Moel y Don is a beautiful waterfront cottage set right on the edge of the Menai Strait Wake up to the sound of the water, enjoy quiet evenings under big skies, and feel completely immersed in nature. Perfectly positioned just minutes from sandy beaches and on the coastal path. We’re only 5 minutes from the A55 making Moel y Don an ideal base for exploring the very best of Anglesey & Eryri. Murmur y Coed

Murmur y Coed translates simply to the murmur of trees and sits in a tranquil spot at the end of a private driveway, the closest property to the forest and beach. Llanddwyn Island and beach are one of Wales’ most popular and enchanting spots to visit. It's a lovely walk through the woods to Llanddwyn Beach, you may even see some of the famous red squirrels of Newborough Forest. We are dog friendly and have plenty of outdoor space along with direct access to the Wales Coastal Path.

Welsh Cottage (Grade II listed) with eco features

Dating back to 1850, this quaint white-washed Anglesey cottage is close to the beautiful coastline including magical Llanddwyn Island, an area of outstanding natural beauty and Newborough forest. A real hidden gem, Pen y Gamfa is tucked away down a pedestrian pathway. This charming cottage comprises a lounge and bedroom area. An Aga woodburner with Welsh slate surround provides ample heat supplemented by two electric radiators. An eco extension with living roof is a later addition.

With fantastic views from the large windows overlooking Snowdonia, its location is quiet and peaceful and ideal for enjoying the natural surroundings of this beautiful corner of Anglesey. Near Llanddwyn beach, Newborough forest, sand dunes, wildlife, fabulous local food at the Marram Grass and we are dog friendly! Perfect for spending time with friends and family.

Welcome to our cosy Welsh miner's cottage, nestled at the base of Snowdon into the Llanberis Pass. Boasting stunning views of the UNESCO World Heritage Site and easy access to all the local attractions within Snowdonia National Park, our charming property now features a unique outdoor spa area, Ty Bach Poeth! Emerse yourself in our wood-burning sauna and cool off in our cast iron plunge bath. Experience the perfect blend of traditional charm and modern comfort during your stay.

The Walled Garden

This is a self-contained annex to our main home with a twin room and ensuite (shower) double bedroom with a view of the summit of Mount Snowdon. There is a kitchen lounge with facilities including log burning stove and fully equipped kitchen area. There is a TV and WiFi is available. There is a covered area for your car at the entrance to the walled garden which is shared with the hosts. The hot tub is no longer available as it was more trouble than it was worth.

Welcome to Bryn Goleu. Set in 3 acres , it’s a romantic, quirky and cosy barn, set 700 feet up Bwlch Mawr mountain with stunning sea and mountain views. You have total privacy with no passing traffic. Peace & quiet, wildlife and wonderful walks all at your doorstep. Watch stunning sunsets over the bay and sunrises over Snowdon. The name Bryn Goleu means mountain light. One small/medium dog is welcome but please let us know and check the doggy rules with us.
