Comfortably updated beach home. 1 block to the beach and close to the shops and restaurants of downtown OC. Our 1st floor beach home features 4 bedrooms and two full baths. You can comfortably sleep 10-12 people. 2 K beds, 1 F bed, 1 T bed and 2 bunk beds (T/F). Large fully equipped kitchen is fully stocked with everything but food. You will have full access to the entire first floor, wrap around porch, and 3 parking spaces. You will need to supply sheets, towels, and paper products.

Outside you'll find a fire pit, hot tub and large field, perfect for outdoor activities. A quick 3 mile drive takes you to the historic town of Greenwich. Our beach home is just two houses or 155 steps from the Delaware Bay with beautiful sunset views from the third floor balcony, off the master suite. We are only two houses from the beach (no beach tags required). We are centrally located to Wildwood & downtown Cape May and also have many local restaurants within a short drive or bike ride! Pool is heated to 82, and will remain open through 10/31/2026. Hot tub on 2nd floor deck is open all year and heated to 104.
