The guesthouse has all you need to feel at home. Within 15 minutes you'll find Gunstock Recreational Area, Highlands Mtn. Bike Park, Hermit Woods Winery, Funspot bowling and arcades, hiking, fishing, Shaker Village, Lakes Region Casino, NH Speedway, Bank of NH Pavillion (star-studded concerts) and Tanger Outlet Shopping.

Hill Studio

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. This former Architect’s studio has been set up as a one bedroom guest house. It is a wonderful spot to relax and snuggle up next to the fire with your favorite book, beverage, or a special someone. The studio is very private with only the trees or maybe a visiting moose to see in. We are 30 min. to Ragged Mountain and Newfound Lake. We have a friendly dog and preapproved well-behaved pets are welcome. An all-wheel drive car is needed in winter.

The bed is surrounded by two walls of windows-with shades. There is a Hearthstone gas stove, a leather loveseat, and a huge custom shower in the bathroom. The kitchen has a refrigerator, microwave, blender, crock pot and electric skillet. There is a television with cable, Netflix, etc. We stock coffee, and breakfast foods for your convenience.
