We can’t say enough about how grateful we are for Linda’s hospitality. From the moment we arrived, she made us feel completely at home. She’s a warm and gracious host who genuinely cares about her guests—and it shows in every thoughtful detail. Our dog absolutely loved exploring the beautiful grounds, and we loved waking up to the view of the pond and fresh coffee. It also happened to be my birthday during our stay, and Linda surprised us with birthday treats—such a kind and memorable gesture! She truly goes above and beyond. Her home is perfectly located near Watch Hill and everything Westerly has to offer.

Our stay here was great! We visited for my father’s funeral…it was a sad reason to visit, but we felt right at home here. Pippa greeted us with fresh baked cookies, a couple bagels, some grapes, and a couple local beers from down the street. The room was cozy and comfortable. It was soundproofed, so we didn’t have to worry if our five month old baby woke up yelling (as she does sometimes), so that was a great plus! We would stay again if given the opportunity. This is the second tie we stayed at Linda's place. The place is extremly clean, comfortable, and had eveything we needed for our week's stay. Linda lives in a another part of the complex, so we saw her quite a bit, she is very friendly and was helpful in making suggestions about places to see or resturants nearby. Her place is dog friently. The yard was perfect for our pups, a large back yard that is completely fenced in. Ours dogs had a ball playing with Tucker, Linda's new pup. we look forward to staying at Linda's place in the future.

Amazing stay. Restaurants, shops, bars, etc all within 10 minutes walking distance. The room is extremely cozy making us feel like we were right at home. Katie gave us many recommendations and was extremely quick with responding to any questions we had. Will definitely look to book again next time visiting Newport!

Been to Michael's place many times, and I love it. A true getaway—beautifully decorated, warm and cozy, in a lovely neighborhood that instantly feels like home. I'll be back soon.

There was no kitchen but the apartment above was available but Fran did not tell that it could have bee used. Overall a great place, location, and host.

Amazing vacation spot. Margaret and Mark are perfect hosts—super helpful and great communicators. Beautiful spot, gorgeous landscaping, and very cute (and super clean) apartment. Great access to beaches and restaurants. Couldn’t have asked for more. Hope to return!

Tatiana is a great host, her place was perfect for an extended stay with my dog for a holiday in Bristol with my daughter. So comfortable to come back to after a day at the museums in Boston or sightseeing in Salem.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! We needed to extend the duration of our visit and the host was very accommodating. The pictures and description accurately described the property which was quite cozy comfortable. The location was perfect for our stay and I highly recommend this Airbnb. Cara is a wonderful host and this is a beautiful place to stay. Being in such a clean and well-built structure was a wonderful way to enjoy this peaceful waterfront setting. I truly loved eveything about it and hope to stay there again!

Amazing stay! Very flexible with both check in and check out times, which we really appreciated since we were driving over a thousand miles. Clean, tidy, organized and amenities were easy to use. Great food as well!!

Really lovely place. It is a separate, little place with a separate entrance in the back. A little small if you have kids and are planning to just hang out there, but otherwise great.

Jen's place was wonderful! It had everything we needed for our stay and was so comfortable. We had beautiful weather and enjoyed walking through the wooded trails on the property and sitting by the firepit in the early evening. We highly recommend this unit - 5 stars all around!

A very cozy place — a bit more mini than expected, but just right for two people and a dog! Super dog-friendly, and we loved the cute lawn decorations, outdoor chairs, and the bed and toys prepared for our pup — she absolutely loved them. I hadn’t realized the house was near a roadside area, so the yard was a bit noisy, but it was quiet enough inside. Just something to note if you’re sensitive to noise. Overall, great communication and support — we were really happy to stay here

Me and a few friends spent the night here for our weekend trip to RI. It was awesome, cleanest AirBnB I have ever stayed at. We made burgers on the grill and had a fire in the fire pit. Overall a great experience and I enjoyed how nice Camila was. Would recommend!

We enjoyed our stay at this adorable apartment! The location is terrific, quiet and private yet less than 5 minutes drive to Belmont Market and 10 ish minutes walk to Whaler's brewery. The place was well stocked, clean and cozy.

We had a wonderful week at this airbnb. The unit was clean, comfortable, and the check in/out instructions clear and easy. Close to everything in Newport, Middletown restaurants, and a reasonable drive to other RI towns. Highly recommend and will definitely consider returning if we are in the area in the future.

Excellent stay! Comfortable room. Great location near many things to do within walking distance.

Leonard communicated promptly whenever we had a question and was understanding and flexible with the use of his property. All instructions were clear and straightforward. The property had a large outdoor yard and the location was excellent too - historic Wickford, an excellent grocery store (Dave’s), and the Wickford junction train station were easy drives away.

Had a fabulous stay. Patricia was a very warm, friendly, and helpful host. The room and place were great overall and having my own off street parking for just my car made everything even easier. Highly recommend
