Private deck with ocean views of the Pell Bridge and Newport. Cottage is located on property adjacent to Host Home so privacy limited.

It is located in the middle of downtown Newport with a private driveway, yard & AC! The home provides wonderful amenities in an amazing location. Guests can walk everywhere from Thames St, Bellevue Ave, Mansions, Cliff Walk, & 1st Beach. This is the perfect place to enjoy all that Newport has to offer.

A five minute drive to downtown Newport, and a few minutes walk to Sachuest Beach, this above-garage guesthouse is detached from the main residence with its own private entrance. There is a large living area and a kitchenette, bedroom and bathroom. The living room sofa converts to a bed, so the property is ideal for 2 people, however, the sleep sofa can accommodate 2 more. There is no extra charge for children under the age of 18. We are dog friendly. There's a $25 charge for a second dog.

When the sun is setting, it's time to jump in the 6-person hot tub while you watch the boats cruising by.

Located approximatly 1 mile from downtown Newport, this ia a truly unique and awesome space. Everything in this house is brand new and the place is spotless. Trust me you will love staying here. It’s the perfect spot for two couples. I also live on property but your space is completely private.. Just as an FYI Fridays and Saturdays are a package deal. You must book both otherwise I would lose the other. (Next to impossible to rent a Saturday if the Friday is already booked)
