Place is just as described and shown in the photos. House is clean and had all items available as described. Quiet area, walkable to beach, restaurants, etc. One of the main reasons for choosing this place is that it is dog friendly with a fenced in backyard. Overall, I would recommend staying here.

Denise and Don are exceptional hosts who truly make guests feel at home. From the warm welcome upon arrival to the immaculately clean and organized home and comfortable room, their attention to detail is impressive. Their beautiful home features freshly baked cookies, a thoughtful touch of chocolate kisses in the room, and a delightful breakfast spread by Denise. As first-time visitors to New Smyrna Beach and their Airbnb, we felt extremely safe and had the pleasure of meeting wonderful guests. Thank you for the wine that I enjoyed and the bourbon that Oscar enjoyed during the nice chat and stories shared. We will definitely book again in the future. See you soon!

I couldn't of asked for a better host! Nick and Anna are wonderful people, and are very accommodating for when you are staying there. The house is in a peaceful and quiet neighborhood. We stayed for bike week, and it was great to be away from all of the noise. The bar downstairs was a very nice touch. After a long day of riding, just relax at the bar and play some tunes on the jukebox. Nick and Anna are great conversationalists, and we're very pleasant to talk to. I would recommend staying here over any other place. Truly a 10/10 experience. We are looking forward to booking again in the future!

Tracey and her husband are friendly and terrific hosts! For the past few years we've stayed at her home for our annual trip. She's very responsive and helpful. We had to cancel our trip this year due to the disruptive event with the snow storm. She was very understanding and called Airbnb to assist us with our refund.

Exceptional stay. Nicole’s place is one of the cleanest we have stayed at. Exceptional host and very well outfitted place. Had everything we needed. The walk to the beach is very easy. Beaches are great and easy to walk to. Neighborhood is very quiet and neighbors are all very friendly.

Nick and Lori were incredibly kind and attentive! The place was perfect to decompress for my husband and I. I truly appreciate their hospitality and would book again💜

We had a wonderful overnight stay at Inn on The Avenue! The livingroom, kitchen & dining area is vibrant, fun, beachy and comfortable enouch to curl up and read a book. In the morning before we left, (Carole, who was a great host) made wonderful Italian scrambled eggs while we made pancakes on a griddle set in the table and talked with her and a few other guests. We were sorry it was only an overnight stay. This is a perfect place for couples to stay, girls trips, book clubs... Location is incredible, walking distabce to bars, restaurants and the ocean. We truly can't wait to return!

The Mermaid Room was decorated so cute, the bed was comfy, and the jacuzzi spa was awesome. We had a fantastic time here and the location (right on Flagler) was perfect. We could walk to all the cute shops, restaurants, and the beach. Tamara and Francis were so sweet and made brownies, cookies, and sangria for us daily. We loved their table pancake griddles and their homemade breakfast each morning. I would love to stay here again and highly recommend it!!

The Inn on the Ave is where you should be staying when in NSB. The personal touches of hospitality the Inn gives to their guests is something that cannot be quantified. Perfect location on Flagler for quick beach access as well as having some of the best dining options right outside your door or a few blocks away. The owners are personable and enjoyable so if you’re looking for the art of hosting that has been lost in contactless AirBnB options, book here! And don’t skip out on the Welcome Sangria, it’s delicious!

If I ever return to Port Orange, I'll definitely be booking with Addie again! My stay at the Airbnb was such a unique experience, it truly felt like home.
