Our family loved this house and location - plenty of room, easy walk to the beach, tennis courts out back, friendly neighbors, easy access to restaurants and stores. Jim was responded quickly when we asked for help with supplies. The spring pollen factor was high - so be ready! We washed the decks and chairs and that improved things. We will return!

This was a very clean, comfortable and attractive place to stay. The location was very convenient to all the wonderful things Wilmington has to offer. The owners were very helpful with check in and provided a lovely place.

Nice little get away, seemed more suitable for 4 people but we made 5 work. Kitchen and the walkway between bathroom, laundry and bedrooms was tight but was easy to get used to. Good value and great access to the beach and short drive to town. A+, would stay again.

Bryan's place definitely felt like a little home away from home on the beach. It's a quaint cottage, packed with essentials and was just the right size for us two. I was very thankful for its size and no stairs when I unfortunately sprained my ankle on day 2 of our vacation and had to hobble around in crutches the rest of the time! Even though you're right off the main road, there was no noise and was pretty quiet and peaceful. Beach access is right down the road and very easily walkable, or hobbable. The hot tub was a great plus to relax in after a long night. Bryan was very communicative and prompt with questions we had prior to booking. Check-in was very easy and check-out instructions were very reasonable and clear. Overall a great stay that we would definitely book again!

This place was perfect and so cute! We had everything we needed and the kids loved the hot tub! Kristy was very responsive and accommodating. We will definitely be back!

We absolutely loved our stay at this house! It was in the perfect location — just a short walk to the beach, which made everything so easy. The house was super clean and had everything we needed. We used the hot tub every day and it was such a relaxing way to wind down. The beds were really comfortable and everyone slept great. We spent our evenings watching movies together and cooking meals — the kitchen had plenty of dishes and tools to make that easy. We had to find this place last minute, and honestly, we couldn’t have asked for anything better. The host was so nice and responsive to any needs we had. It really made the experience stress-free. Would definitely stay here again!

Anytime we have to work and travel through wilimington Jeff's place is one of me and my hubby's favorite homes. it's always so comfy, clean and cozy ☁️🤍 perfect definition of our home away from home.

The perfect stay - AGAIN! ** This is our second time staying at this airbnb and both times it has been wonderful! The home is immaculate and instantly comfortable and cozy. The homeowner's clearly have a great sense of humor in their instructions and notes and it always brings some cheerfulness to the stay. :) Perfectly located with super easy access to Wrightsville, DT, mid-town, out of town, basically everywhere! The fenced in yard is perfect for our pup and the covered patio is always a favorite to just relax and enjoy one our favorites from Wilmington Brewing. This will always be the first place I check for availability when back visiting in town and I would absolutely recommend it to others!

This is our 3rd year coming back to Luna Sea and it’s great every single time. Perfect walking location to all the things, clean home, and Laura is an excellent host. See you next year!

Great location. Walk to beach. Nice neighborhood. Close to town. Perfect for two people. Great communication with host. House had everything we needed to cook meals.

The charming and cozy cottage was the perfect spot for our cousin’s weekend at the beach. All the restaurants and beach were just a couple of blocks away. Charles was super quick to respond to any questions and the check-in was seamless. Be sure to check out Nikki’s Sushi- super delicious. Also, Coharie Coastal Boutique is a wonderful shop. Highly recommend the cottage and area.

We've stayed here a few times now because the house is in the perfect location -- close to Wrightsville and Wilmington -- and great for our family. Andrew and Tonya are always great hosts!

We love this beach cottage! It is right on the beach but also offers a private, shady porch to watch the surf if you've had enough sun. A grill, outdoor shower and hammocks complete the beachy vibe. We have stayed at the cottage three times over five years and hope to go back.

Julie’s place is amazing. I came to spend Spring break with my 5 year old and the house had everything we needed. It was easy access to get Downtown , Mayfair area and Wrightsville Beach. We will defiantly be coming back and staying at Julie’s.

Jill was extremely responsive and we loved our stay. The place was perfect for us. Extremely clean, very close to the beach, and relaxing. We will forever remember the trip!

We had a wonderful visit to Carolina Beach. The house was spacious, beautiful and immaculate. We strolled the few blocks to the beach daily. The owners graciously helped us locate a tire repair shop as we had a flat tire shortly before arriving. The area was inundated with 20” of rain several days before we arrived. It was shocking how quickly the businesses recovered.

Super cute! We came for a wedding and it was the most perfect spot! We had a great time! The house has so much character, well stocked and very clean! The beds are very comfortable! Great outdoor space for the pups! Walking distance to restaurants, bars and the beautiful riverwalk! Highly recommend!

Amazing host, amazing cottage! Everything was as advertised and if anything the place is bigger than it looks in the pictures, loved the tall ceilings, and the private patio was perfect!

Had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb! It offered a private, peaceful retreat surrounded by beautiful woodsy scenery. The location was also very convenient, just a short drive to a shopping center and plenty of great restaurants. We loved that it was dog-friendly, making it easy to bring our furry friend along. The house was spotless, cozy, and had such a homey feel. I highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a relaxing escape with family and pets!

This cottage was an amazing stay for my wife and I with our dog! Brandon was welcoming and checked in with us to make sure everything went smoothly.The decor was cute and the cottage had everything we needed. My wife loved the Nespresso and Keurig machines for the morning. The location was convenient. We would definitely stay here again if we come back to Wilmington.
