Siletz Riverhouse - We are Unique! Let's Talk!

Dock is unavailable! It's summer on Siletz River which can be fun, but with a caveat. Our dock is inaccessible and not available for guest use. Guests may still enjoy the house and deck, but without access to our dock or river from the house due to major floods in December and March ‘26. We are in the process of river bank reclamation, but it will not be completed by your requested dates. Also, we are a remote location without Internet, WiFi, or cell service, but offer peace and quiet instead.

High above Pacific City on historic Hill Street stands Storm Watch Lodge. With a west view of the Pacific Ocean, Pacific City, and Cape Kiwanda. The open concept living/dining/kitchen area is perfect for up to 4 adults. There are two bedrooms, one with a king bed, the other a double bed. The living room has a sofa sleeper. The original timbers, natural wood walls and original flooring creates the environment to just breathe. We respect our neighbors and follow the Airbnb no parties policy.

The home is also within walking distance to the grocery store, making it a convenient and comfortable spot for a family getaway. This is also a quiet home with local neighbors on both sides, so it is not suitable for parties or rowdy gatherings. The hot tub closes strictly at 10:00 PM. The Bear Creek Lodge is a two-story rustic log house with a basement that backs up to National Forest with a good road access. 3 miles from Highway 18 in the Oregon Coastal Range. Our log house is very private and relaxing nestled in the woods. Drift creek falls is nearby to have a nature hike. We enjoy hiking/biking in the forest by day and family dinners/bbq's on the wrap around deck. Take time to relax and get cozy by the fire to top off the day.

Stay in our peaceful cabin, nestled in the forest along the Yachats River. A short 5-10 minute walk will take you to both the beach and downtown Yachats. This special cabin in the Quiet Water community earned an award of merit in Sunset Magazine in 1985! ** Pool and hot tub are only available mid June through Labor Day weekend. Otherwise closed for the winter. **

The Forest Cabin - Neskowin

Modern cabin completed in Jan ‘25, tucked in a serene forest at the end of the road in Neskowin’s Hawk Creek Hills. Surrounded by ferns, a year-round spring, and Hawk Creek, it’s just a mile from Neskowin beach (outside the tsunami zone)—close enough to hear the waves at night. Private, peaceful, and perfect for a coastal retreat.
