We Love our little “Salty Girl!”. She is a 2 bedrooms 1 bath family friendly open concept single family home with parking for 2 cars. The spacious deck off the back of the house has a table and a sectional outdoor sofa for enjoying the breeze and the sun! 3-5 minute walk to the beach or a 1 minute walk over the The Basin for the most unbelievable sunsets. Downtown Newburyport is a 10 minute drive or a 20 minute bike ride. We are licensed and inspected by the city of Newburyport as a legal STR.

Unit 1~Victorian Getaway Close to Beach & Downtown

Holly House is a Victorian home within walking distance to Downtown Ipswich shops, restaurants, Historic High St & MBTA as well as Bialek Park, Willowdale State Forest, CSA Farms and many other amenities. Walk next door to the Historic 1640 Hart House for dinner or spend the day visiting the Crane Estate & Crane Beach! Unit 1 is on the first floor where you will enjoy minimal stairs (only to get in) & the convenience of 2 bedrooms, living room & fully equipped kitchen with sunny breakfast nook.

Our rental space has two bedrooms, living room, full bath and a mini kitchen. There is a full deck across the front of the house and a large patio off the bedrooms which is accessed though the sliders in each bedroom. This is all private space for our guests. The views from the front deck are of the great marsh along with the beautiful sunsets. With the Two bedrooms one with a queen size bed and the other with full size bed the house can have 2 to 4 people depending on sleeping arrangements.

Enjoy your very own country living retreat! Our pet friendly home sleeps 8 with a large fenced in yard, so bring the kids & furry friends. There is a big backyard and lots of trees providing privacy. The fence is older but secure enough for your pets. Guests please know this is an older house inside. The finishes are older and cheaper. We are 1 min from I-95 & within 15 minutes of restaurants, golf course, & wedding venues. Guests that are very sensitive to smell should not book this place
