WOW! What a gem! Read the listing and look at the pics--everything as shown and described. Because Kokomo was right in-between the intracoastal (million dollar sunsets) and the ocean (million dollar sunrises) you had all of the views and access to restaurants and stores BUT you didn't have the noise of the main roads. We walked to the beach and the intracoastal in less than 5 minutes. So easy to come back and forth. The pool and spa were PERFECT! We were literally only inside to sleep, shower, and get snacks! The fenced yard is perfect for kids, pets, and privacy. The neighborhood is safe. I walked daily and was greeted with smiling and waving neighbors. The next door neighbor was a treat to talk to as well! Inside the house you have everything you need, but there is no clutter. The extra touches (toiletries, so many beach and regular towels, and a jar to collect sand) were so thoughtful! Beds were SO comfy! Great water pressure! Can't wait to return! THANK YOU!

First of all, Jose and his family are very kind and make it clear that they want you to be comfortable in their guest house. They answer all questions promptly and are also very respectful of their guests privacy (which we really appreciated)! We needed an extra blanket and they brought one over. It smelled super clean; which was so comforting! The backyard is also extremely comfortable with the jacuzzi and kayaks (which we unfortunately did not have time to use this visit). The house is very close to many restaurants and a grocery store - actually all within walking distance in a very safe neighborhood. FYI: There is a space at the top of the wall that separates the bedrooms (so if there is a snorer in your group, be aware of this).😂 The family is very nice and we would stay here again if the property was available. The price is right, as is the neighborhood..and with free kayaking! You can’t beat that! Thanks to the family for providing us with such a lovely stay!

Great stay! Friendly and responsive host. Plenty of parking and garage space for beach items! The hot tub was great and the home was surprisingly really spacious! Lots of nick knacks as well of the small things one may typically forget on a stay. Would def book again. Quick commute to Daytona Beach

A.P was a very friendly and responsive host. We had a few questions and he got back to us very quickly. The home was great, nice and spacious and plenty of space for the three of us who stayed. Would come back if we were ever in the area.

The home is equipped with just about anything you could possibly need. We had 2 adults, 3 boys (high school and college ages) and 2 dogs. The boys loved having access to a keyboard and guitar while they were away from home. The dogs loved the large fully fenced in yard and pool (the back yard is larger than it appears). Our Golden Retriever especially was in haven here. Not only did he have access to a pool, but Dory had tons of dog toys inside and tons of balls outside waiting for him. She even has the perfect set up to keep the wet dogs in the laundry room while they dry off. Our 2nd dog with us has dementia and doesn't know what he's doing most of the time. That little guy didn't realize there was a pool and fell in a few times. Dory was prepared (because she has thought of everything) and already had 2 dog life vests in the home. We got to meet Dory, and she is an absolute pleasure. So much so that I wish we lived closer so that we could be friends.

What a great week at this beautiful home! Anne was the perfect host and was here cleaning the pool every day. The home is spacious, updated and clean. Just a perfect launching spot for all of our family adventures around town and at the beaches. Look no further for the perfect place in NSB!

NSB has been our favorite place to visit for years and this is our first time staying away from the beach. The place was absolutely beautiful and we pretty much had the pool and hot tub to ourselves. Loved being able to walk to some of our favorite local places, including Island Roasters for coffee and Outriggers for lunch/happy hour. Also great to be at the marina to dock our friends’ boat for quick outings. Our family had the best stay with close friends and highly recommend this place. Stephanie was wonderful to work with!!

Had an absolutely wonderful stay in this home. I w were in town for our sons spring training. It was fantastic to be able to come back in between practices and games for him to soak in the hot tub and swim in the pool. All the beds were extremely comfortable.
