Joey’s place is in an ideal location in the Nelson Bay Area. Easy walk into town, to shoal bay and little bay with plenty of access to walking trails, bikes trails and local amenities. The space itself is very thoughtfully setup and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. Highly recommend.

A Mediterranean Dream – The Perfect Getaway! Our stay at Jaymie’s breathtaking Mediterranean villa in Anna Bay was nothing short of a dream! From the moment we arrived, we were in awe of the stunning architecture, serene ambiance, and luxurious details—especially the private plunge pool, which made our stay even more special. Jaymie has truly created an oasis. The check-in and check-out process was effortless, and she was incredibly informative and helpful throughout our stay. Every little detail of the villa was thoughtfully curated, making it feel like a slice of paradise. My husband and I were so inspired by the beauty and elegance of this space that we are now planning to renovate our own home! Beyond the villa, the location itself is magical! From thrilling camel rides and 4x4 adventures on the sand dunes to dining at incredible restaurants (Atmos in Shoal Bay served some of the best food we’ve ever had!), every moment of our trip was unforgettable.

This place is amazing! Even better than the pictures. The location is perfect, just off the main road and so close to winery’s as well as convenient petrol station etc. The farm itself was stunning. The place was so well kept, with the hot tub and small lake making the sunset views over the Hunter valley even more amazing. Waking up to 10s of kangaroos just outside the bedroom window was surreal. Check in was super easy and communication was 10/10 throughout. Could not recommend this place enough!

Great location, beautiful surrounding with Kylie & Trent great hosts. Enjoyed wonderful walks up ridges & around property, got to see wombats & Roos. The accommodation was well presented, beds were great. Thanks for a great stay & tips on buying in region, it was appreciated.

We had a lovely stay. The house was so close to the beach you could almost hear the waves. Just across the road was a cafe/restaurant which did great coffee and breakfast. About a 6 min walk to the main strip of shops which includes fish and chips, cafe, pizza, bottle shop, small grocer and more. The house didn’t have aircon but the fans kept it surprisingly cool. All of things you could need in the kitchen and just an overall lovely space to stay in. The outdoor shower is divine after a dip in the ocean. Thanks again we would definitely come back!

We had a great stay in Olas! The house was very clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. Jaymie was easy to communicate with and made everything simple. We would definitely recommend staying here and would love to come back!

We had a great stay at Melanie's over the New years period. The house has a great layout for families or large friend groups looking for a relaxed getaway. The house is well looked after and has all the amenities you could need for any length of getaway.

Very spacious and amazing house

Lovely stay in the Hunter Valley, loved how well the kitchen was equipped with everything we could possibly need, and the place was great for our kids and mum also staying. We were at the top of the hill which was a little tricky to find, but was worth it once we made it and saw the view.

The house was clean and tidy, great Airbnb for kids with toys, games, treehouse, swings and trampoline on the property. And of course the pool which was in perfect condition.

We had such a great stay! The location is perfect, only a few minutes walk to the beach and you can watch sunrise over the ocean in bed :) The house was so comfortable and stylish, lots of art deco character. We would 100% stay again!

Stayed with my parents who were over visiting from the UK! They absolutely loved the location by the lake and throughly enjoyed waking up to kangaroos in the back garden!

We loved our stay at Alexander’s place in Magenta Shores, he was an amazing host, very quick to respond to any messages and tried to be flexible where he could. The house itself was spotlessly clean, modern furnishings and in a great location within the resort (overlooking the main lagoon pool). Unfortunately the heated indoor pool was out of action during our stay, however we made good use of all other facilities, our two young boys really enjoyed the pools and playground. My only small gripe is that we found the beds to be rather uncomfortable, as they were quite soft, however this is a minor issue. We would definitely stay again!

We had a fantastic family getaway at Jo's Villa at Raffertys Resort in Cams Wharf. The villa was spacious, spotless, and had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. It was perfectly set up for families, with thoughtful touches throughout that made it feel like a home away from home. The resort itself is beautiful — nestled between bushland and Lake Macquarie, with great access to pools, tennis courts, and walking trails. The kids especially loved the freedom to swim, explore, and spot wildlife. Jo was incredibly welcoming and responsive from the moment we booked. They made check-in a breeze and went above and beyond to ensure we had a smooth stay, even sharing local tips and dining options. That personal touch really elevated the whole experience. We’d absolutely recommend this villa and host to any families looking for a peaceful, well-appointed base to explore the area or just unwind. We’ll definitely be back!

Lisa was very helpful and responsive. A cot was provided upon request. The house was close to the main beach, restaurants and shops. The house was very tidy and clean and we had a lovely time by the pool. Would stay here again.

We absolutely loved our stay. The house was so clean and comfortable and the extras that Joanne left for us was such a treat. It is very family friendly with pool toys, bikes, board games to name a few. Highly recommend.
