc. The location is very remote and doable by bus but would be easier with a rental car. We spent several weeks here with our kids. The house was spotless. The water drinkable (not the case in other areas). We had the entire beach to ourselves almost the entire time. There are no restaurants or grocery stores in the town but that was very clear on the listing and expected. I would absolutely stay again and again. Highly recommend.

Het was een onvergetelijke ervaring voor ons en we waanden ons een paar dagen in het paradijs. We hadden een prachtige houten hut pal aan een wit strand onder palmbomen. De maaltijden waren verrukkelijk: we hebben zelden zo goed gegeten. Ramon en Judith waren geweldig, ze maakten dat we ons gelijk helemaal thuis voelden. Een aanrader!

A lovely location and surroundings, and a perfect little kitchen, balcony, etc. etc. Kathie was super accommodating to my requests and a great communicator throughout! The location is a bit tough to reach if you drive a motorbike, and the Wi-Fi isn't strong enough to work remotely, but other than that, it was a beautiful stay and I wish I was able to stay and soak in the nature longer.
