We stayed for four nights and it’s was an amazing stay. The flat was comfortable and very clean with everything you needed. The host was very friendly and responded quickly to any message sent. Would definitely recommend this for families with children or just adults. Such amazing views , good parking , nearby beaches and shops. ❤️

The apartment was fabulous, very spacious, amazing location for both walking to Swanpool beach and also Falmouth town centre.

The apartment was immaculate and exactly as described !! The view was just beautiful over looking porthminster beach . The car parking space was an added bonus ! Elaine was so friendly and helpful throughout our stay . I would highly recommend and would book again x

Myself and my friend stayed here for a few nights and it was spot on. The location is perfect with the sea view room and lounge, we enjoyed morning breakfast from the bench seating next to the big open windows. The hosts were very easy to communicate with and through that we were able to drop our bags earlier than check in. Overall the whole stay was wonderful and it was in the perfect location

The apartment was just right for the three of us, clean and well-provided with all the facilities we needed and in a great location to explore St Ives. Being able to drive right up to the door to unload our car was a real bonus, and the information provided made essentials like parking and shopping very easy. Thanks!

Fantastic studio very spacious and well decorated. Location was fab with full sea views no need to use a car ! The studio was well equipped for chilled evenings in with a view, bathroom was pristine slipper bath amazing ! Paul was a great host very responsive. Definitely be back !

This is a truly beautiful place to stay exactly as pictured, spacious, and very clean. It’s no surprise that so many people choose to stay here. Gill is a wonderfully kind and attentive host. She is easy to contact, responds quickly, and is always helpful. Gill also provides detailed information about local attractions and includes useful contact numbers, such as for taxis, which made everything so much more convenient. And the best part? The beach is just a one-minute walk from the property!

We loved the house. It is well located for Porthmeor beach with its great surfing and swimming; close to restaurants; and also to a variety of lovely coastal walks. The house itself was spotless with every item you might need. It has a lovely lounge area upstairs with wonderful ocean views. When it got too warm we opened the roof up as well as the various doors and got a lovely breeze throughout. Anna was very responsive when it took us a while to find the precise address but after that everything was self-evident. We had a wonderful few days and the house was a big part of that. Highly recommended.

Excellent location, walkable & close to plenty of restaurants. The space is comfortable with all the amenities. The kitchen is spacious. Though we didn’t cook, it has everything you would need! The master bedroom with ensuite is on the second floor with beautiful views and the modern bathroom with rain shower feels luxurious. Carpark is an added bonus ! We would love to revisit.

Really lovely stay at the beach bungalow. Parking for two cars. Dog friendly. Dishwasher was invaluable (tablets provided!). Two bathrooms! Huge lounge with conservatory and great views. Outside shower facilities. All good. No complaints. One suggestion - soft close toilet seat in main bathroom. Enjoyed our stay. Thank you. Philip

the Accommodation was great, done to a very high standard and spotlessly clean, lovely peaceful location, with some lovely views, really nice area to explore and just a 30 minute walk into the centre of St Ives. the hosts were extremely helpful but non-intrusive, lovely welcome pack when we arrived of traditional Cornish cream tea's and a lot of detail had gone into the information pack about the area. I would have no hesitation recommending this property to anyone and would book again.

We had a wonderful time staying at Jennifer’s place. The views of the ocean from every room are absolutely breathtaking. Everything is so well thought out — from the spacious kitchen with everything we needed, to the tasteful and cozy decor. It’s also just a short walk to the beach, which we really appreciated. We’d love to come back. Highly recommended!

Danielle and Marc are great communicators and were available via phone/text should i needed them. The annex is lovely and cosy with all you need for a short break, i look forward to being back down again either end of the year or early next year and hope they have availability.. will recommend them to family and friends

Fantastic family house with lovely hot tub, terraced areas and just a short walk from beach and pubs. Great location for wider exploring. 5 of us staying and plenty of space with 3 bathrooms. Host was super helpful and friendly, particularly grateful for the cleanliness of house upon arrival and superb welcome pack!

The accommodation is in an absolutely fantastic location with great views of the beach and surroundings. The place is well presented and clean. You have to climb up quite a few steps from the roadway, but the views reward the effort. The only downside is the absence of parking at the property and the challenge to find nearby roadside parking. After intitially parking in the somewhat expensive beachside car park, we were advised by the host of nearby allocated parking not mentioned on the listing which aleviated our concerns abut parking for the duration of our stay.

This is a gem of a place. The location is what makes it most special. Seconds from a glorious sandy beach, the sounds of the ocean lull you to sleep at night. The best parts of St Ives are minutes away. But at Lower Salthings you are in the backstreets and away from the crowds. The accommodation itself is perfect for a family of four if the children are happy in bunk beds. It’s very well designed so you never feel it’s too small. The facilities are to a good standard, with a large TV and sound bar for those stay-at-home evenings. Andy and Philippa are brilliant communicators and were super helpful at all times. We’d recommend this accommodation without hesitation.

In Falmouth for work, and this was the perfect location. The apartment was clean and tidy and you also have your own parking space!

Mitch’s place was a great place for us to center ourselves in Cornwall. Great location! Loved being able to use the washer. Mitch was helpful as well!

We stayed here for a few days in April 2025 and had a great experience. The location is perfect—quiet, yet close to everything. It's just a short walk to the beaches, town centre, and harbour, with a shop and pub conveniently around the corner. The railway station is about 10 minutes away on foot, and Carbis Bay is a stunning 40 minute walk. The accommodation itself was spacious, with comfy beds, a well-equipped kitchen, modern bathrooms, and a lovely lounge area to relax in. Michael, the host, was very helpful and always quick to respond—communication was excellent throughout. Highly recommended!

Fantastic stay at Bay Court Apartment. It was easy to check in and the place was beautiful. The apartment is much bigger than it looks in the pictures. I’d highly recommend staying at Bay Court. It has everything in terms of location, price, cleanliness and space. Thanks for a great stay

Stayed for 4 days for my wife's 40th birthday, the apartment was easy to find with parking permit available, front door is however on a main road but we were aware of this due to knowing the area. Kitchen was well equipped for our stay, our bed and the our sons beds were very comfy. Big telly with netflix and NowTV and warming log burner. Location was close to transport links (bus and trains), 10 minutes walk to Gilbert's beach bar and salt bar, local pub across the road and numerous takeaways (including a Chinese and domino's) within walking distance. Asda supermarket and Lidl 5 minute drive away

Apartment was clean and spacious, great location and easily accessible to St Ives. Diana was helpful on our stay. Perfect few days in Cornwall :) would definitely stay again. Added bonus is that it is dog friendly.

Harry is the best possible kind of host. He’s friendly, very responsive and extremely communicative. His apartment is beautiful and very easy to use. The ONLY drawback that I have is nothing to do with Harry - the neighbourhood itself is a very private and quiet village and we were given a list in the lift requesting that we be very quiet. Aside from that - Harry is amazing and you will not find a better host. Thank you Harry!
