We had a fantastic stay at Clonlum Cottages! The cottage was spotless and very well kept. The location is beautiful with amazing views, and it was perfect for our hike. The hot tub was a highlight – extremely lovely to use after a long day out. The host was friendly and helpful, and check-in and check-out were a breeze. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Highly recommended!

We had a great stay at Tara’s Cottage. It was clean, cosy and the views from the hot tub were superb! Darragh was an excellent host providing info and he quickly responded to msgs. Would definitely recommend this spot for a few nights away :-)

Tosses cottage was an amazing stay and Colleen was the perfect host! We had everything we could need and all the birthday touches were so sweet. The location is beautiful and private and the hot tub was fab. We wish we could have stayed longer and will 100% be back and will recommend this to our family and friends

A lovely warm welcoming place to stay. Mike had so many personal touches to make you feel at home. The artwork and the garden around the house was beautiful with so much to see. A short drive to great hikes in the Mourne mountains. And with the hot tub and the film projector there was plenty to do in the evenings.

Had a lovely relaxing two night stay at Wildthorn Cottage. Exactly as listed and would not hesitate to recommend and come back! Spotlessly clean, private and very pretty. Hot tub is great and beautifully peaceful. Thank you for having us and for the treats!

Elsie’s Cottage is a nice and relaxing place to stay. Check in was very easy and seamless. Yvonne gave us all of the information we needed and even communicated everything we needed to know prior to our arrival. The hot tub is a great addition!

Very comfortable and fun place, very clean. I came here with my family and I would love to come back with friends!

Margaret's cottage is in a quiet countryside location but local towns and villages are easily accessible. The cottage was spotlessly clean, had a really homely feel, and had everything that we (and our dog) could have asked for in terms of kitchenware, linen, etc. The locals were extremely friendly, as were the horses in the adjoining field that rushed over to meet us when we arrived. I would 100% recommend Margaret's place to anyone as a quiet place to unwind, or a base for some great sightseeing and lots of outdoor activities. Thank you Margaret.

Lovely long weekend stay in Joanna’s cottage - super cosy, beautiful surroundings. Lots of outdoor space for the kids to play, and great that it was dog friendly too. Joanna was a great host - clear communication & quick replies.

The cottage was excellent in every way. Well-fitted out and spotless. John and Roberta were responsive, engaging hosts. A month was well spent, indeed. We could recommend the cottage without hesitation!

what a find, absolutely stunning cottage in an excellent peaceful location with the resident donkeys lol...what a gem of a place and so so peaceful. Paula is a genuine host who cares passionately about her cottage and her guests, and is very genuine when dealing with her guests.. Simply beautiful location. Ballykeel Farm has everything you may need and instantly feels like home from home. We automatically felt relaxed. Keith and Anne are such lovely people, we will be delighted to stay again soon.

This cottage is cosy and comfortable and extremely well equipped with everything you need for a stay with generous supplies of toiletries and foodstuffs. it's a peaceful location but with easy access to the coast and mountains and with beautiful views in all directions. Great place to stay to visit the Mourne mountains and the coastal towns and villages, recommended. Great Fish restaurant in DUndrum called Mourne Fish bar, fish and chips in Annalong eaten on the beach couldn't be beaten!! Murlough beach and nature reserve and a wander round Rostover also good trips out.

Idyllic...great cottage with excellent amenities. Everything was as described in the listing. Very comfortable beds and excellently equipped kitchen. lovely touch is the welcome treats left for guests. This was a repeat visit for me and I will be back again. Great host.

We used Neils place as a base to visit family in Castlewellan. It was perfectly situated in between Castlewellan and Newcastle but this is based on having a car which you wpipd absolutely need. The property itself was super cosy and peaceful and had everything you need. We could call on Neil anytime (who was very helpful) but were left alone for the duration of the trip. Needless to say the views speak for themselves!

A wonderful retreat for a young couple’s first weekend away, the sauna, cold bath, stained glass window and projector were lovely touches that really added to the atmosphere. Kathy was kind and approachable and the place was in great condition. It is extremely well situated, very close to great hiking routes including the granite trail we did, the beach, and local restaurants (we found O’Hares a fabulous spot for dinner and great pints of Guinness). While some additional cutlery, cooking pots, scissors, tongs etc would be useful in future, with the hot water on the bath not currently working- overall this was a minor point amid a fantastic experience that served as a real highlight for our relationship to date- We would love to return for our anniversary in future. Thank you for so much for having us and we look forward to returning!

What an amazing little spot to stay on our first trip to Ireland!! We felt right at home and Elizabeth went above and beyond to make our stay as comfortable and convenient for us as possible. We loved visiting the cows and goats and the sweet puppy. We spent a whole afternoon walking all around the neighbourhood, absolutely beautiful scenery. We would absolutely stay with her again if we are on the right side of the Atlantic for that!!

Lynda’s cottage is a great place to stay if you are looking to relax and explore the surrounding area which is stunning. The cottage was immaculate and had everything you needed, very cosy with a lovely wood burner. Lynda was very responsive and helpful during our short stay, I highly recommend and will defo be coming back to this beautiful cottage and location.

We had a very relaxing stay at Francis & Dorothy's place. They were very friendly and happy to chat with great suggestions of places to visit. The bed was comfy and warm. The breakfast basket was full of lovely goodies. Would definitely stay again! 😀

Lovely stay at Heather’s over Easter. Lots to see and do nearby. Heather’s home is quirky and our children loved the instruments and art materials available to use. Fab garden 🌸. We had everything we needed for an enjoyable and comfortable stay.

Moira's pet friendly house was spotless, had everything you could need and more, beautiful welcome basket, fully kitted kitchen and ulility area, clear instructions and guest book, beautiful surroundings and a very modern space. The large smart TV in living area had so many apps to choose from and came in handy during the dull weather. There's plenty to do in the area. If you like to be out in nature, its very close to Mourne Mountains, Kilbroney Park, Carlingford Greenway Lough and many more.. The photos don't do the listing justice with just how beautiful it is.
