We have a wonderful stay, Brandy and her husband were wonderful. The studio was much bigger than we expected and when we had an internet issue Brandi was quick to get it fixed. Friendly, kind and caring!

Clean and comfortable. Liked the bedroom with no windows because we like to sleep in darkness and the beds were comfortable. Also, like the covered parking because it allowed us to unload and load in the bad weather. The snacks and drinks the host provided was nice to curb a craving. There are small steps throughout which the host advised us to watch out for to avoid tripping. Place was convenient for visiting friends.

Christine had issues with her cleaning staff so our check in was delayed but she communicated this to us. She was very apologetic, friendly and outgoing. Christine was so nice to allow us to stay past the checkout time. Thanks, Christine, for making us feel like family.

I had a great stay here! You can tell how much the home is loved and cared for. Everything was as described, and very clean. The decor is really cute, and the art room is a unique touch. It was a great base for exploring New River Gorge and some of the state parks. It’s so nice to have somewhere to come back to in the evening that feels like home. It has everything you could need for making meals, etc. I would definitely stay here again if back in the area. The only thing that might be worth mentioning is the house does sit sandwiched between the two main roads through town, so there will be a little bit of traffic noise. It isn’t nonstop or excessive, but a little more than I thought would be in such a small town. My dog was a little nervous at first with some of the loud vehicles rattling over the tracks, but turning on the TV for background noise helped with that. I don’t think it should be enough to deter anyone unless you are extremely sensitive to noise.

Very clean, cozy, and peaceful. The hosts are kind and responsive. We enjoyed everything — highly recommend!

Words can not express how amazing my stay was. First the location of the apartment is in the cutest little town , like something out of a hallmark movie. The host left clear instructions on how to get in and even left the lights on for me because arrived late at night. When I opened the door to the place it not only looked like the photos but even better in person! The place was clean, had all the amenities one would need for a stay and it was cozy, modern and I felt right at home. Even when I had to extend my stay the host was helpful and responded with a timely manner with the updated pricing, Pamela was also responsive and such a kind person to have as a host. I would definitely recommend this stay for future guest!

OMG!!! Rosy’s place is absolutely AMAZING! It’s beautiful, cozy, clean and close to everything. Our main reason for visiting the area was New River Gorge NP. It was very convenient and super close to several of the park entrances. Rosy was a wonderful host and always available to share suggestions for us. She has gone above and beyond and thought of everything to make her guests’ stay enjoyable. I highly recommend staying here. If we are back in the area again, we will definitely stay with Rosy!

My husband and I along with our two dogs had a delightful stay at Sasquatch Retreat. Aside from the unique and charming decor, it was beautifully located for our trip to New River Gorge National Park. Having a fenced in yard and dog friendly facilities made this a perfect choice for us. The welcome guide was super helpful with suggestions for local eateries and activities. Our hosts were wonderfully responsive to our questions. Thanks again, Andrew and Kasey for a great stay!

First impressions: clean and well kept. Thanksgiving with family worked out well thanks to the tidy house with plenty of kitchen stuff to make our meals. Central heat kept us warm and the working fireplace was great to hang out around. We didn't go out and about due to snow. There is only one bathroom but we made it work for us.

Casey was an amazing hostess! She was very responsive and checked in to make sure everything was going well and to see if we needed anything. The house was beautiful and cozy. We felt right at home. I highly recommend staying with her.

We had a wonderful stay. It was a great location for exploring New River Gorge NP. The house was comfortable and clean. Robert was a super responsive host, and very friendly. There were lots of little extras in the house that were very appreciated. We would definitely stay there again.

Had a wonderful stay. Jason was great to work with right off the bat from making sure we had plenty of parking room, to making sure we had everything we needed our whole stay. Beds were a little stiff but absolutely loved the house and location! The town was wonderful and the locals were very welcoming.

This was a real gem. In a quiet neighborhood with a beautiful Appalachian view of WV mountains. The kitchen had everything we needed. There were some games and we were able to use the WiFi and technology with no problem. We couldn’t use the patio. And picnic table and outdoor grill because of the weather but it would have been awesome. The large table states 8 and there is seating in the living room for 8-9. Very good value!

The home and property was beautiful. Good location as far as the grocery store and gas stations. Bed was comfy and the house was nicely decorated. Area was very nice and quiet. The backyard was beautiful, we wished the weather had been better so we could have enjoyed it more!! Enjoyed so much our in laws booked to stay there in two weeks!! Thanks again!!

We love the ability to ski in/ski out and that dogs are allowed. It is a good place for the price listed. We have stayed here twice now. I would just suggest bring your own shampoo and conditioner.

Was a great place to stay during our road trip. Convenient to get to New River Gorge NP.

This place was perfect for us. It's a nice and easy spot... with quick access to the slopes directly from the condo. Being on the first floor has the added benefit of not having to walk down flights of stairs in your ski boots. The place itself was cozy too... and the host was super responsive about questions and/or needs we had.

Location Location Location. We were really looking for a ski in ski out place as we were supposed to have quite a bit of snow while we there. Ended up getting about 10" so no matter what the roads were like we had enough food from the local store for a few days. but to my surprise they kept the fairly steep entry drive plowed and clear the whole time. the room was great and as to be expected. it wasn't that cold while we there but the newer mini split heat pump did a great job keeping us warm. I was already told by 13 year that we are definitely coming back here. she had an absolute blast. Thanks again for everything and we will be back again for sure hopefully this year.

The place was better than the pictures! beautifully decorated, clean, spacious, had everything, great location and parking. would definitely stay again!

We loved the first floor access; no climbing up and down the stairs with ski gear! Dave was extremely responsive to any questions or concerns. The condo was very clean, comfortable (cozy) and kitchen was well-stocked. Great location for ski in/out. Will definitely stay again!
