Set in a historic home, this unique 2nd floor apartment is located above a wine bar, Crimson House, with a private outside entrance. . A legal vacation rental. Built in 1913, this charming home has been fully restored. With 2 bedrooms/ 1 bath, family room and full kitchen, the Loft can comfortably sleep 4. Located blocks from Canal Street, you'll find an excellent assortment of restaurants, bars, and shops. A short drive/bike ride to the beach, making us the perfect spot for your getaway.

The Turtle Unit is located on the downstairs North side of our building with spectacular views of the Atlantic Ocean! Centrally located we are walking distance to Flagler Avenue which is a popular destination that offers shops, restaurants, bars and boutiques. We are stocked with everything you need to enjoy a relaxing day on the beach and take in the eclectic vibes that New Smyrna Beach has to offer! Pet friendly too!

This funky private apartment is located in a cluster of historic homes less than 2 miles from the beach. With Daytona just 6 miles north and New Smyrna Beach 10 miles south, it gives easy access to all that the area offers. Enjoy a relaxed bohemian décor including tasteful nude art. We are within walking distance to restaurants, shops, bars and Flagler Avenue, that hosts unique Boutiques, Gallery's and Eatery's, is only a quick 2 miles North. Boating, fishing, surfing, canoeing, paddle boarding or just relaxing...there is something for everyone.

There are NO 3rd party bookings with out approval. So if you book-you must be present. This log home is made from Conn. wood and built by my father. It sits on 8 acres. There are 2 units in this one very large cabin. They are separate apartments that are only connected by a wrap around porch. So you get to enjoy your privacy. This property is 15 min to beach, 5 min from 95. There is close to 25 restaurants in about 1/4 mile. We have a SHOPPING Pavilion! About 1/2 mile!!
