We would highly recommend staying here! Beds were comfy, view is amazing (we especially loved the sun room), and not far from town when you need something. They were quick to respond and provide proactive information/reminders.

Our family had a great stay! Cottage was across from ski Wentworth and had everything we needed. Relaxing vibe, clean, and cozy with the fire going. Wifi worked great, kids loved the hot tub and beds were comfy! Davis was a great host, quick to respond and accommodating. Thanks Davis - will be coming back next year!

Karens place was overall amazing! Location to atv trails was very close, property was perfect for gathering as a large group and our favourite part was the garage space with tv, games, etc. We will definitely be back!

Overall a great stay at a lovely cottage. Kristy was extremely responsive to questions during our stay. We had an early spring visit so the road in was a little messy, but that is no fault of the hosts/cottage. We wouldn’t hesitate to book again.

This was my second visit to this location. Great spot for a large family or a Girls getaway. Everything you need for a group is on site. Large fridge and Wine fridge. Big kitchen counters for our potluck meals. Big dining table/games table. Cozy sitting areas that fits everyone. And Masstown market is minutes away for shopping or those last minute items.

Quiet beautiful spot to take in the nature of PEI. Loved the beach at the end of the Lane. The lodge was perfect for what we needed very clean and the hosts were great.

We returned for a second visit and it was so great to be back! Views of the ocean/bay were magnificent. Cottage was cozy especially when wood stove was on. Relaxing time for sure! Thank you for sharing this piece of paradise!

Lyndsay's cottage was exactly what we were looking for in a month-long holiday rental. It was comfortable and well-stocked with everything we needed. We were able to dial in to do school work, relax, spread out puzzles on the table, and cook all of our meals. The master bed was luxurious... we slept so well. And I brought way too many clothes, as we were able to keep up with laundry, so we wore the same cozy outfits over and over. Thank you, Lyndsay, for your hospitality! You were the best host! Lisa and Jared’s place is amazing. We felt right at home. The space was beautiful inside and out and had all the amenities needed for a cottage stay. It was also setup perfectly for our two dogs who had a great vacation too, thanks to all the little touches (dog bed and toys, fenced yard, lots of sticks to chew). The view was breathtaking and the beach was wonderful to walk - lots of treasures to find. The house was also welcoming to our six year old with puzzles, games, and plastic plates/cups. We would recommend this stay to anyone and hope to get back again someday!

This cottage is a true PEI gem! The location was private and beautiful - that view from the porch! - and cottage had everything we needed for a family vacation. Close to stunning beaches (Panmure Island was our fav) and the charming town of Montague. Being able to use the new sea kayaks to explore the river/harbour was an added bonus! Steve and Lori were excellent hosts - very communicative and welcoming, they made the cottage feel like home away from home. We'd highly recommend to anyone visiting the area.

We’ve been going to Danielle and Drew’s spot for our annual boys weekend for many years now; it’s practically our second home! Sleeps all of us no problem, great common space, beautiful view. Danielle is always very communicative and helpful. Can’t wait for our next trip!

Lovely spot, great views, clean rustic cottage with a great wrap around deck with plenty of sun and shade, allowing us to spend most of our vacation outside. Nice neighbours. Host Steven, checked in to make sure we had everything we needed. Nice beach, although we were aware of the natural access, it was quite steep and uneven. We had a great week with our dog, beach combing and relaxing. An overall great spot to rest and recharge your batteries! Thanks Steven for sharing your little piece of heaven with us!

The cottage itself was very rustic, small and very simple but on par with my expectations for a PEI beach cottage. One doesnt intend to spend much time in it. My mother was very bothered that there was no wine glasses or corkscrews but I was happy enough to drink my screwtop wine out a juice glass. It was indeed very close to a very splendid beach - 5 min walk at most. Such a tranquil little hidden gem of a beach, great for swimming and walking and just chillin. I wasnt aware of how remote the area was though - there isnt even a gas station nearby and its like a 20 minute drive to get the most basic of necessities. And, as the cottage was totally bare bones with no provisions, as soon as we arrived we had to turn around and drive back out to go find oil and soap (I saw too late the hosts note that none was provided). All being said - a lovely little beach cottage for the price, just plan around its remoteness! Host gave us some great tips on where to get fresh seafood too!

Super laid back area, lots of room in the backyard if you were to travel with kids or pets! Super open concept and was super homey

Wonderful place! I stayed here for a 10 day stretch during the early fall. I travelled back and forth to Amherst for work and was glad to call Wayne's place home during this time. Overall, an amazing experience - the surroundings were beautiful, the host was friendly and helpful, the cottage was cozy, clean, and well equipped. I can't wait to stay here again.

We stayed here and it was a lovely cozy cottage with beautiful view and sunrises. Very clean and well stocked kitchen. Comfortable beds and extra bed lines for the colder night. Beach was nice but 100% bring your water shoes. Lots of thing to do around the cottage on rainy days. We got a lovely email from the host with all kinds of ideas and places to go in town. We had a great vacation. Amazing location, quiet, beautiful view of the ocean, even from the living room sofa. The host is friendly and responsive, and the cottage had everything you would need for your stay.

We enjoyed every bit of our stay in Tanya's cottage. Very calm and beautiful surronding. It would be more enjoyable during summer months where you can go kayaking. Tanya was very flexible and proactively communicated throughout our stay. The cottage is very clean. Highly recommend Tanya's place. We will definitely visit again.

We booked with Theresa as overflow for my daughter’s wedding and my adult children were so happy for the calm space! Theresa was accommodating and very responsive! Great experience!

We throughly enjoyed our time at this lovely farmhouse. Its was a perfect base of operations for my mom, sisters and I to visit our relatives, make memorable meals, and drink lots of tea and wine! Bedrooms were very well appointed with comfortable and clean linens. If we had any questions Marnie responded very quickly. I wouod defintely recommend this location to anyone looking for a relaxing retreat! Thank you!
