Tramp, swing set, volleyball, pickleball, games, BBQ grill, picnic tables, BB hoop, hammocks, patio, deck. 10 minutes to USU & downtown. I have a lock-out studio apartment on the west side of the house with a separate entrance. There is NO SHARED SPACE and NO CONTACT. You have complete privacy. No special events allowed. Family dinners fine.

Our home is 100% smoke free so I’m sorry we can’t accommodate groups with smokers. The entire walk out basement with a private entrance is yours to enjoy. We are close to two ski resorts, Birch Creek Golf Course and beautiful mountains and canyons. Located in a peaceful neighborhood. Play during the day and relax at night in our state of the art theater room with 12 recliners. The full kitchen and large living area is the perfect area to kick back and relax.

Family is at the heart of our Home. Two master suites, an indoor heated swimming pool (who needs a hot tub when you have an indoor 23,000 gallon heated swimming pool), a projector and screen, a popcorn machine, spacious bedrooms with comfy beds, and plenty of space to spread out or spend time together.
