The house was absolutely perfect in every way. Plenty of space to comfortably accomodate 6 people. The location is excellent; quiet but close to amenities and transport into town. Di was a sensational host, and the house had the best home feel we have ever had in an air bnb experience. The kitchen is extremely well equipped which is a nice bonus. I highly recommend this air BnB.

This was a great location especially to be close to the airport as well as Edinburgh. The Airbnb was modern and very clean. It was also nice that the kids had something they could do as well (trampoline and slide out back). We would definitely stay again in the future.

We love this place and felt very at home. Hot shower, comfortable beds, heating and all the modern appliances we needed with full kitchen. Anzelika has thought of everything and there was nothing we could suggest to improve her place, it’s just perfect.

Alison is a super friendly and accommodating host, we were greeted with a selection of snacks and drinks of all kind and a lovely note. The house of beautiful and there were even toys for the little one. We didn’t want to leave and would love to come back. Thank you!

Fabulous location, quiet and peaceful yet within easy walking of the shops and the pubs. Communication with Ann was great. The house is amazing - had everything we needed and more! Beds very comfortable, showers fantastic! Secure garden a bonus with our dogs, decking and garden furniture perfectly placed. Secure parking for 2 cars. A true home away from home - couldn’t recommend enough.

Wir können dieses Haus ohne Einschränkungen weiter empfehlen. Claire hat uns sehr herzlich empfangen und alles im Haus gut erklärt sowie Tipps gegeben. Die Ausstattung im Haus hat unsere Erwartungen übertroffen: Die Küche hatte neben Grundnahrungsmitteln, Spülmaschinentabs, einer perfekten Ausstattung an Gläsern und Geschirr sogar Tupperbehälter für unsere Ausflüge. Es stehen Backofen, Mikrowelle und Waschmaschine zur Verfügung. Der Kaffee wird in einer French Press zubereitet. Im Bad hatten wir ausreichend Handtücher in guter Qualität und sogar an Duschgel, Haarshampoo, Spülung und Bodylotion hat Claire gedacht. Fußläufig vom Haus sind das Meer (Weg ist nicht mit Google Maps zu finden, einfach dem Pfad hinter dem Haus folgen) die Bushaltestellen und der Bahnhof (rund 30 Minuten bis Edinburgh) gut zu erreichen. Wir würden bei einem weiteren Besuch in Edinburgh wieder bei Claire wohnen.

Sally’s home was 5/5. It was so comfy, great location and a real home from home. Wish we could have stayed there longer and we would definitely come back. It was quiet too, just the perfect choice!

Perfectly lovely stay, easily accessible flat, not mobility friendly, but this isn't anyones fault. The area is lovely and out of the way but only a roughly £10 Uber from centre of Edinburgh, but there is a bus stop within a 2 mins walk. This location made it very easy to go in and out to explore. Very quiet in the evenings which was much appreciated after the busy touristy centre. The flat was spotless and well kept. Only thing I can recommend is make sure you stop at a supermarket or get food/drink/ want you want before journeying back to b&b.

Sue And Grant foram sempre muito prestáveis, ajudaram-nos em todos os aspectos possíveis, respondiam rapidamente às nossas questão e fizeram-nos sentir em casa. o Apartamento está muito bem localizado, próximo de paragens de autocarros e a 15m do centro. Apesar de ser um espaco pequeno, está muito bem equipado, rentabilizado e decorado, sendo o único aspeto menos positivo, a qualidade do colchão da cama (mole e pouco confortável, pelo menos para nós). Vale muito a pena pelo seu todo todo, voltávamos sem pensar duas vezes.

I booked this place for myself, my partner and an 8 yo for our last stay of our trip to Scotland. 4 days was sufficient for us to slow down in this 1st floor apartment in a quiet neighborhood. We didn’t use the kitchen much, but was fully functional and stocked with essential kitchen items for our use. Loved the kitchen counter space. In general, the apartment gave us the freedom and space to spread out and relax. I didn’t mind at all the comfy brown leather sofa alternative mentioned from a previous post, but decor sofa pillows are filled with feathers and were poking through in case anyone was allergic to bird feathers or have sensory issues. Bathroom was absolutely the best from our entire trip. We utilized the W/D. Drafted instructions and the machine manual was available in the W/D closet but might’ve conflicted a bit. Hang drying is a quintessential experience in the UK as the dryer doesn’t dry as thoroughly as my partner preferred. Would recommend this place and stay here again

As a Fifer, it’s always nice to come back and stay. Craigs place was easy to find, spacious and spotlessly clean, and Burntisland is a lovely town. I would certainly stay at Craigs again.

Me and my friends stayed at Lee’s place for one night and enjoyed it a lot. The place was clean and cosy with everything we needed for our stay. Beds were comfortable and the living room was a good place to hang out. Would definitely stay again when in the area.

Jonathan was a great host - even coming to meet us from the bus stop when there was a road closure & arranging a late check out at no extra cost. The flat is brilliantly positioned for food shopping & public transport & is quiet, spotlessly clean & well equipped. The communal staircase definitely needs redecorating but that didn’t bother us once we were inside the flat, as it was so cosy & homely. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Thank you, Jonathan.

Just back from a lovely 4 day break at “Rockstowe”. The house is in the perfect location, wonderful views & 5 minute walk into town. The house is lovely & there was nothing we needed that wasn’t there. A return trip is a definite.

It was really something special to stay at Kinghorn Town Hall. The accommodation is just as beautiful as in the photos and even after a few days just as impressive as at the beginning. Kinghorn is a cute little town, right by the sea and with a few stores and a delicious bagel café. We found it a great base for exploring the surrounding countryside as well as going to Edinburgh (also good access by train). We would love to come back someday.

Maricels place was ideal as our base for a wedding weekend in Edinburgh. Very easy to get to, and within walking distance of both the train station and Musselburgh high street. It had everything we needed, particularly as we have 2 small children. Thank you! would definitely recommend to anyone looking to stay in the area
